27/08/2025: We arrived at the restaurant looking for somewhere to eat near Greccio, and ended up finding this wonderful place. We were a group of 18. They had placed us on the terrace, but since it was so sunny, they were kind enough to move our table inside. The service was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. If I had to recommend it, I would definitely do so. Thank you so much for your service.

25/08/2025: Excellent, light pizza made with charcoal-fired dough, delicious bruschetta, and impeccable service. A beautiful outdoor dinner overlooking the sunset over Lake Piediluco. Highly recommended!

09/08/2025: We used to frequent this place many years ago; we returned this evening and found the same comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. You can eat inside or outside. The owner, Paolo, is a true gentleman and host. A cacio e pepe worthy of a 10 from Alessandro Borghese. Pizza l'Arco DOC with real buffalo mozzarella. The fried calamari is also recommended. Fair prices.

18/08/2025: Excellent location next to the colosseum, very nice and friendly staff. I called to make a reservation and did it through an automated message, eventually I managed to get one at 10pm but they let us in at 9:40pm since we were done with pics from the colosseum and got there earlier. The food was alright. It was the first pizza I ever tried in Italy. Was a little too crusty for me but I really enjoyed it. In my opinion the carbonara needed more parmesan to make the taste stronger. Overall pretty good restaurant, I'd recommend.

18/08/2025: Went for early dinner. Sebastian ravioli, salmon and espresso was good. Staff not as attentive but ok.

08/07/2025: I have been a loyal customer for over ten years and the quality of this Roman trattoria has always been impeccable. It is a point of reference for authentic Roman cuisine, maintaining a very high standard over time. The fried foods are perfection: crispy, light and never greasy. In particular, the supplì, including the nduja and cacio e pepe ones, are exceptional. The typical Roman dishes in particular are prepared with mastery and the best possible quality of ingredients. I have never had a single disappointment. This place offers an authentic and high-level Roman culinary experience. If you are looking for the true essence of Roman cuisine, with a quality that stands the test of time, this is the right place. As if that were not enough, the place also offers a wide selection of Pizzas and Desserts!

08/07/2025: A historic neighborhood spot, the pizza is truly superb, thin and crispy. Excellent fried food; I also tried the cacio e pepe pasta, which wasn't bad. Friendly and helpful staff. Fair prices.

09/08/2025: Yogurt for every taste, excellent, low-calorie, and made with the finest South Tyrolean yogurt, not just the classics, but many variations, including cakes and more. I highly recommend it; the owners are very kind, helpful, and friendly. The place is very welcoming, a haven of tranquility and well-being on Via Tuscolana, bright and cool in the evenings, with outdoor seating. In short, don't miss the opportunity to enjoy delicious yogurt and spend a carefree and pleasant time.

09/08/2025: Last night, while strolling through Tuscolana, a light caught my eye: a corner sheltered from the street noise, a small square, and white Christmas lights... a little dream. Yogurt and many other delicacies, for those on a diet, only 98 calories, with the option of protein and low-sugar desserts! The owners are kind and helpful, accommodating all your countless requests. Excellent ingredients and super-giant portions! I highly recommend them.

10/08/2025: This is the worst restaurant in Rome in terms of taste. It really wasn't delicious at all. The server was nice, but what matters in a restaurant isn't just the service, it's also the food, which was terrible. It's a shame. Appearances can be deceiving.

27/06/2025: my son lives in alatri, and every time we come to visit him for a few days we come here to Brio. The pizza is exceptional, but also all the cuisine. Very nice and welcoming place. You feel at home!

Price is reasonable food amazing lots of toppings and lots of choices to choose from. Definitely recommended. Thank you pizza time!
