Interesting for the fried foods, both the courgette flower and the cod fillet, which I found truly good and well-made. The standard supplì and amatriciana were average, the thin Roman pizzas were average, perhaps the gourmet pizzas are more worthy, and some special fried foods. In any case, the staff was attentive to the customers and kindness, and the food was fast, being Saturday even though we came before 8 pm, while Marcello was more focused on the social and welcoming aspect. I found the air conditioning system set too cold, my elderly mother had to wear a jacket. Good value for money, there were 4 of us.

Very good food. We're from Poland, and we were treated like our own. If John Paul II (Giovanni Paolo Secundo) tried this pizza, he'd kiss the owner's forehead and shake his hand with the same lips he used to kiss the Polish land. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Excellent pizza, excellent supplì, welcoming atmosphere, fair prices

The pizzas are made in the classic Roman style. The quality/price ratio is excellent, and the toppings are plentiful.

Had pizza with friends. The fried foods were excellent (fioroni, friggitelli, zucchini flowers, and supplì). Good pizza, classic Roman-style dough, but all the ones at the table were significantly burned on the edges. I understand the wood-fired oven, but a little extra care wouldn't hurt. The table for eight was a bit narrow. Overall, the price was reasonable.

Nice and tasty neighborhood pizzeria. We went after seeing the ad on social media. The fried appetizers are delicious, 10/10. My pizza had a little too much oil. I ordered the Marcello. The staff is kind and attentive. Well done!!!!

I had dinner at this newly managed restaurant in the Appio Latino neighborhood on a muggy evening in late June. There's no outdoor seating, so when I made my reservation, I thought, "I hope they have a nice air-conditioned room." Alas, that wasn't the case. Perhaps it was because we were near the entrance, which is also close to the wood-fired oven, but we endured the scorching heat. As for the food, the pizza is Roman-style, thin and crunchy, but my mushroom pizza was full of water released by the mushrooms, and within minutes it became soggy and damp. The other pizzas were good. The service was impeccable, as was their courtesy towards their customers. Recommended for the pizza, but the ventilation needs to be reconsidered; there's not enough air conditioning for such a large room.
