07/05/2025: If you are vegan you can't miss eating here. Every time I come to Rome, it's my regular place. Vegan carbonara, soy meatballs with sauce and millefeuille with cream. Excellent value for money, kind and helpful staff. Keep it up, nothing to complain about

06/05/2025: Food is amazing and reasonably priced (although definitely on the pricier side of average). Plenty of vegan options which match the non-vegan menu, which was perfect for me and my friend since only one of us is vegan! Everything is delicious and we went back several times during our stay in Rome because of its varied and delicious options, and great atmosphere. 10/10 recommend and the staff is lovely too :)

14/05/2025: Super cute place, with good music, excellent service and delicious food. Made extremely welcome by the friendly and helpful staff, with a great suggestion for a pizza. Pizza was delicious, and pistachio cheesecake was fantastic! No awkward feelings with our terrible attempts to speak Italian, and a lovely experience all around. Cherry on the top of the cake was being sent on our way by the lovely black cat, Etta. Thank you for having us!

08/05/2025: A very large selection of pizza by the slice. Very nice service. For me, the pizza is better than the one in restaurants. The price is also cool, 3.5 euros per portion. You can ask for it to be warmed up, but it's also delicious cold.

20/05/2025: This restaurant has one of the best views right outside the colosseum. Went with the bruschetta for appetizers and a chicken salad and salmon salad between my girlfriend and I. Would highly recommend if youve been feeling a little sluggish after all the pizza and pastas. Shout out to Daniel, our server and a local of Rome. Hes great to chat with if you have any questions about the area or the food.

09/05/2025: The best pizzas! Choose the giant pizza for two with 4 types of pizzas. The toppings are all fantastic, measured to perfection with magnificent products. The view from the terrace is magnificent.

15/04/2025: The dough on the special pizzas is certainly among the best I've ever eaten: crunchy, super light and soft on the inside. Refined combinations, the ones I was able to taste were delicious (especially the tomatoes and parmesan). The fried foods are also excellent. Well done!

11/05/2025: This lovely place is located almost lost in the Rieti countryside, near Selci, and can be reached via fairly narrow hilly roads. The view of the surrounding hills and valleys is enchanting. La Vecchia Quercia has a large car parking area near the entrance, and is equipped with finely furnished rooms to welcome tourists. The restaurant is divided into several rooms and lounges furnished with simplicity and taste. The menu features various courses, all of which are particularly good. These are dishes linked to local tradition. In particular, the pasta and bread are homemade, by the expert hands of the owners. The strengozzi, fettuccine and ravioli stand out, with condiments of your choice. The meats are sublime, particularly the lamb, goose and wild boar. The cellar offers local labels of various origins. It is worth leaving Rome to have lunch or dinner in this place surrounded by nature.

12/05/2025: €15 for a simple pizza (a little burnt, not very good) and a bottle of still water. I'm really sorry, I've been to this place several times in recent years and I chose it above all for the quantity (of the first courses) and the low price. But on the menu I saw that the first courses have all increased in price (€10) and this is not good... that is, it won't make me come back, unfortunately. For the pizza even less, expensive and not good. IT'S NOT "ANDREA" LIKE IT USED TO BE!!! Too bad!

16/04/2025: I only now realize that I have never reviewed Simone's place.... perhaps because you feel so comfortable there that it's as if you feel at home. Very well-kept place, amazing wine cellar and raw materials of unquestionable quality. Each dish or glass is carefully explained to you and recommended with the right wine. The passion that Simone has for wines is passed on to the diners and makes you appreciate everything even better. The staff is always courteous and prepared, always available and attentive. The lord of Porcini mushrooms is here, when they are found they are always fresh and prepared in various ways. The meats, the jewel in the crown, are brought to the table with the stone to finish cooking to your liking, combined with particular salts and oils. My daughter doesn't like to eat meat, ... when she feels like it she tells me to call Simone and he'll take care of it.... and here she can even eat tartare.. The delicious desserts. Prices, for the quality offered and the service, excellent. I highly recommend the prive', for a special evening.
