Recommended by my friend Cristina from Palestrina, this location is surrounded by greenery in the Lazio countryside, just steps from one of Italy's many famous villages, Castel San Pietro Romano, and just a few kilometers from the center of Rome. Excellent food, excellent hospitality, and excellent service. I recommend making a reservation, as it's always packed.
