12/05/2025: It's the second time I've gone to get pizza from Valter and I in 3 days, after discovering it. There's very little to say here, they make some absurd pizzas, not to mention the magic they do with the one with octopus carpaccio. All are good, but the one with the carpaccio, chicken and shrimp salad makes you stay speechless. Fried, obviously excellent ones too. Light, crunchy pizza with high quality ingredients, they don't have a flaw, even the queue you have to queue, who cares, even if I wait 40 minutes, it's worth it because you can't find pizzas like this anywhere. Big applause.

23/05/2025: The experience from when you walk in until the last sip of wine was amazing. The food is fresh farm to table dining. Each bite is full of flavor. The owner was amazing spending time with us explaining both the menu and wine pairing that made the dining venture a delight. I cannot recommend this wonderful treat for the palate enough.

25/05/2025: I came in with a friend and we had to attend a show in the place opposite, so we were in a hurry. We ordered 3 bruschettas, oil and salt and still water, the wait was exaggerated for 3 slices of bread to toast, the owner got stressed....total? 12 euros, we left and he didn't even say hello. Terrible place.....the oil on the bruschettas was non-existent, the owner was rude.

21/05/2025: Finalmente una pizzeria dove non ti servono la solita pizza surgelata senza glutine e lattosio. Impasto fresco e nel menù ci sono citate lo opzioni senza glutine accanto alle pizze normali. Una festa. Tutte le varianti senza lattosio. Veloci, ospitali e consegnano a domicilio.

30/05/2025: We tried a variety of dishes; Cacio e pepe pasta, a fried seafood platter, tomato rigatoni with bacon, and a pizza topped with sausage, mushrooms, and mozzarella. Everything was flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing solid Italian comfort food. What really stood out was the wonderful service. The staff were warm, attentive, and even took the time to recommend red wines to us, which was especially helpful since we’re not wine experts. Great food, even better hospitality, a place worth returning to.

23/04/2025: Historic pizzeria in one of the most characteristic neighborhoods of the capital. Unfortunately I came across a moment with little choice, so I took some pieces of pizza with potatoes, courgettes, tomato and mozzarella, but nothing to say about the quality, classic Roman oven-baked pizza, crispy, tasty and well seasoned. A little small and retro place. The person at the counter knows how to do his job very well, so much so that the long queue I had to wait for went by quickly. Advised

10/05/2025: Excellent pizzeria by the slice immediately outside the Porta del Carmine in Viterbo. Delicious potato and mozzarella pizza, and with the typical dough of Umbria and Alto Lazio. The margherita is also very good. The girls who work there are very friendly ❤️, it's a shame about the small place, with almost no places to lean on to eat their delicious pizza.

29/05/2025: We had a great family lunch at Pancia Felice, really relaxed, friendly service, and delicious food. My daughter had Fettucine Ragu, son the Amatriciana pizza and my husband and I shared the same with a Caesar Salad. Great portions (we are taking some pizza away with us) and all very fresh and authentic. The perfect respite after a busy few hours exploring the Vatican City.

12/05/2025: During my trip to Rome and Florence, I visited several well-known and highly rated pizza places, but this restaurant really stood out for its flavor. I ordered two pizzas—Andrea’s pizza and another one topped with buffalo mozzarella and Pomodoro sauce. Both were thin-crust and tasted amazing. To drink, I had a Limoncello, and before leaving, I ordered the Amatriciana pizza with crispy pancetta, which was also full of flavor. The prices were very reasonable, and the quality of the pizza was excellent. I highly recommend this place!

31/05/2025: We only had a few drinks here (beer and prosecco), so we can't rate the food. The covered seating is in the shade of a side street, and thanks to the friendly service, it's a very pleasant place to be. The prices are reasonable.

16/05/2025: Consiglio anch'io questo ristorante, atmosfera tranquilla, personale gentile e preparato , cibi davvero buoni e gustosi, dove si vede che si tiene conto anche della stagionalità delle verdure, in ogni caso c'è una grande scelta di pietanze da leggere sulle lavagne presenti in tutte le sale. Dal mio punto di vista allargherei la lista dei vini con qualche rosato in più ma è una mia opinione. tornerei volentieri anche per i fritti che sono leggeri e molto digeribili, bravi

12/05/2025: It's very reminiscent of the seventies, in a positive but also negative way. Very loud, bordering on suffering; impossible to communicate. It would have been a perfect day, if there hadn't been neighbors at the table with constantly barking dogs. Maybe the managers should have intervened, but they didn't, too bad.
