21/03/2025: Petrucci es uno de esos lugares en los que entras y sientes al instante que tomaste la decisión correcta. Mejor recortar una mesa. La comida es realmente sabrosa, ya sea que tengas hambre después de un largo día en Roma o simplemente quieras una copa de vino con algo bueno para picar. Siempre hay algo en el menú que encaja.
El servicio es genial, amable, atento, pero nunca exigente. Un lugar perfecto para la cena. Sin duda volvería.

10/03/2025: The food is a good quality. Very tasty bread made by the chef of the kitchen. The oil of the vergine olive comes from the region of San Vito. Sraciatella formaggio with natural aroma of orange from Capri mixed with oil of olive is like a heaven in the mouth. Then soup od the pumpkin. I' m vegetarian. I got more than I requested. Thanks a lot.

Ci hanno sempre mangiato i miei e continuiamo ad andarci tutti volentieri e a consigliarlo agli amici
Scelta della materia prima molto accurata e in particolare la lavorazione della carne è molto consapevole, viene valorizzata al massimo
Consiglio in particolare la cottura su pietra, particolarissima da trovare

09/03/2025: This evening, as per the menu, I ordered Margherita with buffalo mozzarella (and specifically not buffalo mozzarella) and basil. A red one arrived at the table with 5 splashes of buffalo mozzarella and basil. I informed the waiter of the error who stated that it was the margherita with buffalo mozzarella. Okay
24/02/2025: Questo ristorante nella piazzetta di Quadroni è un posto super accogliente e ben curato dove ci siamo trovati molto a nostro agio. Abbiamo provato sia la pizzeria che il ristorante ed entrambi buonissimi! (La pizza veramente speciale). Il personale è molto gentile, simpatico e, per ultimo ma non ultimo, la vista è molto bella vista la posizione in cima alla salita! Consigliatissimo

09/03/2025: We tried various pizzas with different doughs, all very light and digestible. I highly recommend the corsara sensation, with its soft dough and seasoned with raw ham and burrata, while the yellow Amatriciana, with its thick and crunchy dough, was good but too sweet for my tastes. I prefer the cacio e pepe potato chips to the normal ones, the supplì with mushrooms and Gorgonzola is crunchy and very tasty.
07/03/2025: Never tasted a Margherita pizza like this. I only like pizza with tomato and mozzarella. I chose the crispy version and I must say that the palate has given its verdict... never has pizza been so welcome.
It's difficult to find a table especially on a Saturday night. I was very lucky to find one for four people.....I invite all readers to book at least a week in advance to taste one of the best pizzas in Sabina. Try it to believe it.....
I add the fried foods....absolutely golden and crispy to perfection....

05/03/2025: I visited this place twice during my stay in Rome. They have an amazing selection of pizzas, even late in the evening. There are vegetarian and vegan options as well, and you should definitely try a supplì. They heat everything up for you, and you can grab a drink too. You can choose to eat in or take it to go.
21/02/2025: Excellent fresh pizza slices for lunch. Great service. Not so cheap but good quality and loads of choice.

16/03/2025: Lots of beers on tap, delicious mixed drinks. Super friendly staff. Took their time and answered questions even though it was busy. Recommended.
However, as a German, I find 7 euros for a glass of normal beer remarkable.
