08/10/2025: We ordered multiple pizzas parts and each one of the pizzas slices were really good.
If you want to taste true roman pizzas you can come here, it was really good.

04/06/2025: Simple and authentic pizzeria! Everything a pizza should be. We stopped here on a short visit, but it's a shame we're not local enough to come more often! We'll definitely be back when we get back.
The owner, Andrea, is truly delightful: down-to-earth, kind, and polite!
I wholeheartedly recommend trying the desserts too!

Friendly staff, very friendly girls. The place is meticulously maintained, and feels like you're in a quaint local square.

...even when the quality of the ingredients is good, it gets ruined in the kitchen 😲
The service in the dining room is always courteous and friendly, but that's not enough to make me want to come back.
The customer service in the dining room has improved, and the kitchen has also stepped up a gear! Well done! 👍
31/10/2025: Oh i wonder why the asian guest gets treated so slowly compared to the white girls on the other table?
You know i only asked for cheese 4 TIMES, they gave it to me when i had my last bite of pasta, which is funny but sad you know.
Didn't know people in firenze could be like this
By the way mediocre food for the price, i would have accepted it if they have better work ethics but i guess not

07/12/2025: I've been there eight times now, always very satisfied. Excellent supplì, I recommend the carbonara one and the 'nduja one, and I'd add the broccoli and sausage one. The Margherita pizza with buffalo mozzarella is fantastic. The fettuccine alle streghe is an experience you absolutely must try, a symphony of mushrooms, sausage, and pecorino... almost illegal... The fried calamari and shrimp is spectacular, dry, and you can taste the fresh oil. Too bad I never get around to taking photos...

04/09/2025: I discovered Pasticceria Matrem in Piazza Bologna and was thrilled! A modern and welcoming place, perfect for a sweet break. The panciol was truly a surprise: soft, delicate, and exceptionally flavorful, one of the best I've ever had. The variety of sweet and leavened pastries is also excellent, all prepared with great care. The friendly and attentive staff helps make the experience even more enjoyable. A must-see for anyone seeking quality and deliciousness in Rome. 🍩☕
03/09/2025: A MUST-try if you're in Rome. These pangoccioli are simply too good to eat just one. Not to mention the filling, I recommend the pistachio flavor. For the quality, the prices are incredibly low. We'll definitely be back.

26/11/2025: It's become one of my favorite pizzerias. Fast service and a very kind waitress. The pizza is exceptional, crispy, and packed with top-quality ingredients—very rare to find a pizzeria like this.
The atmosphere is also very nice and welcoming. The pizza made in Southern Italy is definitely worth trying.

09/12/2025: Wow, this place was spectacular! We stumbled upon it by chance. More than anything, we sat down because Simone, the waiter, was super friendly and fun. He told us lots of things about Rome and gave us a taste of his olive oil, since we're from Spain, specifically Jaén, where the best olive oil is made. I have to say, the oil was delicious. For our meal, we ordered two pasta carbonaras, the best I've ever had in Rome. I'll never forget the flavor... We also ordered a risotto, which was unusual because it was purple, and it was delicious. And finally, we ordered lasagna, which was also spectacular... Simone's service was amazing... Everything was a 10 out of 10!
08/12/2025: We ate here on the night of the feast of the Immaculate and had a wonderful experience!
Homemade pasta, great prices (75 euro for 2 meals and bottle of wine), and very cute and quaint atmosphere. We sat outside in December and there were space heaters available.
I had the truffle fettuccine and it was cooked perfectly and has been my best meal in Italy so far. My husband had the scialatielli and it was also cooked perfectly and was also a larger portion. If we had more time we would definitely be back!
