12/08/2025: It's a blessing to have an excellent, historic pizzeria in your neighborhood, especially, in my case, with gluten-free options (with a separate oven) and lactose-free options. The prices are in line with the quality of the products chosen.
It's takeout or delivery only, and you can also order via an easy-to-use app. The delivery guys are friendly and use electric scooters. I'd put a bench outside for waiting.
04/08/2025: Always excellent pizza with refined ingredients. The option to customize pizzas down to the individual ingredients is fun. The price is quite high.

10/10/2025: Walking the via Francigena, night in Viterbo - and I discovered a pub for cocktails and beer. Located in the old Pilgrims quarter it has atmosphere and charm. Staff is fantastic. Bar has selection of bourbons, beer and even mezcal. I had fried
Jalapeño (better than 9/10 places in the states) and several other things they recommended. Salut gents!
Insider tip - apparently it’s so hip that a recent movie production down at the piazza would hit this place up after shoots for drinks and mezcal.
28/09/2025: The good old pub, how lovely! Very nice location, fast service, and friendly staff. Ample selection of beers and spirits. Excellent cocktail ideas, even for non-drinkers. Excellent value. Recommended.

17/10/2025: I'm leaving my review because it deserves it, and reading other negative ones, I'd like to clarify something. Anyone expecting a pizzeria with top-notch service should forget it. It started out as a take-out pizzeria, but if you're not in a hurry, sit down, order, and relax, you'll enjoy an excellent pizza. I also ordered the take-out pizza peels, and although they were slightly above average, they were worth it: large, well-seasoned, and excellent.
06/09/2025: We booked a table for 6 at 8:00 PM.
It was 9:45 PM and still nothing had arrived, with a 2-year-old girl complaining she was hungry. You had no respect for her either. The answer is, Saturdays are a mess. You've lost customers.
If you can't manage reservations plus tables, forget it.

14/10/2025: Excellent food, friendly staff, very helpful owner....the only flaw in the room was that there were some flies that disturbed us during the meal, otherwise everything was ok, reasonable price, I recommend it
12/10/2025: We happened by today without a reservation... they seated us right away... everything was good, the place was beautiful and welcoming, but the service was a bit slow... there were only two waiters, but they were very kind, but they could use two more... but we'll definitely be back...

25/10/2025: While strolling through the center of Vitorchiano, we came across this pizzeria. Since we didn't make a reservation, we had to wait an hour to get a table, but it was worth it. It's a very nice place, the staff are very friendly, the pizza is really good, and it's excellent value.
I recommend it to anyone visiting Vitorchiano.
