Con alcuni amici ho ordinato pinse di vari gusti ed erano tutte buonissime, si digeriscono facilmente, la notte non ti alzi a bere, anzi, dormi proprio benissimo! Sono ottimi anche i supplì: croccanti fuori e dentro gustosissimi. Stasera ho ordinato di nuovo e ora, mentre scrivo questa recensione, mi è venuta un'acquolina in bocca... Veramente super

Non potevo trovare di meglio, capitato per caso trovandomi li vicino per lavoro. Mangiato calzone ,al forno, con broccoletti e salsiccia ed un supplì. Cibo genuino, difficile da trovare in giro allo stesso prezzo. Chi non apprezza non merita.

Siamo andati io e la mia ragazza per un'apericena. Pinsa e fritti veramente di altissima qualità. La pasta della pinsa si scioglie in bocca, veramente molto morbida. Per non parlare del proprietario che è una persona veramente eccezionale e che ti consiglia davvero bene nel caso si avessero dei dubbi. È un posto in cui ritornarci spesso. Complimenti ancora

30/03/2024: We have now gone there 3-4 times we can say that everything we have found in terms of food is excellent. Both the fried part and the pinsa part (personally I find the alchemical ones superlative!). Furthermore, the guys in the room are helpful, courteous and friendly (and that doesn't hurt). Excellent quality/price ratio! Highly recommended.
28/03/2024: The alchemical venue is a true culinary jewel! The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the first moment. The pinsa is absolutely delicious, with a perfect crunch and a taste that takes you on a journey through unique flavours. It is evident that they use top quality ingredients, which is reflected in the final result. A dining experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a combination of quality, courtesy and exceptional flavor.
