19/04/2026: I had very high expectations for this place because it had been recommended by several people. The space is spacious and bright, pleasant and well-maintained, but they chose to fill it with so many tables that the waiters struggled to get between the chairs in some places and ended up bumping into them several times during the meal. The pizza I ordered was served with a topping I really disliked (and which wasn't mentioned on the menu). I wasn't provided with a receipt when paying. Overall, unfortunately, I wouldn't return.

24/05/2026: Wonderful restaurant with a lovely outdoor space. Delicious pizza and very efficient staff. Indoor and outdoor children's play areas.

12/05/2026: We're regulars now. The pizza is fabulous: kamut, charcoal, white, and specialty pizzas—a wide selection. The staff is friendly, the service is fast and accurate, and the place is quiet.

The evening was perfect in every way: the elegant and welcoming atmosphere, the attentive and consistently friendly service, contributing to a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The dishes were excellent, prepared with quality ingredients and presented with great care. Every course was appreciated by everyone at the table, making this festive occasion even more special. Kudos also to the organization and the attention given to the group, which made the birthday a truly successful event. I thank all the staff for their professionalism and helpfulness. It was a pleasure to spend such a pleasant evening enjoying good food and excellent service. I highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

07/02/2026: I feel at home here! ...even better sometimes!... Politeness, respect, and courtesy are always the pillars of this renowned Tolmezzo establishment. The restaurant is always meticulously prepared, focusing on the quality of the ingredients (the first courses are excellent, especially the saffron gnocchi!) and the variety of the culinary offerings. The pizza is a must-try, featuring a highly digestible dough that I always pair with the ever-present and excellent bottled red beer, Zahre di Sauris! I choose it and frequent it often because it represents a solid point of reference and never disappoints expectations. I may be biased, but my analysis is objective nonetheless, reflecting authenticity and Carnic intellectual honesty. It always favors those who have the vocation of always offering the best of themselves in what they do and how they present it. Cleanliness and order in the dining room complete the package for a full and satisfying assessment of the overall perceived and experienced service. 23/04/2026: I've been going to Al Cardinale for many years, and for me it remains the absolute best restaurant in the area. The food is truly excellent—every dish is a delight! A special thanks to Pasquale: his service is impeccable, attentive, and very friendly. He makes you feel welcome right away and always in good hands. For me, it's clearly the number one. Highly recommended!

20/09/2025: High prices, rude service, I didn't have a good experience at all! They forget the additions you order and if you mention it they'll reply annoyed. The food isn't even that great, on the contrary 🤮 .. goodbye, I don't recommend it at all.

03/05/2026: The pizza was very good, despite the long wait. Unfortunately, they got our order wrong, but that can happen. The review is heavily influenced by the staff, who are often rude and impolite, and who greet customers with unfriendly and intimidating signs. We didn't experience the so-called "Neapolitan welcome."
