11/06/2025: We have often been to this place because the pizza was very good. This time we were very disappointed: evidently there has been a change of management, only one waitress to take care of everything, disappointing dishes, especially the meat dish with 4 slices of old meat and a couple of chips for almost 20 Euros. I'm sorry but we will not go there again.

06/05/2025: I came here with my dad. Recoaro is the best sparkling water I've ever had. Fama is better with their Delicata. I asked the older gentleman with gray hair and deep wrinkles if I could have a tiramisu and an espresso, but he looked at me confused. Of course he doesn't understand me if he has an AirPod in his wrinkled old ear. And please be nicer to your staff, they are the main reason you are still in business

12/05/2025: The venue, finely restored, lacks the right atmosphere: inadequate music and lighting. In a Templar place from the 1200s I expect not to listen to commercial Italian pop music. The dress does not make the monk... Product research, good food served with care. For better!

04/06/2025: Sunday, June 1st we went to this pizzeria in the center of San Daniele del Friuli for dinner. Never was a decision more correct. This small temple of the tradition of the best pizza is truly surprising. Best pizza in years, courteous and fast service, small but well-kept environment and decidedly low prices make Bussola a place to absolutely recommend.

08/07/2025: A very informal place, you might not like it, but I do. There are many games: darts, foosball, several American-style billiard tables, and a few Gorizia-style ones. Large screens are available for watching major sporting events in company. It's a bit noisy at times... Good pizza, good beer (you finally drink it in 1/2-liter glasses), fair prices. I enjoy this place every time I come. After the sudden death of Gianni, the owner, the place closed for renovations and is currently run by Edy (his wife) and Katya (his daughter). The style has remained the same, the food selection has been improved (without price increases), the decor has been more refined, and the range of games has been expanded. In short, I confirm my initial assessments: if you get into the spirit of this very special place, you'll always come back. At least that's true for me and the friends I usually come here with. I went back yesterday (May 13, 2025) and the way they make the pizza has changed: it's now taller and softer, and I think it's much improved. The oil they add is incredibly high-quality. They also have an IPA beer (Moretti). In short...ever better.

Serata 🍕,una conferma della bontà e degli ingredienti di qualità. peccato non ci fossero gli impasti diversi,tra cui la pensa che volevo assaggiare,ma comunque la mia pizza era croccante e buonissima I commensali mi segnalano i coltelli che tagliano poco e quando hai fame è un limite :)) Comunque benissimo

04/07/2025: I have been to two classy dinners, the external and internal environment lends itself to these occasions because it is welcoming and the garden is spacious. The time we ate outside it was really nice and the kids could play. The service is really fast and precise, they are really super organized. I ate pizza and it was good, those who ate first and second courses said they were equally good.

23/03/2025: Dated place, with 70's style furniture. The owner is kind and helpful. The pizzas and the cuisine are decent. Good value for money.
