What I appreciated most were the dough (soft, well-leavened, with a pleasant crust, perfectly cooked and not burned... Perfect flavor and texture!), the care and precision with which the pizza was topped, and the high-quality ingredients. The pizza pairings are very inviting.
The staff seemed friendly, and the atmosphere was informal and pleasantly relaxing. Service times were excellent.
If you book, allow extra time for parking.

A historic Udine restaurant with truly delicious gourmet pizzas. Good service. It's perhaps a bit out of the way; you'll need to walk to the heart of the city. Parking in the area can be a bit difficult.

Good dough, perhaps one of the best pizzas in Udine.
It's wonderful to see the care and precision in making the pizza toppings.
The only negative was too much oil on the pizza, which I'll ask them not to add next time.

The best pizza in Udine in terms of quality. Professional and impeccable service.
I'd just like to make one suggestion: paintings, prints, or ceramics would look great on the walls. Alternatively, it would be wonderful to extend the splendid view that stands out in the center onto the white walls. With a couple of these touches, the result would be perfect.

Unfortunately it must have been the wrong evening or I don't know what! So: Saturday evening with my wife we decided to get 2 take-out pizzas at the lampara (first time) nice place staff unsure whether to take another take-out order. Afterwards he stops you at the pizza chef informs us of the 15 minute wait! Ok no problem... good beer while waiting (small). But a vegetable pizza (13€!! A badly placed carrot, a leaf of black cabbage, a very potato and little else) and a bufallina (11€) surprisingly seen less than the vegetables... well (I won't comment on the bufala)... all for... 28.50... I spent less on Sunday at lunch sitting down and served reverently! Oh well... then at home: rubbery pizza undercooked and poorly risen! I'm sorry but writing this review, ruined evening! I hope I'll never be a coincidence again! Good work

I dined at this pizzeria for the first time this evening and was pleasantly surprised. The two pizzas we ordered met our expectations, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. The staff is friendly, and I was also impressed by the care and attention with which our pizzas were prepared, since our table was close to the oven and we could watch them being prepared. We'll be back!

Simply...the best pizza in Udine! Neapolitan dough, quality ingredients, and excellent digestibility. You won't wake up and down a liter of water, as often happens after eating one. It's no coincidence that this place has deservedly made history in the city.
