17/05/2025: Amazing environment to spend an evening..from music to darts to billiards

14/05/2025: Absolutely informal place, you may not like it, but I do. There are many games: darts, table football, many billiards for the American game, some for the Gorizia game. Big screens to follow big sporting events in company. In these cases there is a bit of noise.... Good pizza, good beer (you drink it in 1/2 liter glasses, finally), honest prices. I feel good here every time I come. After the sudden death of Gianni, the owner, the place remained closed for improvements and is currently managed by Edy (his wife) and Katya (his daughter). The style has remained the same, the food offering has improved (without price increases), the furnishings are more refined, the range of games has been expanded. In short, I confirm the evaluations I gave at first: if you enter into the spirit of this very special place, you always come back. At least this is true for me and my friends who I usually come here with. I went back yesterday (May 13, 2025) and the way they prepare the pizza has changed: now it is taller and softer and it seemed much improved to me. The oil to add is of incredible quality. Finally, an IPA beer is also available (Moretti). In short... always better.

14/05/2025: Locale ampio, con un magnifico spazio all' aperto, terrazzato con vista panoramica, bello di giorno, magico la sera. Pizze buone e della giusta sottigliezza, digeribili, con un'ampia scelta nel menù. Buone le birre e i dolci. Personale pronto e attento.

18/05/2025: The service is friendly and they are problem solvers. We went 2 times in 4 days and all the options were delicious. Today we had the nduja pizza, the calzone with mushrooms, ham and lots of cheese, and the Mediterranean salad ( buffalo cheese, anchovies, and egg with lots of veggies varieties) and please have a half liter house white wine and olives…. 67€ Must be said that the service is great

30/05/2025: We come here every year and have always been impressed by the quality and taste. Our experience yesterday was unfortunately very disappointing. The pizza dough was raw in places. The carbonara was swimming in runny sauce and no one at the table liked it (definitely not last year). The seafood spaghetti was tasteless. Calamari fritti was like bubblegum and completely unsalted. Caprese was good; you can't go wrong here. Panna cotta was good. Tiramisu was OK, but nothing more. A shame.

28/05/2025: You can eat a lot at a very low price. The place is nice overall. As for the food, don't expect gourmet dishes..

06/04/2025: Causa lavori in cantiere protrattisi fino tarda serata negli ultimi 3 fine settimana ho preso le pizze da Pizza Smile per tutti gli operai : 10 due settimane fa, 6 lo scorso venerdì e 25 ieri sera, sabato 5. Ho telefonato alle 20.15 chiedendo 25 pizze miste da ritirare sul posto alle 21.00. Risultato: sono arrivato in via Baiamonti alle 20.55 con 20 pizze già pronte e 5 solo da tirare fuori dal forno. Margherita, prosciutto, salamino , verdure, crudo & bresaola. Tutte davvero buone e gustose con 3 bottiglie di coca/fanta e pepsi in omaggio. Totale 197 euro e tutti soddisfatti. Personale molto cordiale e gentile.

03/03/2025: Excellent pizza, in my opinion one of the best around, top ingredients, excellent and very digestible dough, even with double dough it doesn't weigh on the stomach... I've been going there for years and always leave satisfied. It has seats inside for about 15 people, very kind, punctual and fast. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it. 👌🏽👍

15/05/2025: A place run by young, energetic and hard-working people. The pizza is delicious and made with imaginative ingredients. The ingredients used are of the highest quality and the staff is kind and helpful: they sat us down and served us even though we hadn't booked and the place was full!

09/05/2025: I went to eat pizza with my dad at this pizzeria and I must say that I was really impressed! I had some errands in the area and thought I'd stop and book, but the surprise was even bigger. The place is welcoming and well looked after, with an atmosphere that immediately conveys passion for good food. Marco and Francesca, the owners, are two young and really smart guys, and I was impressed by their commitment to managing a place at such a young age. You can tell they put a lot of heart into their work! The pizza is something special: a high crust that is a rarity in the area, and with very high quality ingredients. You immediately notice that they use fresh and refined products. The only "note" on the pizza: if you see some small burns on the edge, it is due to the bubbles in the dough that form during cooking, but they do not influence the goodness of the dish at all. It's cooked perfectly! And then there is Francesca's tiramisu, which is truly a delight. It's a real treat for the palate, not to be missed! Finally, the prices are absolutely honest for the quality of the dishes offered. Marco and Francesca are really kind and helpful, and I believe this pizzeria has a bright future ahead of it. Even if the distance doesn't work in my favor, I will definitely return. I wish them the best and… good luck with everything!

09/04/2025: We went for lunch by chance on Sunday, sitting at a table outside, a beautiful sunny day, in the small square in the historic centre, the atmosphere was very nice. Restaurant with beautiful internal rooms, all renovated and with a Templar theme, very very beautiful. SPECTACULAR food, we had a superb octopus appetizer with potato cream, a superb first course of asparagus and prawn tagliolini, the pasta was fresh and handmade, it was evident from the consistency, very good croaker with an innovative and delicious sauce, the children had fried calamari which finally tasted like calamari, incredible freshness, instead of the usual defrosted bagged ones. Excellent service, courtesy and love for his business struck us, always available, he described the dishes with ambition because he was aware that they would be a success. Congratulations, we will definitely be back, maybe not in the middle of summer, but we will be back, it is also worth it for the price, because we spent the right amount for the quality of the products and the quantity.
