28/02/2026: A terrible experience, one that unfortunately deserves a negative review. I won't write about the drama that occurred due to the poor handling of a complaint from a customer who had reason to complain, but my experience was ordering two pizzas that both had buffalo mozzarella (and not fiordilatte) and both arrived without buffalo mozzarella or, at least, mostly mixed with fiordilatte to reduce the price of the buffalo mozzarella, which is known to be expensive. The photo, for those who understand even a little, explains everything. Once I "discovered the anomaly," I reported it to the staff, and in short, I feel sorry for them for what happened, because, having a business, they should avoid such gaffes: 1. Because nowadays people read reviews, and when they read certain things, they don't want to come in, and 2. Because those who have been there don't come back. I hope you learn from today's mistake. I realize that the scam It's expensive, but for the sake of transparency towards those who pay you, either change the menu to avoid the exclusivity of the scam, if you don't want to use only that, because it's rightly expensive, or stick to the menu and only use this one. After all, this pizza is worth €12 to you. I hope for you that despite the bad days we all have, you can avoid these mistakes, not just for the pizza but for everything else. I appreciate the professionalism of the pizza chef, who, once the inconvenience was created, wanted to remake the pizza, but by then the lunch had gotten a bit tense, so we got up and, at his request not to pay—that was fine—went for pizza elsewhere. I'm very sorry about everything. A special mention goes to the pros: the waiter was very polite, the location was intimate and well-kept, and the bathroom was so beautiful, rarely seen. It's a shame we can't return, but that's okay. Good luck!

27/02/2026: The best pizza in Udine in terms of quality. Professional and impeccable service. I'd just like to make one suggestion: paintings, prints, or ceramics would look great on the walls. Alternatively, it would be wonderful to extend the splendid view that stands out in the center onto the white walls. With a couple of these touches, the result would be perfect.

03/02/2026: Pizzas with a thin, light crust, but I found them a bit salty. I would have avoided adding rosemary to the zucchini pizza scapece; it completely ruined it, a shame! The place is small but nice, the service is average, and the prices are slightly higher.

08/03/2026: I'm reluctant to leave this review, after a few decidedly negative experiences, even though it was my favorite pizzeria in Udine. I have nothing to complain about the quality of the pizzas, but for some time now (perhaps a change of management), the level of service has been unacceptable in my opinion. Example from last night: I booked a table for three, and they told me the times were 7:30 PM or 9:30 PM (and therefore to vacate the table by 9:30 PM for the second sitting). We arrived at 7:30 PM, and our table (so large that, with three plates and drinks, there wasn't even room to rest an elbow) had two chairs. I waited five minutes, no one helped me, so I took a chair from another table. We ordered around 7:45 PM, and the pizzas arrived at 9:05 PM... not even a single breadstick in the meantime. The pizzas were good, but everything else was a disaster. I'm hoping for a new management change, with the same pizza chef. In the meantime, we're moving elsewhere. What a shame.

05/01/2026: We ate it for lunch, which was served as a set menu, but when we got the bill, we were surprised. The à la carte menu for four people cost €110, without coffee, and one of us only ate the main course. I wouldn't recommend it at all. Second courses: 3 small pieces of goulash, 1 slice of polenta, and on the same plate, 1 tablespoon of potatoes in tecia. The pork chop was thin and tough. The only thing that was worth saving was the lasagna.

31/01/2026: This stop on our Pizza Tour led us to discover a place that immediately strikes us as cozy and family-friendly. The ease of booking for a large group like ours was a great asset, allowing us to start the evening off on the right foot in a well-air-conditioned, odor-free environment. Exploring the menu, we appreciated the remarkable variety. The tasting confirmed our expectations: the flavor and quality of the ingredients won over the diner, both scoring 3.73 out of 5. We noted a pleasing attention to aesthetics (3.64 out of 5), with carefully presented pizzas and vibrant colors. The dough, which some of us tried in the charcoal version, was light; however, the thin rolling caused the temperature to drop a little too quickly, making the dough sometimes less fragrant towards the end. The cooking still stands at 3.64 out of 5. The "Ambience and Service" section (3.00 out of 5) deserves some constructive reflection. Table space was rather limited, requiring a certain spirit of adaptation. The real positive note was the management of the dining room: the waiter was empathetic, friendly, and very helpful, even patiently handling our request for separate bills, a big plus for us. However, wait times were a bit long, and the service was a bit hesitant, such as the arrival of drinks after the appetizer. One technical detail worth mentioning concerns the table setting: the choice to use dull knives, even though it was motivated by child safety, made cutting the pizza a bit laborious. (It's a shame that, looking around that evening, there weren't even a trace of children in the dining room.) The quality/price ratio remains fair (3.64 out of 5). As for "Would you eat it again tomorrow?" (3.45 out of 5) Our verdict is cautious: it was a peaceful evening thanks to the friendly staff, but overall it lacked that spark that makes you want to return immediately. Average final rating - 3.55 out of 5

09/02/2026: So I've been there twice, once in January and once in February. The pizza is good, but the service leaves much to be desired. Both times I ate wearing a jacket because it was cold. I ordered the wrong pizzas, and when we ordered the bitters, they didn't arrive. I had to go and tell them. In the middle of winter, you can't eat in the cold. The pizzas were good, but at least they could have offered coffee to make up for the mix-ups. I don't recommend it in winter.

29/12/2025: Updated December 2025. The place has been renovated and is now very bright. The pizza is very good, one of the best in the area. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly.

07/09/2025: Pan pizza... spectacular. Pizza with excellent toppings and a very light dough. It feels like home; the owners are truly kind and friendly. We need the kind of welcome they give everywhere.

03/03/2026: The owners are incredibly kind, always making you feel at ease, and a chat is always a pleasure. We tried four pizzas with gluten-free dough and everyone was satisfied with the quality of the pizza, which was just the right amount of flavor and very easy to digest! We also really appreciated the choice to deliver the pizzas in an aluminum tray, avoiding direct contact with the cardboard. Excellent idea. We will definitely choose Tuttopizza again! Congratulations :)

29/11/2025: If you're in the Udine area, it's worth a visit. Aside from the fact that it's a go-to spot for entire generations of dart players and billiard players, the new Ceva and Cotechino sandwiches are incredible!
