21/02/2026: Excellent beers and delicious pizzas, delicious desserts too, friendly staff. A great place to start hikes on Monte Cocusso or the Salamandra trail...beware that the local trails are used by downhill mountain bikers. Lately (winter 2025-26), the staff has been struggling and very poorly organized...they only deliver half the pizzas...the cutlery doesn't arrive...there are desserts, but we're told they're sold out, then they send them to the next table...all of this needs to be reconsidered.

27/01/2026: Pizzeria with very good pizza and friendly service. The place is quite spacious and welcoming. The only downside is the lack of parking, which can be a bit inconvenient. It's still a great place to stop for a bite if you're passing through or on a walk.

09/12/2025: Never again was it a rip-off. I ordered a No. 28 pizza with tuna and onions, which cost €10 plus an extra €12, and it ended up costing me €14.50. I'll read the photo to see how they do it. The quality/price ratio isn't up to par 👎👎👎

24/02/2026: A charming, intimate little spot overlooking the Muggia dock with outdoor seating available. The place is nice, clean, and well-organized. Good food and good wine. The fried calamari were fresh and cooked very well, as was the grilled calamari. The appetizer was also good, although honestly, for the price, it was a bit on the low side. Overall, we had a good time and will definitely return.

07/03/2026: There were five of us for dinner. We were expecting a nice, quiet evening. Before booking, we were told there were two evening sittings: 7-9 PM and the other from 9 PM onward. We booked for the first sitting. We really appreciated the speed of service; the food was excellent, especially the pasta dishes and especially the pizzas! The only flaw, unfortunately, was the somewhat rude and cold staff. Especially the young woman with black hair, who didn't pay enough attention to the customers, responding rudely and without smiling. We appreciated the kindness of the young man with glasses, who asked several times if the dinner was good. Remember that, in addition to good food, it's important to make the customer feel welcome and not like they're being pressured.

07/03/2026: This evening we had dinner with friends during the early evening sitting (7-9pm). The food was all very good, both the starters and the pizzas. Unfortunately, one dish was taken away before we finished it. The only downside of the evening was the service: very rushed and cold; you could feel the rush. Furthermore, when paying, we weren't given the option to split the bill. It's a shame that such a refined atmosphere and good-quality food is ruined by staff who don't make you feel at ease.

19/10/2025: It was truly a wonderful discovery. As soon as you enter, you can sense the owners' love and passion. The atmosphere is enchanting and the outdoor garden is truly lovely, perfect for a break between courses. Simple dishes made with quality ingredients, with truly sublime salami and plum jam. The only downside was the price of the appetizer, which we thought was a bit excessive. Otherwise, the other courses were reasonably priced and of good quality. Highly recommended.

18/06/2025: I was there this morning, the brioche was very good but I was really shocked by the rudeness of the girl who replaces Cristina, I had already had the opportunity to see it and I had also heard about it. I basically went to pay and she asked me if I paid for everything, I told her yes, she gave me the bill and when I went out I checked and saw that she had added to the bill the 2 cappuccinos that 5 minutes before a friend of ours had gone to pay for himself, I went back in, I asked her if she remembered this person because I didn't want her to think I was ripping her off, she didn't even listen to me, she got angry saying that I was the one who had to tell her what we had and that she didn't know if they had paid for the cappuccinos because there were 100 of us, actually there were 7 of us! I described the gentleman to her but she talked over me! There weren't many people and she remembered all our drinks very well but not that they had paid for 2 cappuccinos 5 minutes before??? Come on! And in any case a little calm and good manners wouldn't hurt!

28/02/2026: This used to be my favorite pizzeria in Trieste: soft, light pizza, with a dough that felt like a cloud. Unfortunately, the pizza I ate a few days ago was very different: heavy, dense dough that left me thirsty, and mozzarella with an unconvincing flavor. I'm truly sorry: the fabulous pizza—at least for me—is now just a memory.

04/01/2026: A very good restaurant with a lovely courtyard, and the interior is also beautifully decorated. Pizza, pasta, fish, seafood… everything we've eaten here so far has been excellent. The service is very friendly and quick. I absolutely cannot understand some of the negative reviews. Making a reservation is definitely a good idea in the summer. Even with a reservation, there's no "reserved" sign on the tables, as some people here seem to misunderstand. So, it's quite possible that tables will be empty and you'll be turned away if you arrive without a reservation. And everyone knows that in Italy you don't just sit down at an empty table, but wait to be assigned one…

28/12/2025: The place is cozy, the service is nice. Slow? Didn't you come to relax, to get wet? Where are you rushing? We came in around 2:30. It was a bit difficult to find the place, even though it was clearly marked. We ate pasta, drank wine, a Tiramisù and coffee. We returned in the evening: pizza, salad, wine, Unicum. We were satisfied with everything. One could find fault. But why? Bravi! 👏👏👏

20/02/2026: Many years ago I worked in this restaurant and I know the ins and outs. They don't remember me, but I chose to spend my birthday here because I'm sure of the freshness, attention, and cleanliness. We come here every now and then for work in the Udine area with my husband, our choice for lunch always falls to this restaurant. This evening we left from Jesolo (you understand that I live by the sea) and I chose Ancona 2 to celebrate my birthday. We arrived, they sat us down, and we ordered two house appetizers and a Vincenzo pizza. The appetizer was nothing like the usual, and we forgot about the pizza. I didn't finish my appetizer, the waiter asked me why, and I gave my opinion, which Mrs. Maria didn't appreciate (but she did try to solve the problem). We decided to ask for the dessert menu, but the waiter slammed the three dessert menus on the table, at which point I decided with my family to leave. I recognize you as hard workers, I recognize the cleanliness because I cleaned Your well-maintained furnishings, I recognize the freshness and attention to raw materials. But today was my birthday, I traveled miles... no one should dare offend with inappropriate behavior just for judging a dish. Me and my family. Be kinder and more understanding towards customers and accept some criticism with humility because even after years of experience it can always be constructive, otherwise, Mrs. Maria, salt is useless. I THANK YOU FOR THE EVENING BECAUSE FOR ME IT WAS CONSTRUCTIVE TOO.

07/03/2026: I've been to this pizzeria twice. The first time I got takeout pizza, and even though it was cold, it was still good, so I was satisfied. The second time, however, the experience wasn't as positive: the dough seemed stale and underworked, and the pizza was tough, so much so that it was difficult to even cut and eat. The atmosphere also didn't feel very welcoming, which made the overall experience less pleasant.
