10/07/2025: Highly not recommended for the following reasons: 1. On Google, it stated it offers home delivery, which it doesn't. 2. I opted for takeout. He gave me a time, but when I arrived (at the agreed-upon time), he still hadn't started making them, and I waited 25 minutes. 3. After several curses and complaints from the pizza chef about other customers who weren't there, my pizza was ready, and I "tried" to pay for it. I say "tried" because as soon as I asked to pay by card, I was told he doesn't have a card reader and only accepts cash. He pointed out that he hadn't had a card reader for a month and a half. After a bit of discussion about how to pay, he decided to stand in my face and tell me that for €20, he's not starving (in a rather aggressive tone), then he puts his hand on my shoulder and sends me away, escorting me to the exit without asking me to pay for the pizzas. Aside from the regulatory issue of not having a POS, I'm mostly critical of the fact that I have no idea how a place with a person like that could still be open.

In an area like Portuense, where pizza is a true tradition, this pizzeria stands out for the quality and freshness of the ingredients, which are simply excellent. The pizza base is light and well balanced, without being too salty or heavy. What makes it truly special are the fresh, quality ingredients, which go perfectly with the pasta, without ever overpowering the flavours. Every bite is an explosion of flavour, where each ingredient makes itself felt without being covered by salt or excessive seasonings. A pizza that truly tastes like pizza, with authentic and well-balanced flavours. I firmly believe that this pizzeria should become an institution. The quality of the pizza is excellent and deserves to be known and appreciated by everyone. If you are looking for a pizza that is synonymous with authenticity, freshness and good taste, I can only highly recommend it. A gastronomic experience that is truly worth trying!

01/08/2025: Casual restaurant, good service, good food. If you go during the hours indicated by the restaurant, the price of pizzas and first courses is discounted. Excellent option for lunch or dinner at an excellent price.

27/07/2025: We went to Papa Nero expecting a pleasant evening, but the experience turned out to be disappointing in every way. Upon arrival, we were seated, but then we waited an inordinate amount of time before a waiter came to take our order. We ordered pizzas, and after nearly an hour of waiting, we were treated to pizzas that to call mediocre would be a compliment: poorly leavened dough, heavy to digest, and lacking in harmony in the flavors.

29/07/2025: I went to this place for lunch. The pizza was very good, with a soft crust, and the dishes I saw also made a great impression. The place is simple but welcoming, and the staff is friendly.

25/07/2025: Sono stata in questo locale con un amico e abbiamo mangiato due pizze: una estate e una sorrentina. Molto buone, con il tipico impasto napoletano, soffice e digeribile. L'unica cosa è che c'era parecchia cenere e, oltre a rovinare il gusto, ti sporcava le mani. Il personale è stato cordiale e le pizze sono arrivate velocemente. Gli ingredienti sono ottimi e freschi. Il locale è molto spazioso e i bagni puliti. I prezzi sono nella media, lo consigliamo. Ci ritorneremo.

07/06/2025: I received a pizza with rich toppings and thin crispy crust. Good price-value ratio. I had trouble explaining what I wanted, it was 40 minutes before closing, but they still managed to get me the kind of topping I was looking for.

27/07/2025: We had lunch here with friends. They had excellent pizzas, and the desserts were also good, and the service was very quick and attentive. For dessert, we tried the tenerina, which was delicious. The prices are a little above average, but considering it's practically downtown, I think that's to be expected. Anyway, we enjoyed it and will be back.

Specializing in fresh fish: raw seafood, seafood appetizers, shellfish pasta dishes, and mixed grills. Popular dishes include stewed fish, lobster linguine, and paccheri with red shrimp. A truly enjoyable experience, a recommended spot for a lovely seafood evening.

20/06/2025: I was there about 1 month ago with some friends of mine for the Champions League final. Very good pizza, my friends were all satisfied, friendly and kind waiters, excellent organization and management of the place. Ambience right in the center, place divided into three floors: ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor, there are also some balconies that overlook one of the main streets of the youth nightlife, namely Via Carlo Mayr. Very good price, perfect for university students. I will definitely return.
