Otherwise, a huge disappointment.
In a simple sentence: Unfair.
The menu has normal prices, then they offer you off-menu items (the prices of which you don't know), but what do you expect to be in line with the rest? Then the bill shows 23 euros for an appetizer: ONE... and I mean ONE... octopus tentacles cut into three pieces... as if it were a Michelin-starred restaurant.
Huge disappointment.
09/12/2025: The staff was active, well-organized, attentive, and kind. The food was excellent, the atmosphere very pleasant, the only flaw being that the tables were so close together that you could barely move.

05/07/2026: Like every summer, we kick off the season by stopping by this restaurant, where no matter what you choose from the menu, you can't go wrong. Tonight, we saw many new waiters, who were certainly kind and friendly. It's a shame that, despite placing our order twice, not all of our food arrived, and too much time passed between each dish. I know it's high season and waiters are running around, but no one ever stopped to ask for anything. So some of us left hungry, which is a shame. I won't be back.

12/04/2026: Very good pizza, ready in a flash, as is typical in Italy 👍😀👍
We arrived 5 minutes before closing and were warmly and greeted with a smile. 2 pizzas were ready 8 minutes later, 3 minutes after closing 😉👍
The next day we arrived 10 minutes before opening and were also welcomed inside with a smile to sit down and wait for the service to begin 😀👍😀

16/06/2026: We decided to try a new beach in Porto Garibaldi. I must honestly say that it was more of a flop than a flop. I already found it absurd to have to book three sunbeds online and pay in advance by credit card, as if we were in Sardinia. We had an aperitif and they handed us two tasteless spritzes without even a single crisp. Lastly, we were seated inside for lunch, and it was stiflingly hot against the boiling glass.
The food was meager in quantity, and the wait was too long.
We won't be returning.
There are better beaches.
15/06/2026: The beach is well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing, but there are improvements to be made. First of all, I personally didn't appreciate the option to reserve umbrellas and loungers via the app on the website: by requiring immediate payment, if there's a last-minute problem, you'll lose your money, including the €3 app service fee!
Second improvement: poorly trained restaurant staff, long wait times (the place is too big for the available staff), and poor value for money: considering how much we spent, I'm not satisfied with what I ate.
Also, if you order a Spritz for an aperitif, give her at least two chips and don't make her buy them!
I don't think I'll be back.

10/07/2026: A regular stop on our summer vacation. It's a shame it's not closer to home; we'd be regulars.
Welcoming atmosphere, very kind and attentive staff, delicious food. A paradise for gluten-free eaters, especially the fried food!
09/07/2026: The food was very good, the service was terrible. We waited very long to order and for the separate courses, and had to remind the waiters what was still missing. They forgot our drink orders and we had to remind them of those as well.

05/04/2026: We had a mixed lunch menu, both meat and fish. Spaghetti with clams was good, lasagna was so-so. The cutlet was good, the mixed fried fish wasn't excellent, and the grilled fish was just adequate. The service was good, as was the atmosphere.
05/04/2026: Friendly staff, but the food was barely adequate. The dishes arrived one at a time, and six of us ate in installments. Part of the order never arrived! High price.

21/05/2026: Seafood lunch near the beach. Spectacular dishes... excellent quality fish, everything perfectly cooked, the fried fish melted in your mouth and was super crispy... very generous and satisfying portions. The dessert was also really good. Service was quite slow, but considering it's an open-air beach spot, it's nice to spend a little more time there.
13/05/2026: It's become a pleasant habit. Excellent food and great service. If the weather's nice, you can eat outside, right on the seafront.
