02/02/2026: We return often, and that must mean something, so I'll update and conclude the review. Quick, friendly service, a nice place, a little noisy when crowded, but not always. Various types of dough to choose from (traditional, kamut, whole wheat, etc.) and thicknesses (traditional, pulled, etc.). They also have lactose-free mozzarella for those who are intolerant like me. Delicious pizza, I recommend the "pulled" version, but whole wheat is also available, it's a matter of taste. The desserts are delicious; it's a shame there aren't any lactose-free desserts, but with a lactase tablet you can indulge every now and then. Parking is on the street, but there are spaces in the internal streets of the village.

01/02/2026: For those who don't like crowds, the karaoke area is highly discouraged, especially for birthday parties, etc.! It's impossible to talk! It would have been appropriate to let customers know in advance where they would be seated! At the end of the evening, we were informed that we could ask to be moved. The pizza was very good! The staff were very friendly!

24/01/2026: It's been a while since we've been here, it's been good ever since. Today, I'd recommend the Tyrolean skewers appetizer for those who love shrimp with speck. Then the exceptional deconstructed shrimp cochtel. Well, look around, every dish you'd like to try, the desserts? Superb Duchess stracchino, flower-shaped millefeuille, cream and chocolate. The dining room service is always available. Compliments to everyone, from the kitchen to the dining room. Even though it's a renowned place for years, I recommend it.
19/01/2026: I ate a very good pizza, light and very digestible, and a second course of both white and red mussels, very good.

17/01/2026: For dinner on Friday night, we all had a classic pizza (we were at a large table), and all the pizzas had the same "problem"—completely tasteless ingredients. More than one person ordered fried eggplant, which tasted only of oil, a real shame.
The desserts were good, though, and the girl who served us was very kind and nice, and most importantly, she was knowledgeable.

The pizza is tasty, easy to digest, and cooked to perfection—you can taste the passion and professionalism behind it.
The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere makes you feel at home.
Whether for a quick dinner or an evening with friends, it's always a guarantee: it never disappoints.
100% highly recommended. In my opinion, the best pizzeria ever.

The pizzas are very carefully prepared... with various types of dough and fresh, excellent quality ingredients!!! The staff and personnel are fantastic in every sense, always friendly and nice!!! Knowing the owners Kinder and Nicola I have to say "chapeau" because they pay attention to every little detail and have set up a wonderful location!!!

09/02/2026: I occasionally return to Al Frattino, this time for a delicious pizza with my wife.
A few steps from the Este Castle, this restaurant, excellently run by Mr. Matteo and his staff, features exposed beams and offers tasty, well-prepared dishes and a wide variety of pizzas.
The service is prompt, and the prices are absolutely in line with the offerings.
A wide variety of desserts to delight every palate.
I highly recommend it!
03/02/2026: I've already been there a couple of times with friends for dinner, trying both appetizers and first courses. The truffle cappelletti and their potato wedges were delicious.
The atmosphere is pleasant, and they also have pizza! I recommend it! It's especially good for dinners with colleagues or friends!

11/01/2026: Clean and uncluttered, a bit vintage, the pizza is excellent, the staff is competent, but they're just a little slower to clear the table, partly because it's not a busy evening and some customers like us enjoy the conviviality at the table when it doesn't get in the way of work.
23/12/2025: Very, very good pizzas with a wide selection. The place is a bit noisy, especially on weekends. Reservations are recommended as it's often full.
