Finally, a pizza that tastes good. The dough and flours are excellent, with perfect leavening and baking. The tomato sauce has such an intense flavor that it made me feel like I was back in the day, a few decades ago, when everything had its own unique flavor. The place is clean, and the fact that it's located in an industrial area means you can eat outside in the evenings without any traffic. I highly recommend it. Congratulations!

I sometimes stop for dinner when I'm in the area. It's a quiet place and the food is good. The pizza is very good, the staff is friendly, and the price is average.

08/06/2026: Years later, I returned to this small restaurant overlooking the lake, where you can go sport fishing. As soon as we arrived, we found a plate of rustic cake on our reserved table. We were told it was for us, but I was suspicious that the pieces were distributed randomly, and I think it's more appropriate to serve it in front of the customer. The pizza wasn't bad, but acceptable. Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy the pizza fully because we suffered from the heat and a few mosquitoes and flies that bothered us. Service wasn't particularly fast, but overall acceptable. Prices were average.
05/06/2026: From pizza to crescentine with cold cuts, through first courses and various second courses, you can't go wrong.
