24/08/2024: Nice, modern and clean place but the pizza was honestly really sad. Hard dough (despite the double kneading), Dough still behind in leavening and burnt edge.

23/08/2024: Tried it for the first time this evening. Simply exceptional: I had a plate of spaghetti carbonara, the best in and around Imola by far. A hearty dish, well seasoned, tasty and delicious. Impeccable service and above all the honors of the house done by the owner, a cheerful boy, polite and always with a smile towards all the guests! I will definitely come back to try pizzas, burgers and I will certainly get this evening's dish again.

The beers are not sought after, but normal pizzeria beers rather than pub ones ... It is a place suitable for those who are satisfied, from a gastronomic point of view. Table service is good

08/08/2024: Very tasty pizza. Outdated opening hours on the website without specifying what time the kitchen opens. Overall very good, it's a pity that the air conditioning can't cope with the heat.

06/08/2024: Average pizza for Calderara. I'm not crazy about the dough, no crunchiness in the crust. In my opinion the ingredients are normal, which is positive for a quick pizza without infamy and without praise.

03/07/2024: Praised by industry sites as one of the best pizzerias in Bologna, I didn't find anything exceptional, a tiny bruschettina with butter and anchovies, a napoli with little mozzarella and a bologna (mortadella and baked potatoes) that were normal. Good and well-leavened dough, filling to be improved. Quick and courteous service, environment to be re-established. Prices in line with the city. Lots of name, little substance.

21/07/2024: Ci siamo fermati all’Hotel Donatello per una sosta di viaggio ed abbiamo voluto cenare al Ristorante Donatello. Sale ampie e funzionali, servizio cortese ed efficiente. Ci siamo divisi un tagliere piccolo di salumi e prosciutto: abbondante per essere una porzione singola, accompagnata da ottimi gnocchi fritti. Poi mia moglie una tagliata, io un piatto di ravioli ,dalla forma di piramidi, molto ben accompagnati da melanzane e formaggio; purtroppo non ricordo il nome del piatto che consiglio . Gustoso e dall’interessante impiattamento. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
