17/08/2024: I don't know about the rest, burnt piadina, seasoned cooked ham, to say the least, inedible. Hard as a rock. Very long waiting time for two piadinas... obviously I will never go back again.

Dinner with a spectacular sunset, very high quality dishes, and a great entrepreneur, Andrea, to make the experience perfect. Every time it exceeds our expectations and takes us on a journey full of flavours, colors and extraordinary culinary traditions. I can't wait to go back!!!

24/08/2024: Nice, modern and clean place but the pizza was honestly really sad. Hard dough (despite the double kneading), Dough still behind in leavening and burnt edge.

23/08/2024: Tried it for the first time this evening. Simply exceptional: I had a plate of spaghetti carbonara, the best in and around Imola by far. A hearty dish, well seasoned, tasty and delicious. Impeccable service and above all the honors of the house done by the owner, a cheerful boy, polite and always with a smile towards all the guests! I will definitely come back to try pizzas, burgers and I will certainly get this evening's dish again.

29/08/2024: Beautiful place. Food very good. Except for Ceviche, they really can't. They lack everything that makes them taste good! All meals are also served gluten-free!

27/08/2024: Suggestive and elegant place, extremely precise and attentive service. The only flaw, I ordered something off the menu to have tagliatelle with mushrooms instead of ragù which then turned out to cost €25 instead of €10, without having been notified... maybe a little too much, right?

06/06/2024: More than a castle...I would say a country house. Apart from a castle tower it has nothing. Few rooms that can be visited with displays of peasant objects. Display of weapons but more talk than substance.....disappointed

21/05/2024: I went to visit the castle on the occasion of a sporting event. Wonderful... suggestive atmosphere. The guide was able to make us appreciate every single detail and was very engaging as well as kind. Well kept, worth a visit.

23/08/2024: Last night me and 3 other friends of mine came here for dinner. As soon as we entered we immediately noticed the difference between the online photos and the live environment. We sit down, order a first course each and three fried dishes. Allow me to give some advice. A little less salt in the pasta, a little more pasta and fewer clams. As for fried food, I think the breading needs to be reviewed as you can taste a lot of flour and it's a bit heavy. In all this, a bug was crawling on the table which wasn't very clean. For the rest all is well.
