A rich trattoria menu featuring both meat and seafood dishes, with abundant and fresh fried seafood.
Comfortable and well-kept place, with plenty of space both outside (in the pedestrian area) and inside, the owner is always friendly and welcoming.
While you wait (shortly), enjoy focaccia and crescentine, or schiacciata rosmarino or rossa, a courtesy for everyone.
After your lunch or dinner, enjoy limoncello, or even better, meloncello and biscuits to continue the conversation while you wait for your coffee.
Recommended: coffee sorbet.
11/04/2026: Fantastic food. (The Scamorza with bacon as a starter was divine.) The service was very friendly and attentive. The wait times were very short. At the end, we were even offered a complimentary Limoncello. I can absolutely recommend it.

13/04/2026: I haven't tried the pizza, but the grilled shellfish and the frog are worth 9.50, just to be stingy. Hats off.
13/04/2026: I've always eaten fish here, never meat. This evening, I don't know why I changed my habits and ordered a mixed grill of meat with grilled vegetables. Unfortunately, I have to say I wasn't overly satisfied because the sausage was a little undercooked, while the chicken and turkey were quite stringy, not to mention the cooking time.
As for the grilled vegetables, there were zucchini, eggplant with radicchio, two mushroom caps, and a cherry tomato cut in half, all undercooked. I paid and left not overly satisfied, but honestly, I didn't say anything because sometimes mistakes happen, after all, we are human. My 4 stars remain.
And next time, I'll go back to my traditional fish 🤣

The eating table was all sticky. I definitely won't be back, since the owner wasn't all that friendly either...
11/04/2026: I stumbled upon this place by chance after a day trip. I'd say pizza bought at the supermarket or at a kebab shop is the same. No offense!
The owner should also be a little nicer.

20/03/2026: Lunch for two, we ordered a first course and a second course from the daily specials, with 1/2 cup of water, cover charge, and bread included. The service was friendly, and the food was excellent, all reasonably priced. I highly recommend this restaurant in the center of Modigliana.

30/12/2025: Saturday lunch was all you can eat, with meat or fish. We chose the fish option. We sampled everything on the menu. I particularly enjoyed the first courses. The service was fast and punctual. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The ground floor dining room was spacious and bright, and even though it was full, we could still converse easily. Recommended.

10/04/2026: Lovely stoned fired Italian Pizza shop. Proper hand made sourdough. Wow that’s not lie the pizzas I get from my home town Middlesbrough. Domino’s etc. No wonder Italian people like these.
Thanks to Erika for keeping me right in what to eat.
Not something I normally eat but done about 3-4 hours walking today so need the carbs.
Even the delivery cars have electric ovens in the back rather than than the bags they use in uk. Quality.
