We found a surprisingly varied menu, with refined and tasty dishes, in a minimalist yet delightful and well-kept setting. Not to mention that Andrea, the owner, made us feel welcomed right away. Unfortunately, I wasn't convinced by the service: the staff seemed a bit cold and unfriendly, almost tired, and this made the experience less pleasant. 21/07/2026: Intimate and modern restaurant. Very friendly and attentive staff. Fast service. Delicious food. Excellent quality meat, cooked to perfection. We had ravioli, tagliata al sale and formaggio di fossa, grilled tomatoes and porcini mushrooms, crema catalana, and zuppa inglese. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the restaurant. Definitely worth a try.

It's not often you find such a perfect combination of the exceptional quality of the ingredients and attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service. Quality of the dishes: 10/10 with honors A true paradise for meat connoisseurs. As you can immediately see from the passages dedicated to the aging staff in the dining room, the selection of premium and aged cuts is impressive. We tried some exceptional cuts, and they were cooked impeccably, rare, just as requested, showcasing the tenderness and incredible flavor of the meat to the fullest. The side dishes were also excellent, such as the perfectly golden and crispy baked potatoes. The menu offers an incredible variety, from exquisite off-menu options to great traditional classics. Service and Atmosphere The staff was extraordinary: welcoming, professional, and always ready to recommend the perfect cut based on our tastes, passionately explaining the provenance and aging of the meat. Attentive service makes you feel pampered from start to finish. It's no surprise that they're among Sapori d'Italia's "Best Restaurants in Italy 2025," a well-deserved recognition. We'll definitely be back!
