13/06/2025: One of the few "normal" and typical Italian restaurants on Capri and Anacapri, located in a side street next to the church. We were delighted when we discovered it and left with full stomachs and, for once, a not-so-full bill! Very friendly service and a quiet location.

03/06/2025: WARNING – Avoid “Il Saraceno Ristorante Pizzeria” at all costs. I went in for a glass of red wine and a vegetarian pasta dish. I was given a red wine with bubbles (?!), and when I said it tasted wrong I was told I “can drink it anyway”. No change. No responsibility. Just pure arrogance. The pasta? Full of pork. I am vegetarian. It was not on the menu. When I pointed it out the staff became incredibly rude and aggressive. 24 euros straight down the drain – and I had to leave hungry. This place has absolutely no respect for its guests. Bad food, bad service, zero responsibility. Do yourself a favor: Don’t go here. Ever.

04/04/2025: It's not a place, it's The Place! A refined and particular place, a meeting place and an intimate place between sofas and pop art, wood and vinyl. In addition to quality food and drink, you will find something interesting every day at the Factory, until it becomes a second home. Billiards and table football, live music, stand up comedy, board games, quizzes, sophisticated DJ sets! Friendly and friendly staff! Local like few others!

01/06/2025: Terrible service. We came for lunch, and as soon as we finished, the waiter asked us to go inside to pay so they could seat someone else. Once we went inside to pay, the waiter threw our credit card at us, only to have it returned to us. The food was not up to par with their lack of friendliness and politeness; I do not recommend this place. Plus, the coffee was disgusting.

01/06/2025: Fish of the day was turbot, which was prepared amazingly. We tried the melon with prosciutto and the mussel soup - also amazing. Service was great. Will come again.

31/12/2024: I took a portion of potatoes and waited 20 minutes but the potatoes were not good and looked like they were not cooked and the waiter was playing the phone and the table was dirty and there are cards on the table and on the chair. You will never return.

11/11/2024: Good morning, I came repeatedly with my friends to Mecledon, the food was impeccable, the Chinese gentleman was very kind but there was a lady to whom he said "you are not the center of the world" and it wasn't very nice. For the rest top❤️☺️

11/05/2025: As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by a very rude, relatively old gentleman, but then another one came and we said ok, let's sit down. We got a pizza capricciosa (one of the most popular in Italy) but it was bad. Minimal cheese and tasteless and generally tasteless. We didn't get any more luckily but I must also say that the prices are very expensive especially for what they offer! I put 2 stars for the pleasant environment of the terrace with the trees above and for one of the 2 waiters who came to our table, who at least the person was kind.

10/05/2025: Reception was completely rude by a middle aged man. Food far below average. There are too many great restaurants to choose from.

03/01/2025: Estábamos en el centro comercial Campania y nos apetecía un poco de pizza, así que pensamos que sería bueno que esta pizzería fuera. He estado en esta marca antes, pero en un lugar diferente en Nápoles. Estaba muy ocupado, tuvimos que esperar en la cola durante unos 5 - 10 minutos, sin duda vale la pena la espera. La masa de pizza era tan suave y delicioso. Los precios de las pizzas eran de alrededor de 9 - 12 euros cada uno, así que bastante barato.

07/12/2024: Siamo andati mentre eravamo in ferie a Napoli e devo purtroppo dire che le pizze non erano niente di speciale soprattutto per l'impasto molto gommoso. Prezzo alto

22/02/2025: We've only been here once and got chips to take away. The wait wasn't very long and the chips were excellent as were the price. We will definitely return if we are in these parts again.

15/02/2025: Terrible experience. Called at 7pm, delivered around 9pm as agreed, but 2 pizzas were missing and one was wrong. After requesting to have the complete and correct order returned, we received two exact but very salty and cold pizzas (1 hour after the request). Another was wrong again. Despite all these inconveniences we had to pay the total amount. The correct pizza, which arrived after a third reminder, as shown in the photo, arrived in pitiful condition. NEVER AGAIN! Ps: the pizza guy very helpful.

20/08/2024: Excellent pizza to take away! Better than the famous places! But people complain that the lady at the checkout is very nervous, I don't know why....unbelievable stuff! Maybe with an order number you would feel better?! After all, so many customers, so much work, It would take a little patience and a smile which fortunately you find in the rest of the staff. But there is a remedy for that!

17/08/2024: The pizza chef is good but unfortunately the owners are the real problem. The lady at the cash register, once you have received the receipt and collected the money, doesn't care very much about who comes first and who comes after, leaving you to get killed along with the other customers. THE TECHNOLOGY IT COULD HELP YOU A LOT... nothing complicated, just put a dispenser for the numbers and you're done... but unfortunately change is never welcome... place to avoid!!!

20/04/2025: I ordered an Aperol Spritz on Easter Saturday. There were 5 dead ants floating on the drink. The waiter wasn't interested in my complaint.

27/12/2024: A trendy restaurant, in a very welcoming, refined and romantic location. We ate some very good spaghetti with clams! Price a little above average. Good food.. but the cover charge is €3 with a paper napkin 😁!

26/01/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per Cena spettacolo con Gianluca di Lembo serata bella per la musica ma per la cena da dimenticare nessuna pietanza era decente.

04/01/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo , abbiamo preso un crudo di pesce , una pasta con cozze , una carbonara , degli gnocchi e del pollo tutto buono . La ragazza che ci ha servito cortese e disponibile in tutto alle richieste per le mie figlie . L’unico appunto negativo ad un tratto sono entrati due signori che suonavano e cantavano e cercavano l’offerta ad ogni tavolo , da noi in Sicilia non si usa , se c’è del personale che intrattiene deve pagarlo il proprietario e non i clienti .

29/12/2024: Unfortunately I am giving a negative review not to the quality but to the service. Reservation made and confirmed for 8.30pm (I requested confirmation several times before placing the order) they showed up at 9.55pm in the meantime called twice and both times they said they would deliver shortly... If you are unable to respect the orders it is better not to take orders... It's a shame because the pizza is very good

03/12/2024: This place is a scam! They offer some bruschetta and fry stuff and then put extra 15eur on the bill without asking. Then the beer becomes not 3.5 as in the menu, to 5 eur. Gluten-free pizza doubles up in price, and all that without telling the client. Our total was supposed to be 40 Eur and the bill came to 67 Eur. With some discussions, they reduced it to 50 Eur. This was thanks to one of us speaking Italian. Total tourist scam of Napoli! Avoid at all cost, it's a shame!
