17/10/2025: My God, what terrible food... poorly presented, dirty cruets, dirty salt shakers, bad, bad, awful wine... the travel agency took us, horrible, I don't know how much the food cost, because it was included... but NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED, we returned the meat uneaten... and no one cared, neither the waiters nor the owner, so we never returned.

11/10/2025: You prefer long constructive comments. I will give to you. Your restaurant has, by far, the worst service standards that I have ever encountered. Servers will insist you to select their set lunch. But we were not keen on your lunch set, even if it is value for money. The servers were so rude that we decided this is not the place for us to dine, exactly what the owner mentioned in other reviews. I can't blame the servers for being rude when a more well dressed 'gentleman', presumably their supervisor, was the most obnoxious. He seems like a version 1.0 robot who only understands 2 words, carbonara or bolognese. For the owner. If you received so many feedback on the poor service, yet do nothing about it, then don't expect better reviews. And if you are so defensive towards honest reviews, it is best that you locked the reviews.

05/10/2025: First, let me clarify that this is more of a diner experience than an Italian Restaurant. An older gentleman was very nice outside and sat us quickly inside where you can see the dessert display immediately upon entering. We ordered some drinks but the server seemed to forget about us as was the case throughout the meal, never checking in at all. The burrata appetizer was good but the accompanying tomatoes were the dullest I have eaten in Italy. Main dishes were small portions and not seasoned well. My tagliatini was nothing more than spaghetti. Overall, the food as 3.0 and overpriced by a mile, and this is more of a diner that is surviving based on its great location. Not a place for authentic or creative food but fine for a quick bite.

03/10/2025: Had to wait forever for service. People walk past us that work there didn’t even stop. We had to wave down people just in order to get additional menus and we had kids so that probably didn’t make it any better. Food was so so nothing to write home about.

19/10/2025: I completely disagree with the negative reviews. Aside from the high price, which is fair for the area, I haven't found any negatives. Five of us had lunch, and everyone enjoyed it. We came on a Sunday, but we still managed to get a table right away. We then ordered desserts and coffee, and were completely satisfied. The waiters were very courteous and polite.

07/10/2025: Not good food, pricey for what you get. Dirty glasses and forks are cleaned with a cloth that is then used to clean the tables.

27/10/2025: Despite the delay, Glovo was very professional in personally interacting with the platform and resolving the issue. The pizza is very good! See you soon.

19/09/2025: We were there on a Saturday evening, a very traditional place, prices are average nowadays, the local specialty is quail and mussel soup, we'll be back, the food is good, even if I expected the fried pizza to be a little bigger, but I recommend it because it was dry and without any oil.

04/10/2025: Terrible experience, they give priority to online orders and anyone there to order even a single pizza waits forever, after two hours of waiting I gave them the receipt and left because I was taken for a ride because according to the cashier I had been told it took time, absolutely false. Then I say I see you standing for two hours with a baby in your arms, they churn out ten thousand pizzas for Glovo, what does it take to make just one pizza and a portion of potatoes!!! Put your hand on your conscience!!!

21/06/2025: Peccato perdersi per la cottura, quando ormai tutti sanno che gli alimenti bruciati fanno male alla salute. Peccato perché l' impasto è molto buono e gli ingredienti usati di buona qualità, basterebbe stare attenti al momento cottura. Ho chiamato per reclamare e la proprietaria, seppur gentilissima, mi ha detto di riportargliela ma riprendere la macchina e tornare indietro per una negligenza loro, mi è sembrato troppo. Penso che in questi casi basterebbe farla ritirare o non consegnare proprio la pizza bruciata facendone subito un' altra. Spero che questa mia recensione serva ad una maggiore accuratezza

06/06/2025: Ho ordinato una pizza wurstel e patatine arrivata su un gommone con wurstel nascosti per la paura ...mi domando e chiedo ma tu castellano te la mangeresti una pizza del genere ?

21/08/2025: I'm on vacation at the Sirenella Hotel in Lacco Ameno and I find it to be an enchanting place. I was welcomed by the owners with such hospitality and kindness, they make you feel at home. They are exceptionally friendly. I've found a place where I can truly relax and spend my days by the beautiful sea and enjoying excellent food. The hotel is on the sea with its own private beach, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I can only speak highly of this place. And if anyone asks me where I'll go on vacation next year, it's the Sirenella. They have everything you need for true relaxation. Thank you for your hospitality.

17/07/2025: Si ritorna nel periodo estivo a Gragnano per mangiare in compagnia il classico panuozzo e il vino rosso di Gragnano una tappa che non può mancare.Stavolta oltre al ciummariello(peperoncino verde) abbiamo mangiato una novità salsiccia funghi e guanciale buono ma forse un po' troppo asciutto da mangiare consiglio di aggiungere una verdura in piu

24/08/2025: Everything was delicious, the staff was excellent, Mr....whose name I don't know, and then the view was beautiful, it's my favorite place.

13/08/2025: I returned to this pizzeria after years to give it a second chance, but unfortunately I found it worse than before. The staff was poor, especially the waiter-owner, who was rude to us. The prices were extremely high for the low quality, and the organization was so poor that at the end of the meal I couldn't even write down the bill. It's a shabby, antique-filled place. Don't go there if you want a quiet evening.

16/08/2025: After 2 and a half hours of waiting, the pizza was wrong and with mozzarella all on the outside of the box.

27/07/2025: Great pizza! Takeout or delivery, but you can also dine at a typical Neapolitan sidewalk table. Great prices. I had a Margherita there for lunch and another for dinner, which was delivered promptly despite it being a weekend. I also recommend the porchetta pizza.

15/09/2025: Excellent panuozzi, good pizzas, well organized, but it's better to pick it up there, especially on Saturdays, but still recommended...

07/09/2025: The pizzas arrived almost an hour later than agreed upon, although we can't blame the delivery guy here, as he's suffering from the pizzeria's poor management. The worst part was something else: given the delay, I called over ten times, but they didn't answer. Furthermore, of the three Margherita pizzas I ordered, only one was the right one; the other two were fried pizza and marinara... Horrendous. I've never experienced anything like this. I've ordered in the past, and the situation wasn't rosy, but now it's gotten much worse.

20/09/2025: The restaurant is terrible, the quality of the ingredients is poor. For dinner, they served us a menu of cod meatballs, anchovy tart, poached octopus, and fried calamari and shrimp. The frying oil was rancid, the tart was mostly bread, and the anchovies were nonexistent, as was the cod meatball. Never again, never again.

20/09/2025: A great place to relax, it also has umbrellas on the beach!! I'll be back as soon as I can!! Excellent lunch with a wide selection, delicious fried food, soft and tasty 👍⚓☮️

14/09/2025: A convenient and comfortable restaurant where you can stop for a meal in Pompeii, located in Piazza Esedra, perfect for exiting the archaeological site at Porta Marina Inferiore or Porta Marina Superiore.

14/09/2025: We got tired of walking and decided to eat nearby. Even after seeing the rating decided to try. Welp the service was fast but lack attentiveness, rushing by without taking orders or helping customers. First pizza i couldnt finish in Italy, actually in Europe so far on my trip Idk what else to say… trust the reviews🤷🏻‍♂️
