31/12/2024: Nice pizza, service and people. Have been here three times in a week and will probably go one more time. Will need to stop eating carbs in the new year to sort my waist. Anyone who has been giving bad reviews that's not due to poor delivery is just a hater. Fyi I collected every time.

22/02/2025: We've only been here once and got chips to take away. The wait wasn't very long and the chips were excellent as were the price. We will definitely return if we are in these parts again.

15/02/2025: Terrible experience. Called at 7pm, delivered around 9pm as agreed, but 2 pizzas were missing and one was wrong. After requesting to have the complete and correct order returned, we received two exact but very salty and cold pizzas (1 hour after the request). Another was wrong again. Despite all these inconveniences we had to pay the total amount. The correct pizza, which arrived after a third reminder, as shown in the photo, arrived in pitiful condition. NEVER AGAIN! Ps: the pizza guy very helpful.

23/02/2025: Allora partiamo dal personale, lo faccio a malincuore ma, dispiace dover rilevare la "eccessiva freddezza" per non dire "non simpatia". Servizio non eccezionale, disattento sui particolari' esempio: 1) la pizza al bambino si porta subito... al mio appunto mi son sentito rispondere: ci siamo regolati sul pesce (ma che significa ? Chi te lo ha chiesto?); 2) alla domanda cosa avete come secondi? Segue risposta "carne e pesce" stop...ma va?; 3) abbiamo sfiorato che la pizza del bambino gli fosse interamente versata addosso...presa al volo per un pelo! Pizza discreta; orata (credo cotto alla brace) buona ma troppo cotta pr i miei gusti; hamburger di chianina eccezionale.... contorno di verdure grigliate inesistente ( 4 fettine sottili di zucchina, melanzana, 1 pelle di peperone giallo ... 2 scorze di finocchio) il tutto costellato da un prezzo salatissimo. Mi spiace , ci sono tornato dopo tanto tempo ma non c è feeling.

30/01/2025: Non ci torno da tempo, ci fecero alzare mentre mangiavamo per un errore di travolto dato l'affollamento che...nn sanno gestire .La pizza bruciata e l' olio si sente ....puzza !!! Mai più ...prezzi eccessivi ....qualità pessima

05/04/2025: Lovely experience, tasty food, great quick service. The waiters were super attentive. We had the caprese salad, mushroom risotto, carbonara and tiramisu & the the homemade limoncello is delicious. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

03/01/2025: Estábamos en el centro comercial Campania y nos apetecía un poco de pizza, así que pensamos que sería bueno que esta pizzería fuera. He estado en esta marca antes, pero en un lugar diferente en Nápoles. Estaba muy ocupado, tuvimos que esperar en la cola durante unos 5 - 10 minutos, sin duda vale la pena la espera. La masa de pizza era tan suave y delicioso. Los precios de las pizzas eran de alrededor de 9 - 12 euros cada uno, así que bastante barato.

07/12/2024: Siamo andati mentre eravamo in ferie a Napoli e devo purtroppo dire che le pizze non erano niente di speciale soprattutto per l'impasto molto gommoso. Prezzo alto

29/03/2025: Excellent gluten free pizza and good meat dishes. Had filet steak which was tender but medium rather than rare. Also pizza arrived 10 months before my steak. Vegetables were microwaved in my line of sight but still very nice. Would be five star if all food had arrived at the same time. Good service

11/03/2025: I would like to point out that for some strange reason the review was published about two years later. We went to Hortus for a quick lunch yesterday. The welcome is top notch, they are all friendly and nice, as well as professional, but what went over the top is the quality and flavor of the food: as in an ancient Neapolitan tavern, you can find almost forgotten flavours, excellent Campania products, both produced and from the land, and dishes prepared in an impeccable way. In addition to what you can see in the photo, we tasted the "broccoli and sausage" pasta (I don't remember the name they gave it)... sublime.

18/04/2025: Locale carino e molto affollato. Abbiamo deciso di mangiare tutti una zuppa di cozze ed abbiamo sbagliato. Dopo una discreta attesa sono arrivate le zuppe. Avrebbero dovuto essere bollenti e invece erano a malapena tiepide e senza il solito brodo che serve ad ammorbidire le freselle . Le vongole erano molto piccole e le cozze rinsecchite, evidentemente cotte troppo tempo prima . Abbiamo chiesto di avere altro brodo e la ragazza di sala , molto gentile, ha preso le zuppe e le ha portate in cucina dove avranno aggiunto meno di un mestolo di liquido....ne hanno preparato poco ? Mah ! Certo quattro freselle ed un tarallo erano troppi per poterli ammorbidire. Al costo di 18 euro ci aspettavano di più.

24/03/2025: Ho fatto da capo espiatorio per un litigio fra i titolari per una prenotazione Uno dei fratelli ha negato il mio orario di prenotazione dicendo che era in un orario precedente Ristorante vuoto mi hanno fatto andare via. Vorrei dire a questi signori che i panni sporchi si lavano in famiglia e quante volte mi hanno fatto aspettare più di mezz'ora dall'orario di prenotazione.

06/04/2025: Surprising in such a large restaurant to eat so well, abundant dishes and fast service. We were a group of 100 people and everyone was very satisfied. I recommend it!!!!

01/11/2024: Oramai sono 20 anni che frequentiamo questo ristorante! Nonostante abbiamo viaggiato molto, non abbiamo ancora trovato un posto che possa sostituire questa esperienza culinaria.

26/10/2024: Ho mangiato davvero male. Nemmeno le bruschette sanno fare, senza aglio e senza sale. Ma la pasta e vongole affogata nell'olio, da nausea (basta guardare foto). Prezzi altissimi per un livello molto basso. Sconsigliatissimo
