16/05/2024: Ero all'aeroporto di Capodichino in attesa di un aereo che arrivava in ritardo ed ho avuto la malsana idea di sedermi al tavolo di questa pizzeria. Ho atteso mezz'ora che arrivasse la pizza e mi stato spiegato che c'èra stato un difetto di comunicazione con la cucina. Venendo alla pizza alla "Scapece" posso dire che era pessima, piena d'olio, zucchine praticamente crude, mozzarfella e ricotta insapore. Ovviamente ne ho mangiato quanto bastava per rendermi conto del disastro. Per gli stranieri che arrivano all'aeroporto va bene, perchè sono di bocca buona e non hanno confronti, per un italiano o meglio un napoletano è un'esperienza da evitare assolutamente. Tenetevi alla larga.

15/05/2024: Situated right at the airport so perfect for a quick bite to eat before a flight! Great value and really large pizzas! They tasted amazing! Just what we’d been wanting all week but hadn’t found anywhere that served such high standard!

16/06/2024: A great spot to try pizza in Napoli! We stored our luggage across the street and opted to head to this spot for some margarita pizza and wine. The pizza was great, and the arancini was ok (hence four stars). We appreciated our server speaking to us in English despite us attempting our Italian. Pleasant enough experience for a lunch spot!

10/06/2024: Non posso che recensire positivamente una delle poche pizzerie di fuorigrotta dove oltre a gustare un'ottima pizza con impasto leggero e digeribile, offre un servizio il sabato sera celere e professionale, con tempi d'attesa veramente minimi, considerando l enorme affluenza non solo di chi attende un tavolo, ma anche di chi è in attesa di asporto. Complimenti davvero riescono ad accontentare tutti con gentilezza , pazienza e soprattutto celerità.

14/08/2024: Gentilezza prima di tutto. Servizio accurato. Prodotti di qualità. Abbiamo preso sia dei primi che delle pizze che hanno soddisfatto in pieno le aspettative. Ottima anche la pizza per celiaci. Il posto è anche l'ideale per chi vuol visitare il centro storico di Napoli. A pochi metri si trova la Cappella San Severo. I prezzi non sono nemmeno alti per il prodotto fornito. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

11/08/2024: Mi sono recata per mangiare una pizza Senza glutine...pizza davvero fantastica...accortezza della cameriera nel farmi preparare una porzione di patatine prima degli altri così da essere sicura che non fossero contaminate...il resto della compagnia ha mangiato una fantastica pizza glutinosa e dei primi piatti ottimi. La mia bambina ha assaggiato delle pennette al sugo, fatto al momento, come quello di casa. Prezzi assolutamente non turistici. Peccato fossimo di fretta, non abbiamo potuto rimanere di più e assaggiare i dolci, ma torneremo.

11/08/2024: Terrible food, frozen pizza from the supermarket, potatoes with fish and cherry tomatoes which was nothing more than pasta with a can of tuna Expensive, a first course of this kind costs 22 euros and a pizza that can be purchased by the plate for 6 euros to 16 euros A shame

08/08/2024: We were approached on the street and waved in. It was pleasantly air-conditioned inside. We ate well and were served very friendly. The food was expensive but good. Price performance medium.

29/10/2023: We went to this facility yesterday with friends and children, attracted by the playground which gives our children the opportunity to play. It all ENDS there!!!! Assuming that the inflatable was functional but punctured and every now and then the entrance section deflated, (Ok problem let's say Obvious the compressor continues to release air who am I to judge) the remaining games unfortunately lacked cleaning. Someone will ask themselves: perhaps I am too demanding a customer? Actually no!!! I'm honest, this made me turn up my nose but I saw my daughter having fun so I said to myself: "it's okay, she'll be careful" even though every parent would like more attention in this. BUT THE DISASTER FALLS IN THE SERVICE AND CATERING. Our group of 6 adults and 4 children orders 9 pizzas and I order a sandwich. We ask if it is possible to anticipate the children's daisies. And our wish actually comes true. But the problem was that we wanted the pizzas for the children first, but we wanted them cooked 🙄 Halloween themed pizzas are arriving, Horrible looking, completely raw dough. After reporting the incident, 2 arrive for us parents worse than the others. Oh well, the evening went badly... let's eat what we can and leave. NO MATTER!!! Another one arrives after 1 hour and in the meantime me and 2 other friends still had to eat. The environment heats up and we see that we are not an isolated case, of the approximately 50 people present in the room, at least half had not received their order. We ask for explanations but the waitress nods but almost doesn't seem to understand. In reality I understand that they are in a state of confusion and really don't know what to say to us and their stress status can be seen from their looks (poor things they were trying to do so) In the meantime they begin to deflate the inflatable explaining to the children that the evening is ending but in the meantime the 3 of us are still fasting Moral of the story annoyed we got up to leave (and we weren't the only ones), we contested everything that had happened at the cash register but almost annoyed the owner (who was perhaps also the pizza chef) and the cashier tried to downplay everything. I would like to advise the owner to listen to his customers because, seeing other reviews, the hint of arrogance and indifference in his responses is commonplace. At least in the moment of panic, try to accommodate the customer and perhaps apologize, trying to entice the customer to return because it was an isolated case. Furthermore, if he takes care of the kitchen, to forget it and find a specialist or otherwise if it wasn't him (I apologize, I didn't want to be offensive) to train his staff with professionals because yesterday's cannot be defined as food. I repeat, it is not a personal thought but that of the entire room, indeed I WOULD INVITE THE REMAINING CUSTOMERS OF YESTERDAY 28 October 2023 to leave a review to make them understand the disaster you have created. (absurd timing for a structure which by eye counting also the other room can have at least 200 seats which obviously cannot manage only 2 waitresses. Obviously my constructive advice will be for your future customers because personally I can no longer set foot there BE GRATEFUL TO THOSE WHO WILL RETURN TO GIVE YOU ANOTHER CHANCE

09/03/2024: Vorrei partire con dire che la mia impressione appena giunti sul posto era già negativa e purtroppo si è avverato Il cameriere se si può chiamare così non sapevo cosa proporci non essendoci nulla nemmeno in cucina. Abbiamo chiesto del vino ROSSO ma non c'era nessun tipo di vino a parte la falaghina della casa .... volevamo delle bruschette e si è dovuto confrontare Con il titolare perché non sapevano se avevano il pane per farle.. nessun opzione per chi è intollerante oltretutto ci sono arrivate delle fritturine piccole per lo più surgelate palesemente del mini market pagate 14 EURO PER DUE PERSONE ..PIZZA TROPPO PIENA DI OLIO E OLTRE TUTTO POCHISSIMA ALTERNATIVA PER LE PIZZE ..NON CE UN MENU PER CONFRONTARE QUELLO CHE OFFRE LA CASA E SOPRATTUTTO I PREZZI UNA MARINARA MIGNON PAGATA 6 EURO COME LE ALTRE PIZZE NORMALI. ALLA FINE DELLA SERATA ABBIAMO CHIESTO SE AVESSERO DEI DOLCI. IL CAMERIERE NON SAPENDO CHE DOLCI ERANO DISPONIBILI CI HA PORTATO UN VASSOIO CON DOLCI VECCHISSIMI . 29/07/2024: If I could choose no star, I would choose that one. Staff that is not very empathetic and not very welcoming. Price/quality is terrible. Frozen food passed off as fresh. In this restaurant we only met weird people or people with disabilities. For a moment it was as if we were in a scene from the film "The Hills Have Eyes". We ordered paccheri with lobster and spaghetti with sea urchin. The owner had assured us that the catch was fresh and therefore we would not regret it. Once the dish arrived we could see that the fish was in fact not fresh, but dead and frozen. We pointed this out and they brought us another dish to replace it. When we got the bill, they made us pay for the replacement dish and in addition for the one we didn't eat. I strongly advise against it.

28/07/2024: I strongly advise against eating at this place, low quality food and high prices. Staff with serious cognitive problems when we asked to speak to the owner there was a sort of passing the buck between some of the staff to avoid confrontation. We ordered two incomparable spaghetti with sea urchins which were brought back "whole" and replaced by a decent spaghetti with clams.. when the bill arrived we found that they made us pay not only for the indecent spaghetti with sea urchins but also for the spaghetti with clams taken as a replacement, I strongly advise against it the stay little culture of Food and low level of tact towards customers.
