16/02/2026: Terrible service; they sat us down and within 10 minutes, no one paid attention to us, not even asking us anything, and they didn't even have a menu (I had to find the waitress, who later brought me the QR code). Then the order was taken by a waiter who was in a hurry and was completely unprofessional. I asked for advice on which vegetables to put on the pizza (since they don't have any vegan options) and he couldn't suggest anything. In the end, we both (my girlfriend and I) chose a focaccia with broccoli rabe and French fries (they didn't have baked ones), and I had to stop him at the last minute as he ran off, telling him I still had to tell him what we wanted to drink. So I asked for sparkling water (and then received it still). I then specified that I wanted peppers on one of the two pizzas, if they had them, and he brought me a plate of peppers on the side (20 minutes before the pizzas) without even an empty plate for my girlfriend, who would have watched me eat on an empty stomach. The pizzas arrived after a total of 40 minutes (the dining room was almost empty) because they were obviously focusing on takeout pizzas. The pizza was quite good, but it was all fried and covered in too much oil... not to mention the hair and crumbs I found in my seat when I arrived. Then the price was incredibly high...that measly pizza with just two simple ingredients was €7.50 (more than a pizza with cream, ham, provolone, and croquettes that they sell, and those ingredients are definitely more expensive). They decided to put the peppers aside on the plate to justify an additional €4. When paying, they also noted on the menu some bruschetta and croquettes from another table, as well as drinks. I told her they weren't ours and explained that it would be nice to find some good vegan alternatives to the usual foods in the future, and the cashier replied that it was Valentine's Day... (which has nothing to do with what I said). But these days, you know... if someone wants a vegan meal, it's normal to magically raise the prices (despite cheap ingredients), and if they say something constructive, just wait until they finish speaking and say something random.

07/02/2026: I ordered on delivery which was 7.45pm now it's 8.48pm I called them and they told me to wait another hour I didn't even know this pizzeria I wanted to try but honestly disappointed I will never order from here again I hope that at least the pizza arrives hot

25/02/2026: For Valentine's Day, we let them pamper us: a spa treatment and massage 💆🏻‍♀️ It was a wonderful experience, the facility is incredible: a historic residence of the poet Saltovar, which was converted into a spa with the help of architects 🧖‍♀️ The staff were kind, attentive, and professional, and took care of everything: from explaining the treatment to offering us a variety of food and drinks. Thanks again 🤍 We'll definitely be back. It's a shame we couldn't find a place to sleep there!

09/03/2026: We were at this restaurant in the center of Sorrento yesterday for Women's Day. The gnocchi alla sorrentina were excellent...and the service was fast and professional from Marco and his staff. I highly recommend it.

01/05/2025: Gita con amici per 4 giorni; trattoria scelta dopo aver consultato recensioni Tripadvisor. In un ambiente semplice, ci siamo trovati talmente bene che abbiamo pranzato e cenato solo lì per tutto il soggiorno, piatti molto buoni e prezzi eccellenti. Da segnalare spaghetti con gli scampi, polipo alla griglia, gnocchetti alla sorrentina, parmigiana di melanzane e pesce spada ai ferri. Apprezzabile la cordialità e disponibilità del personale, preparato anche a spiegare la preparazione di alcuni piatti. Consigliato!

30/04/2025: Sono stato con mia moglie in questo splendido locale. Accolto con attenzione dal cameriere Antonio abbiamo provato diverse pizze . L’impasto e’ eccezionale cosi come la qualità degli ingredienti. La pizza con le scarole non ha eguali a Napoli. Leggerissima la marinara. Lo consiglio a tutti.

29/04/2025: Finalmente una pizza ottima, esattamente come la cercavo e come ormai nel Nord Italia non si mangiano più. Il locale non è in una zona molto turistica e quindi il locale era pieno di persone del posto, ottimo indizio per una buona pizza. Siamo rimasti completamente soddisfatti sia delle pizze che del servizio, tutti con il sorriso, gentili e premurosi verso i clienti. Prezzi assolutamente corretti. Bravissimi.

20/02/2026: Avoid if you can or if you don’t have a choice. Most Rude owner I ever encountered as you can’t have a conversation. My partner didn’t like his drink was watery and asked to change it politely. The Waitress kindly tried to take it back to bar and sadly she came back to the table with the drink saying owner was coming to understand what was wrong with the drink. Without saying hello he asked myself what was wrong with the drink and to tell him how to do it cause the drink was fine in his opinion. Politely tried to tell him wasn’t of my liking but he continued with a sassy attitude asking to tell him how I supposed to do it that my partner had to jump and rescue me as he was raising his voice. Didn’t finish neither of drinks, we just stood up payed and left saying goodbye which was at least answered.

15/01/2026: We arrived in Sorrento from Naples by ferry and, as our hotel was far from the center (where the restaurants are concentrated) and it was already late, we opted to have lunch at this place. Despite the reviews on Google, we decided to give it a chance. In my opinion, as a Google Guide user, I don't consider the restaurant excellent or unmissable, but there's no reason for harsh criticism either. The place was quite busy, and yet the waiter was attentive in finding a table for us. We ordered a caprese salad and gnocchi: both were good and reasonably priced. As for the service, even with the place full, the waiting time for the dishes was adequate. The area doesn't offer many restaurant options, and therefore I consider the experience to have been fair. You can eat here comfortably, as long as you don't have high expectations.

23/01/2026: An extremely negative experience, especially considering it was a birthday dinner organized well in advance for a large group (20 people). When booking, we had specified two very clear requests: the ability to watch the game being played that evening and to have the table set up with decorative materials we had brought (balloons, banners, etc.). We went to the venue specifically before the event to deliver all the materials, receiving confirmation from the staff that they would take care of it. When we arrived with the birthday boy, however, we found a very different situation: most of the decorations had not been set up, despite promises made. Furthermore, our request to watch the game was not honored: we were placed on a veranda far from the television, making it impossible to follow the sporting event, which we had agreed upon in advance. To make the experience even worse, the quality of the pizzas was disappointing: some were undercooked, others were made with ingredients that didn't seem fresh. Overall, the taste was subpar. The staff was unavailable to find solutions or accommodate our requests, despite what had been initially promised. This caused great inconvenience and a disgraceful impression on the guests. It was an experience we wouldn't repeat and, unfortunately, cannot recommend.

19/01/2026: After about 15 years, I'm returning to this restaurant for dinner, which was a staple for a period of my life. I've found it to be much improved, given the remodel, and the service is always attentive and courteous. I had a plate of spaghetti with piennolo tomatoes (only a Neapolitan would understand)... poetry!!!! For my main course, a baked sea bass, which was delicious. My pineapple steak was tasteless and underripe, so when they saw I'd left it on my plate, they didn't charge me for it (a rare gesture these days). The wild strawberry bowl, however, was good. A decent wine list. What more can I say? I'll be back and recommend it.

16/01/2026: We went for dinner last week with friends. The place is very welcoming, the staff are very friendly, and the pizza is delicious. In the summer, they have an outdoor terrace and easy parking.
