07/01/2026: Sunday evening is beautiful and captivating. Book a table for a minimum of €15 and enjoy an excellent pizza and a drink, as well as a Caribbean dance show at Azucar.

04/01/2026: Wonderful place, excellent organization, secure parking, good food, and very reasonable prices. I would have liked to stay past midnight to enjoy the disco, but a bad cold got the better of me. Definitely worth returning.

30/12/2025: My husband and I stayed at the end of August and had a wonderful time. The room on the first floor was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, as was dinner, as we opted for half-board. Finally, I also appreciate the courtesy and helpfulness of the owners, Sonia and Emanuela, who were always ready to accommodate any requests. I highly recommend this hotel; you won't regret it.

26/12/2025: Horrible experience, a room without a crib for a 13-month-old baby because the "very attentive" and "very friendly" lady at reception hadn't read the notes that explicitly stated (and, incidentally, suggested by them during the booking process) that they should have a wooden crib instead of a camping one... well, neither. Solution? A room with a double bed and a single bed with a side rail that was obviously broken... solution of the solution? Move a bedside table, move the double bed rail closer to the crib that was against the wall to prevent the baby from falling. The baby didn't fall, but she hit the wall five times with her head, giving us maybe two hours of sleep in total. When I pointed out the broken side rail to the "very empathetic" lady at reception, the response was, "Oh, it's broken," and, addressing no one, "We'll have to throw it away." The end, that was the problem solving. Payment? Obviously, I was charged for everything, and when I pointed out the lack of a cot for the baby, etc., the response was: "Well, there was an extra bed that costs €20, and in any case I'll leave €15, which is the price of the cot," WHICH WASN'T THERE! I won't dwell on the Hawaiian temperature of the room and the quality of the breakfast. Conclusion: look elsewhere.

22/11/2025: Beautiful place, instead of calling it MAGIC GARDEN, you could have called it THE MAGIC WORLD. And a compliment, I go there to my friends' birthdays.

06/10/2025: We saw this place and were intrigued by the name, "GIARDINO MAGICO," so we wanted to try it. The place is beautiful; the surrounding garden is filled with colored lights, creating a fairytale atmosphere. Not to mention the quality of the products is excellent. We ordered pizzas; the dough was soft, light, and easy to digest, the ingredients were top-quality, and finally, a spectacular berry cheesecake! I highly recommend it!

20/12/2025: I didn't manage to take photos in a rush, but they deserve a 5-star review and above! We walked in without a reservation and sat down. The service was very fast, but not rushed. The wait staff was kind and attentive. The pizza was excellent; I think I've rarely finished a pizza in my life. I had a filling with escarole, which I can't always finish because it's either undercooked, too oily, or too salty; however, this was truly delicious. We stumbled upon it by chance after visiting the Pietrarsa Museum, but we'll definitely consider returning. Excellent prices. Congratulations!

13/12/2025: Pizzas delivered 35 minutes late after several reports in which the lady on the phone was rude and unclear... The pizzas arrived completely overturned, I called to report this and that the amount had been increased at the time of payment compared to what was agreed and the phone was hung up in my face... Pizzas obviously delivered cold

28/12/2024: Terrible service! We came across this business because it was inside the living nativity scene of Sant’Angelo. We wanted to get 3 pizzas a portafoglio from the stand they had set up outside. There was only one pizza left; the guy didn’t offer to give it to us, I thought he was going to leave it in case a boy came along and wanted just one so we decided to wait. Shortly after, a lady who clearly knew the clerk arrived and asked for two pizzas and some fried food. The clerk then suggested that the lady take the only pizza she had while she waited for the other one, gave her the fried food and made her pay. Not thinking it was fair, I pointed out to him that we were there before the lady. The guy replied with a resentful and surly look that the pizzas would arrive quickly and would be enough to serve everyone and that I could rest easy. At that point I pointed out to him that he had offered the only remaining pizza to the lady and not to us who had been there first; his reaction was to provocatively ask me if I wanted the lady's pizza and offered to give it to me (I don't know if he was thinking of snatching it from her hand or what) not understanding his mistake in the slightest and offending me with that proposal. Then when a guy from the pizzeria let me know that in the oven there were pizzas for the inside tables and that only after those would they make the ones for the outside counter we left. I strongly advise the place to only focus on the outside stand next time and not try to make fun of, and treat, the customers with respect. We are not locals and we immediately noticed that he let his acquaintance go ahead. A truly terrible figure.

27/12/2025: This is the third time I've ordered on Glovo and the order hasn't arrived. This evening, when I called the pizzeria, they even made fun of me, saying that the delivery person was there. After half an hour, I called back and was told that they didn't work with Glovo... 0 seriousness!

07/12/2025: Mediocre. Good pizza and clean place. The only downside was that people sitting at the tables near the front door were inundated with the cold air outside because the door was left open by anyone who happened to be in or out of the restaurant. My wife and I dined in the cold.
