Soul Express Pizzeria Rosticceria da Ale In Casagiove

We visited this pizzeria because of the good reviews and the quality of the dough, which certainly didn't disappoint. Unfortunately, however, the experience was marred by completely inadequate customer service. ​Due to an error in the bill (an item was entered by mistake), I politely tried to ask the staff for an explanation. Instead of apologizing for the obvious mistake, the owner/manager addressed me in an extremely brusque manner, repeatedly telling me to "shut up" so as not to cause confusion. ​I find it unacceptable that a customer, on top of having to point out an error in the restaurant's calculations, should be treated with such rudeness and disrespect. Professionalism doesn't end when the pizza comes out of the oven, but continues until we say goodbye. It's a shame, because the food is worth it, but the owner's attitude will put us off returning.

Welcoming location, friendly staff, everything excellent, from the fried food to the desserts. Highly recommended!

We went to eat at this pizzeria this evening and immediately felt welcomed by the staff: genuine, precise, and very kind. The place is cozy and modern, with a pleasant atmosphere. The pizza selection is wide; the dough is light and flavorful. Even the dessert pizza is delicious, and everything is made with attention to the smallest details. Highly recommended.
