Distracted service, friendly waiter, but the menu was on a different website, completely opposite to what we paid for; the prices weren't the same as those on the menu! When paying, you realize you've seen a menu for someone else. The bill was steep for appetizers and a first course. The atmosphere was quiet but a bit cold! The cashier wasn't very friendly. 07/07/2026: Very high prices and poor quality products, then the staff was very rude especially when I asked for a glass of water next to the coffee cream, a clerk told me to move towards the water cobra pointing out that I had a prosthetic on my left leg and could not move

07/07/2026: Avoid. Bad service, food not great, and expensive prices. We went there this evening and ended up paying 50 euros for a mozzarella salad, a pizza, a small side salad and a small bottle of water. Coperto is charged by nothing is brought to the table, no bread no nothing. Then we ordered a bottle of sparkling water (acqua frizzante) and we were brought still water, discovered only after pouring water that it was not fizzy. After telling the waitress she brought a sparkling one and charged us both. Then the pizza capricciosa, containing TWO pieces of artichoke, 3 pieces of fior di latte, and the "end" of the cooked ham - with mostly the fat on it. There was pretty much nothing on the pizza, displayed on the menu at 14 euros but we were charged 17. Just avoid the place, there are better options onsite even if it is a mall...

26/04/2026: We arrived at 8:10, ordered almost immediately, but had to wait an hour for four pizzas. It wasn't the wait staff's problem, but the pizza delivery staff's, as they served about 12 takeout pizzas before making ours. The wait staff is quick, kind, and polite. The pizzas are excellent, the price was €79, which is fair. We had a pizza with fries and sausage A white pizza with onions A racket A bombetta Two beers Two Cokes And a bottle of water. There are plenty of tables both inside and outside. There's space for children to play outside, and plenty of parking.

15/12/2025: Negative experience. I felt cheated by the staff, who didn't explain how the special menu worked, even when asked. Disappointed and disappointed. We'll definitely never return. Other pizzerias that offer these promotions are the first to offer them, or they're automatic. Negative experience!

24/04/2026: Shitty experience I had with the staff at this pizzeria. I ordered some pizzas, specifically a MINI MARGHERITA PIZZA FOR MY 2-YEAR-OLD SON. When I paid, this mini pizza cost me €4.50. Seeing the price of a regular Margherita pizza at €5, I decided to add the difference and get the regular one. But listen, the staff says it's not possible because they've already issued the receipt and sent the order. It must have been 2 minutes between the time the order was sent and my decision to change. I persistently ask the staff if I want to change, but they deny me my right. I repeat, the pizza chef still hadn't placed my order. As a result, I left the pizzeria with a 10-centimeter mini pizza for €4.50. I basically paid 50 cents less than the regular pizza. Plus, of course, my son had to eat it burnt. Congratulations, kid!

14/02/2026: Good evening, I'm sorry to share my experience this evening 02/14/2026. I ordered three pizzas but the driver only delivered two. I called the pizzeria, but he blamed the driver, the latter said that the pizzeria was to blame. In the end, my son was left without a pizza and I paid for a pizza and a service charge without even receiving a sensible response.

08/06/2026: Terrible experience, starting from the welcome. We walked in and weren't even escorted to our table, just pointed to it. Need I mention the waiter? I asked for a high chair for my son, which not only took 15 minutes to get, but he also got annoyed and went to get it, grumbling! The service? Horrible. We waited an hour for the pizza after calling several times. The bill? We went with the Fork with a 20% discount that wasn't applied. In fact, they even justified themselves by saying the platform hadn't notified us of the discount. Instead, I received an email saying I hadn't even been there! This means they skipped booking the table to give me the discount!!!... It's absurd! I don't recommend it at all!

23/04/2026: The pizza was average; I expected much more considering it's a historic pizzeria. Prices are high, but above all, the bill is added to everything, so it's not consistent with the menu. Unfortunately, orders are still taken with a pad and pen, like in the 80s and 90s. Let's just say it's particularly disappointing. Won't go back.
