11/05/2026: I strongly advise against this place. The food was poor quality and poorly cooked, but the worst thing was the hygiene: the bathroom was filthy. If they don't take care of the cleanliness of the restrooms, I can't imagine the kitchen. Never again.

02/05/2026: Great restaurant. The waiters were very friendly. The spaghetti with clams and the pasta Bolognese were especially good. The Margherita pizza was also very good. The gnocchi had a less elaborate tomato sauce than the others and were more basic. They have desserts that they bring to the table for you to choose from. The profiteroles were very good. Good quality at a reasonable price, I recommend it!

08/02/2026: One evening I went with my friends to La forchetta D'Oro and we all had the Margherita pizza which cost us very little and the atmosphere was excellent, clean and the people were very kind.

27/04/2026: Everything was perfect, we happened to pass by chance but the name did not disappoint our expectations, we had two pizzas, an excellent margherita and a very tasty ciurillo, we were very satisfied.

15/03/2026: The pizza is excellent, both in terms of the dough and the ingredients used. The atmosphere exudes a sense of warmth and timeless tradition. All the staff are friendly and courteous. The hostess is welcoming and kind.

02/05/2026: Simple and basic pizzeria. Good pizza with a choice of toppings and dough (mixed flour or red with crusco peppers). The pizza—I opted for the mixed flour—is flavorful but not overly so, and has a light dough (though the crust seemed undercooked when bitten, it didn't leave any yeasty or other flavor). The pizza wasn't heavy. The tomato sauce was slightly tart but not bothersome. The buffalo mozzarella was okay. The atmosphere was clean and simple. Service was good. Cover charge is €2, but they serve the pizzas in a wicker container covered with disposable paper. This was a solution to avoid dishwashing. This solution is fine, but a smooth wooden or plastic container would be preferable, as wicker, not being flat and smooth, makes it difficult to cut the pizza with a knife (even though the pizza arrives already cut into 4 pieces). Prices are reasonable (€10 for the buffalo mozzarella). The wood-fired oven adds value.

25/04/2026: I made a reservation for a group of six for this Saturday evening. The reservation was for 10:00 PM. Once we arrived, they told us the table was ready and just needed clearing. We waited for over 30 minutes without a table, despite repeated requests. At this point, we decided to leave. I'm not reviewing the food we ate, as it didn't happen, but the service we received.

07/05/2026: Excellent pizza, light dough, and quality ingredients. A welcoming atmosphere and consistently friendly service. A true guarantee, highly recommended! The desserts are also always fresh and delicious, especially the cheesecake.

03/05/2026: A ruined evening with friends. I'll proceed step by step and be careful because it concerns the health of one of the diners. The wait times between courses were far too long (we spent about three hours there for a fried food and a pizza); the pizza is gourmet, as the name suggests, so don't expect a classic Neapolitan pizza; it's not... But that's certainly not a problem. The first real problem is that there were six of us, and we had five pizzas and a first course. The pizzas arrived all at once; the first course arrived after we'd already finished our pizzas. It was obvious that the order had been overlooked, but in the rush to prepare it, the dish turned out to be inedible in every way. The dish was sent back, the waiter offered to make another for free (which was appreciated), but after about three hours of waiting, let's just say that we were largely satisfied and it wasn't fair to keep the others waiting. So far, it's a bad experience with a hungry diner, but the tragedy is yet to come. One of the other five diners is celiac, a fact we specified in our reservation over the phone and several times before the meal, including the fact that 1000 Gourmet offers gluten-free cuisine. A couple of hours after we left the restaurant, the person with celiac disease became very ill due to gluten poisoning. We're even considering filing a complaint because this is a very serious matter; you can't play with people's health. If a restaurant is labeled gluten-free, it MUST be gluten-free. A truly terrible evening. If you're gluten intolerant, DO NOT go to 1000 Gourmet.

03/05/2026: Discovered thanks to TheFork, it was a very pleasant surprise. The pizza was very good, although mine was perhaps a little salty, but it was still excellent!

05/05/2026: Recommended by the TheFork app, it was a wonderful experience. Everything was delicious, from the variety of bruschetta to the triumph of desserts, not to mention the delicious pizzas. The service was attentive, and I highly recommend it.
