Every time I return to Naples, it's become a sacred tradition: my local friends and I always make a point of stopping at Pizzeria Porzio on Via dei Gracchi. And this time, it didn't disappoint! ​The Pizza: Simply excellent. Light dough, top-quality ingredients, and true Neapolitan tradition on the plate. ​The staff was impeccable, incredibly helpful, and incredibly kind. On this occasion, we were served by Enzo and Ivan, who made the evening even more enjoyable. ​When I go to pizzerias in the South, I often ask for a Panaché 🍺 to accompany my pizza, but almost no one knows what it is or how to make it. At Porzio, the waiter Ivan not only knew exactly what I was talking about, but he prepared one for me with his own "personal touch" that made it the best I've ever had in my life. Truly excellent! If you're passing through Naples and want to be sure, go eat at Errico Porzio and you won't regret it. Five well-deserved stars! 🍕

I ordered a W&P (wurst and fries) to go. Being a food critic and expert on W&P, I was very disappointed with this pizza. I expected the best from the legendary Enrico Porzio, but no. The fries were very dry and grainy, while the wurst, I have to say, were quite flavorful. The amounts of W and P were a bit low, and the fior di latte was no exception. Finally, the dough was good, but unfortunately the problem was the toppings. I would have expected much more, but that's okay.
