I rediscovered a memory, one that takes you back in time: many years ago, I often came here to eat with my parents. Today, the restaurant has completely changed, with a modern, elegant, yet intimate and welcoming style. The dishes have also been revisited with a contemporary twist, but without losing the soul and flavors I remember. Behind every dish, you can sense quality, attention to detail, and meticulous preparation. You can sense the passion, the sacrifices, and, above all, you can feel the love for this job. Returning here and bringing my family was a true honor and a special experience.

I was at Villa Chiara on Easter Sunday. I can't say much about the menu, which was the same for everyone due to the holiday. The location is beautiful and has plenty of space. The staff is kind and helpful. I'd definitely try it again on a less important day.

I would have started by giving it 4 stars, but then there were a few things I didn't like. I'll start by saying that when I'm back in the area, I like to go to this restaurant because I've already known it and I know it's good. However, the pizza, which should have been at least worthy of the place (meaning the home of pizza), was served lukewarm, with the mozzarella almost curdled and the sauce almost raw. I find this disconcerting, given that there were so many people at the takeout, and one assumes it should be good. It must have been forgotten there for a while and then they foisted it on me. The octopus was good, but not as delicate as at other places, and in the end, we were always served by a young, eager girl, while the "head waiter" only wandered around the tables of people he knew, which I find impolite. Moral of the story, I won't be returning.

This restaurant offers excellent value for money. The location is nice and well-maintained, but it doesn't have a view. The food is good, with seafood dishes and a generous appetizer to match, although the main courses are a bit predictable. The cuisine is excellent and showcases the freshness and quality of the food. The staff is very friendly and the service is efficient. Prices are well within average.

I've known Villa Chiara for over 30 years, and I have to say, for me, there's nothing better. I haven't been there in a few years, but it's always a pleasure to return.
