The pizza was fantastic and they will make it to go for you. If your don't speak Italian don't worry they are very nice. Just make sure you know how to say thank you.

08/05/2026: My husband and I ate at this restaurant last night beautifully set in a Sassi Cave. The food was incredible! The sauces, pastas and meat dishes were wonderfully cooked to perfection. The chef and cook put their heart and soul into their craft and you could taste it in every bite! I would highly recommend having dinner here when in Matera!!

16/05/2026: If you're passing through Senise, a stop at Vincenzo a' Bomb is practically a must. It's not your average pizzeria, but a true reference point for those who love good food and things done right.
• The pizza: Simply amazing. The dough is incredibly light, easy to digest, and has a perfect honeycomb crust. You can tell there's a lot of thought behind the flours and leavening process. The ingredients used for the toppings are all top-quality, with special mention for the expert use of local produce (the peperoni cruschi here are a must!).
27/04/2026: We arrived without a reservation on Saturday evening, April 25th, and the place was packed. They welcomed us anyway and served us a delicious dinner with traditional appetizers (excellent quality) and a spectacular pizza with Neapolitan dough (easy to digest) and delicious toppings...all at a truly reasonable price! We'll definitely keep this in mind when we return to Senise. Thank you.

15/08/2025: The atmosphere and location were very nice, as were the staff and the service, which was fast and friendly. Unfortunately, the food wasn't that good. Many dishes were sold out (the tripe and the fusilli). The appetizer of cured meats and cheeses also included other dishes (all potato-based): stewed fava beans, cruschi peppers, followed by cavatelli with cherry tomatoes and ricotta cheese, and cavatelli with breadcrumbs. The pasta was overcooked and I think precooked. It must have been a bad day. The prices are absolutely not high.
