05/08/2025: My husband and I went in June because we were on vacation. We found the place online. I ordered the special menu of the day, and the dishes my husband ordered were just as good. I saw some pizzas coming out of the oven that looked good. It's a shame about the chaos caused by a large group of parents with children, but that can happen. The bill was also reasonable. The service was good, with a young and friendly waiter. Thank you.

04/08/2025: We stopped by on a Monday at noon when everything else was closed. The pasta with ragù was tasteless and sparse, the grilled pancetta was overcooked and inedible. The quality-price ratio was poor. There's no reason to return. A tourist trap.

03/08/2025: We had lunch in Ortona Marina while passing through. The food was excellent, with excellent seafood at great prices. There were 14 of us, and we were served quickly and together. Highly recommended!

27/07/2025: We dined here last night. The restaurant is well-maintained, with traditional details and typical Sicilian cuisine. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by Ornella, who pampered us and advised us throughout the dinner with great professionalism, as did the rest of the dining room staff. The only flaw of the entire evening was the gentleman at the cash register, who was unprofessional towards us and some of his staff. Overall, we recommend it.

26/07/2025: Was stuck in Milazzo as ferry’s to islands was cancelled . Found this traditional restaurant in back side the alley . The restaurant had fantastic atmosphere , service was great , pasta to die for . Ferry got cancelled following day again so I returned for round two . Next time I return to the islands from Australia , I’ll purposely stay a night in Milazzo to return to this place .

20/08/2025: The pizza is good, but the service really leaves a lot to be desired, too slow and with quite a few forgetful remarks; the other Saturday they brought us drinks without bringing us glasses 😅 I understand the crowds, but these are basic mistakes here! Otherwise, the pizza is good and not heavy, I recommend coming on weekdays.

19/08/2025: Excellent place; we chose it for the evening of the fireworks. The pizza was really good, very tasty, and cooked to perfection. The place is very welcoming and the staff very kind and friendly, making it perfect for couples' dinners or dinners with friends.

13/08/2025: Eating Osvaldo's arrosticini and pizzas always makes a holiday in Pescara special. Everything is delicious, and the owners are incredibly friendly. I've been going there for years, and the quality of their arrosticini is excellent. Highly recommended!

19/08/2025: Excellent pizza restaurant. We ordered both pizza and à la carte dishes, and everything was excellent. The service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff were attentive. Recommended.

14/08/2025: Great experience! The place is welcoming and well-maintained. The staff is truly friendly, and one of the owners is passionate about local history. We're three people, and we've been there twice: the first time we had two pizzas and a burger. What can I say, the best pizzas we've ever eaten. The "Appruzzium" in particular is truly remarkable! The burger is also delicious, not just the meat and bread, but also the toppings: the Montepulciano mayonnaise is exquisite. The second time, however, we came back specifically for the pizza, because it's truly worth it. Thin, light, and crispy dough, and excellent, high-quality ingredients. Both times, it was paired with an excellent local Cerasuolo. Worth noting is that each dish on the menu comes with a craft beer or wine to pair with it. The price is perfectly in line. Overall, a great experience; if we're ever in Ortona again, we'll definitely be back!

20/07/2025: There are places that change the memory of a vacation. And this one did for us. After days spent searching in vain for a pleasant place in the area, we stumbled upon what at first glance might seem like a tourist trap, the first place we'd come from the city center. Instead... reasonable prices, more than good quality for the price, and above all smiles from everyone, even those who, understandably, sit behind the warm counter knowing it will be a long wait. They were kind, even too kind in asking a group of rude people to vacate their unauthorized tables to make room for the restaurant's customers. I hope the verbal acknowledgement we shared with a service girl reaches the entire team. Highly recommended.

26/07/2025: A shop that smells like home. You don't just come into Dolcepane to buy something: you come to relive a little childhood. Every product tastes like family celebrations, slow breakfasts, and snacks with grandma. The fiadoni seem to have come straight from a handwritten recipe book, the cookies stare at you from the window as if they've known you forever, and the QuattroLati pizzas... well, they have the magical power to make everyone happy. But the real magic is the smile of those who welcome you: sincere kindness, genuine advice, care in every gesture. You can tell they work here with passion, with hands and heart. It's the place I return to every time I want to treat myself (or someone else) to something special. Well done. Keep up the good work. Chieti has a treasure... and it's called Dolcepane.

30/07/2025: Lovely place, amazing food. We went two nights in a row, and both times I had grilled meat, my husband had grilled fish, and then meat. The meat wins in our opinion! Spectacular! Terrific tender! You can't even taste the lamb. The arrosticini are just delicious and only cost €1! With €3 for a half-liter of wine, you can't go out sober. The kids had penne with tomato sauce, a large portion for me too, and a cutlet with fries, thick, tender, and enormous! Go there quickly, everyone, it's worth the half-hour drive if you're not in the area.

28/07/2025: Excellent restaurant. Very kind and attentive staff. Excellent food. The sandwiches are good and very large. The arrosticini are good, and the dishes are equally delicious. Highly recommended.

08/08/2025: We had a pleasant stay at the restaurant. The pizza, wine and indredibly creamy gelato were delicious. Sadly, we noticed that the kind and helpful staff was treated poorly by the boss. I understand the pressure of managing a restaurant, but a hostile work enviroment is not acceptable. Thank you dear waiters, you were very nice :)

05/08/2025: Restaurant in Bocca di Valle with outdoor seating, friendly and fast staff, excellent and delicious dishes. Highly recommended, we'll definitely return. Incredible value for money.
