11/08/2025: I'd never been there before, nor was I very pleased. Welcoming, organized, and fast. The pizza was excellent.

15/07/2025: A place that makes you want to eat. The pizza is delicious, UNIQUE!!! The service is perfect: Romana and her assistant behind the counter are second to none, and Nicola and Pietro are always churning out everything. The prices are more than reasonable for what you get. You'll come back satisfied and convinced. It's like being with family.

10/09/2025: Excellent Neapolitan pizza. Very friendly staff, family-run. One word of caution: when ordering pizza, if you're not used to it, ask for it NOT burnt, because I've discovered that traditionally in these areas, it's normal for pizzas to have a burnt bottom, while those from out of town often dislike it. Overall, excellent.

09/08/2025: Very good pizzas (I recommend the apple and casolet one) with a light crust. The desserts are equally as good (the buckwheat cake is excellent). The space is spacious and clean, perfect for conversation (the music is low). Very friendly and helpful staff.

16/07/2025: It's definitely one of my favorite pizzerias; I go there very often, both for lunch and dinner. The staff is friendly and cheerful, the pizza is delicious, and the starters, main courses, and desserts are equally delicious. In short: everything is good! The atmosphere is very welcoming, and since they're open all day, you can grab a pizza or lunch even at odd hours, which can often be a good idea. Plus, it's very affordable. Highly recommended.

20/07/2025: We'd been to Pontassieve several times before, but never to Le Sieci. Superb pizza by the slice, fast service, and a very good waitress. My husband and I were on the veranda. The place was very well-maintained, everything was perfect, quality and price. We'll definitely be back.

30/06/2025: The pizza was burnt, we tried pizza in Italy for the first time and were left with a so-so impression, the pizza is not expensive, up to 10 euros, the dough is thin, there was very little meat

20/08/2025: We went to the restaurant. Excellent. We had an egg with truffle (which I didn't have time to take a photo of because it was too tempting) and some very good wild boar pici. Parking at the back of the building is a bit hidden, but appreciated. Friendly staff.

18/08/2025: Near the historic city of Volterra, this family-run hotel and restaurant is an old farmhouse renovated to make it comfortable and pleasant to look at, perfectly fitting into the Tuscan countryside. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious, with large bathrooms, air conditioning, and TVs. The restaurant offers traditional dishes expertly prepared by the owners, who also make homemade pasta. All this makes the old mill the ideal place to rest and enjoy a delicious meal while visiting Volterra and other magnificent towns in the area.

11/08/2025: We ordered through Deliveroo. The delivery driver, Nicola, was very kind, polite, and very good. I would have liked to leave a tip if I had had change, but as for the food... the Margherita was burnt, the calzone was decent, and the Imperiale was inedible. The over-salted prosciutto covered all the flavors, leaving only that flavor. There should have been buffalo mozzarella, but there was no trace of buffalo mozzarella. Terrible food and poor quality.

Perhaps, if we really wanted to make an observation, to continue improving, I'd suggest removing any flour residue from the base where the pizza is cooked, otherwise it looks like it's burnt, but it isn't.... Anyway, well done.

19/08/2025: It's best to book in advance because it's very busy. The staff and manager are very welcoming. They are multilingual, making communication very easy. The setting is modern, elegant, and very clean, with very original and delicious pasta recipes. We recommend it.

07/09/2025: We ate until we bursted, and everything we ordered was excellent. The location was very rustic, the food was typically Sicilian, and a hat's off to the sweet and sour rabbit, which was truly spectacular. As always, I'd like to compliment the very organized and kind staff in the dining room.

31/08/2025: A must-see for any Tuscan vacation. Affordable prices, incredibly delicious cake, and super-fast service. Yes, it's water and chickpea flour, but for less than €10, you'll be full and leave happy. Highly recommended.
