16/06/2025: Great price and excellent flavor. Plus friendly staff. We were 3 people and left with full-belly only with 21€. Huge plus is that card payment is available and air-conditioned. Note to consider: Very limited place to eat inside. Bar tables only, could serve around 9-10 total. Recommend to take away or avoid lunch break. This is a place where you can buy pizza cut to the size you want. The slices are priced by weight. The price varies slightly for each pizza, and the price per kilo is written on the wall. (22€-25€/kg) It is not a completely thin crust, but a thin crust with a bit of air, like a crispy ciabatta, so the portion is larger than you might think. It is not worth coming from far away, but if you are staying nearby, it is worth a visit!

25/08/2025: Overall, we ate well. The specialty pizza menu offers nice flavor combinations. The only flaw may be the dough, which, while flavorful, probably has a bit too much yeast, not enough air pockets, is quite filling, and isn't very easy to digest (that's not to say it's not good; in fact, with a little more effort, it could improve). Nothing to complain about the ingredients used for the toppings. The service was good, although the drinks arrived promptly and the pizzas took about an hour, even though the pizzeria wasn't full. The atmosphere was simple and formal.

04/09/2025: Confession 1: We stumbled upon it almost by accident, returning from a hike in Lessinia. Confession 2: I hate white pizzas; I can't stand them. For me, pizza must be strictly red. That said, after careful consideration, I order a pizza...without realizing it's white, sadly lacking in tomato sauce. Well, I've rarely eaten a better pizza than this. Fabulous. Perfect. Six stars if there were one more available. The Venerable Consort completes the order with a rib-eye steak and mixed vegetables, remarkable for its quality and tenderness. The desserts (which I'm particularly picky about) are magnificent. The staff is attentive and extremely kind. I'm trying hard, but I can't find a single flaw! 😊

01/09/2025: A lovely place in the local style. The pizzas are excellent, made with quality ingredients and offering a variety of doughs. I had the best meat stew! In addition to the classic beers, they offer a rotating selection of specialty craft beers for those seeking a unique brew. The alcohol selection is also great, with some unusual options. Reservations are recommended.

01/09/2025: The food is good, the staff is foreign, and the staff is a bit shoddy. They don't know what's on the daily menu and sometimes tend to take your plate away while you're finishing your meal. Immediate dismissal is warranted!

23/08/2025: I stopped for lunch and started with an excellent charcuterie board, followed by strangozzi with black truffle, a truly delicious first course with well-balanced flavors. To finish, on the staff's recommendation, I tried a ricotta mousse with acacia honey and a sprinkling of truffle: a real surprise, so good I could have eaten a whole tub! The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful waitresses. The price was fair, considering the use of premium ingredients like truffles and a good wine. If I ever return to Norcia, I'll definitely be back!

20/08/2025: I just finished dinner at Taverna del Boscaiolo...what can I say, totally approved and recommended! The cappellacci alla norcina were sublime, the lentils with herb oil were truly delicious, and finally, a ricotta mousse with honey and truffle was the icing on the cake. The food was excellent (try the grilled sausages too...if I came back, I'd definitely order them!), the staff were truly friendly, and the service was very fast. Recommended!

23/08/2025: We had dinner for two at this very elegant restaurant. The food was prepared with good-quality ingredients, and we were also pleased with the execution of the dishes. The downside was the service, which was presumptuous and offensive. A waiter SHOULD NOT express displeasure when you order (we ordered two starters, two main courses, a dessert, a coffee, water, and a soft drink). Frankly, I don't drink wine, and above all, I don't believe there's any obligation to have a side dish or appetizer after ordering a practically complete dinner. A real shame; even though I had a good dinner, I wouldn't return.

23/08/2025: We had an excellent gluten-free pizza. The owners were very kind and attentive, especially to our children's needs. To finish, they made their own gluten-free apple strudel. In the four years I've been coming to the mountains, this is the first time I've found gluten-free apple strudel.

16/08/2025: Practically a bar that prepares "standard" pizzas and pasta dishes during mealtimes. The quality is top-notch, and the welcome is amazing! I had the gluten-free pizza, perfectly cooked, with homemade dough—you can taste the difference. The gluten-free strudel was delicious 🤤 The owners were so kind, helpful, and chatty; I felt right at home! Looking at it from the outside, I wouldn't have bet a cent on it, but I had to change my mind! Congratulations, keep up the good work!

24/07/2025: I have nothing to say about the pizza, but the waiters' courtesy is below par. We arrived at 8:00 PM, and at 9:30 PM they practically kicked us out without any warning on the reservation confirmation! Rudeness to the max. As soon as we finished our pizza, we immediately went to collect our plates and ask for dessert and coffee. Every 5 minutes they kept asking us if we wanted to order anything else, and when we asked for the bill, we were told, "Go to the cashier so we can rotate the tables." I honestly think that if the restaurant needs to have two sittings, they should make it clear, like any other restaurant does. Furthermore, there was no one waiting at the entrance to give a table to. We were three girls; I don't think this behavior would have been used with a more mature person.

24/08/2025: During our vacation, grandparents, children, and grandchildren we had lunch and dinner several times in Val di Fleres. They were very welcoming. We had a 3-year-old son, a one-month-old daughter, and my husband was in a cast, so it was difficult to get around. They always gave us a place that was comfortable for us. The menu was excellent, from appetizers to desserts, the latter truly sublime! I highly recommend it ♥️
