01/03/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant on a Sunday. When we arrived, it took a while to ask where our table was because the place was packed. We chose to sit on the outdoor veranda because the weather permitted. As soon as we were seated, we were served by an elegant and polite waiter, who brought us bread and water, while our order was taken by someone else. We ordered an appetizer and two first courses and decided to wait until later to choose the second course. The appetizer arrived in a timely manner, good but sparse, considering the price. After that, we were no longer considered; we waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for two first courses, which cost €16 each. I'm not a complaining customer, but all the tables outside (which arrived after us and were much larger) ate well before us. The waiter, sensing our disappointment, came over after an hour and said we'd have to wait a few more minutes, but another 20 minutes passed. The two entrees were cold and not worth the expense. We ate and left. We were charged the full bill and asked if we wanted a limoncello, but after two and a half hours of waiting, we just wanted to leave. A bad experience.

13/12/2025: A truly positive experience. The freshest fish, cooked to perfection. The homemade desserts are also highly recommended. In winter, the warm atmosphere creates a Christmassy atmosphere. In spring and summer, the terrace with its breathtaking views of the Gargano offers a romantic and evocative setting.

17/02/2026: During a quick visit to the beautiful city of Padua, this restaurant located along the river was recommended to us. The restaurant is well-decorated, with a beautiful window overlooking the river. The restrooms were spotless, despite our late reservation. The staff was very friendly and helpful; the service was a bit slow, but we had lunch the day after Valentine's Day, after a busy evening, so this review isn't indicative of the standard. As for the food, our choices met our expectations. Prices are clearly highlighted on the menu. The portions are reasonable, not overly generous, but sufficient for a decent meal. We ordered two appetizers for four of us to share: Venetian-style chicken in saor (photo 1) and pizzaiola-style fried burrata (photo 2), both excellent. The chicken was truly delicate and tasty, and the burrata was beautifully fried. For the main course: two braised beef dishes on soft polenta (photo 3), a sliced ​​beef (photo 4), and a sausage and cabbage pie with Morlacco cheese (photo 5), the latter actually found among the first courses. All the choices met our expectations: the braised beef was incredibly tender. To top it off, two tiramisu del nonno and some cream-filled biscuits. Total cost with bread, service charge, and four bottles of water: €157.50.

Aside from the fact that a simple appetizer of raw ham and crescia pasta could be enough to make a full dinner, the food is truly plentiful. Not to mention the wild boar pappardella, which is incredibly delicious. Prices are average: a raw ham appetizer + 1 whole crescia pasta + 1 wild boar pappardella, and a bottle of still water. €29.50 Satisfied

We went there two nights, and tried different dishes. The first night, they had a vegetarian menu; we tried pizzoccheri, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, a mix of local cheeses with jams, and taragna polenta. The second night, we tried pizza, bresaola-filled ravioli, polenta with veal in tomato sauce, and a mix of cured meats. Everything was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and the staff was very fast, friendly, and attentive. My compliments to all the staff!

There are various toppings to choose from: ragù, duck, mushrooms, or simply oil and cheese, all special. To finish, the pork shank, also incredibly tender and tasty. Reservations are required, and well in advance.

08/03/2026: Fantastic potato tortelli! The beef sauce is very good and super light. They have two sittings for dinner in the evening: 7:30 or 9:30. And you can't go wrong. Average prices. Usually a bit crowded.

A delicious little restaurant and rotisserie, with attention to detail, welcoming, and spotlessly clean, offering truly excellent value. The real surprise, however, is the staff: incredibly kind, smiling, and always attentive to every guest's needs. They make you feel at home, with that extra touch that makes the experience special. Five stars aren't enough to do this place justice!

29/12/2025: An absolutely fantastic restaurant in the heart of Sirmione's old town. You sit on the terrace in a sophisticated atmosphere overlooking the pedestrian zone. The service is very friendly and they speak a little German as well as good English. The Bardolino was served at the perfect drinking temperature and was excellent, as was the Prosecco beforehand. The 'Contemporary Pizza No. 3' (with truffle, bresola, nuts, and burrata) was absolutely superb and one of the best creative pizzas I've ever eaten! The antipasti platter is also impressive. The prices are typical for the area.

09/11/2025: Food was delicious! Staff were friendly. Enjoyed the atmosphere with all of the wines. I ordered pizza and my husband ordered Spaghettoni with Scampi, King Prawns, Lobster and Tomatoes. For dessert we ordered the chocolate in three different ways and it did not disappoint!
