05/04/2024: I've been coming for breakfast, coffee and more, panettone, doves and Easter eggs for 3 years. I cannot tolerate Miss Eva allowing herself not to greet anyone she dislikes or allowing herself to pretend not to hear. Customers should be welcomed with a smile, but there are those who allow themselves to pretend not to see or hear. I hope that action will be taken about this because a drop of dirt is enough to ruin a glass of clean water. Thanks and good continuation.

10/03/2024: Summer pool which could be beautiful but is poorly managed. Too many dirty people who frequent it and managers who pay little attention to hygiene. Nauseating smelling bathrooms and kids free to do anything.

29/11/2023: A place with particular furnishings, it really feels like entering grandma's house and I really appreciate this. Wide choice of wines and dishes, I ordered a spinach-based dish which unfortunately was unseasoned but otherwise everything was excellent, recommended.

31/03/2024: Easter lunch 2024 🕊️ We have known Fiorenzo and his restaurant for some time, every time we go to him we are pleasantly surprised! On this occasion, the Easter lunch menu has outdone itself! Excellent dishes and always friendly and fun service! A special thanks to all the Pizza e Pasta staff!

05/04/2024: Today I had an aperitif here, devastating cured meats and cheeses. The drink prices are very honest, the platter was worth every penny. The bread perhaps not very fresh but otherwise nothing to say. I will definitely be back ❤️

There are few tables, so you must be willing to share them in case of need (if there are two of you and only the large table at the entrance is free, you will find yourself sitting with other diners)... and for me this is only a positive fact. 07/04/2024: My husband and I had lunch at "Il Paiolo" on Monday 1st April, Easter Monday. Personally, I really like the type of place, for the atmosphere, the type of very lived-in environment and the furnishings. I found it warm and welcoming. It was very crowded for the party, but despite this the service was precise, timely and the staff very kind. As is our habit, accompanied by a glass of excellent Nebbiolo, we wanted to take the local specialty, the Vercellese risotto, called "Panissa" and we loved it. Thanks for the nice experience.

03/04/2024: Good food: panissa, previously unknown, turned out to be nice; good braised meat, but undrinkable coffee. Price too high, even sharing some dishes (over €40 each with half a starter, 1 panissa and half a second course). Sufficient service (correct but cold towards customers, evident conflicts between staff). Sacrificed environment with sacrificed access.

03/04/2024: Nice place, uncomfortable chairs for lunch but not for resting, pappardelle with ragù for two people, good in white but not enough, a dish that is difficult to serve as it is like a priest's hat with a hollow slightly larger than a cup for coffee and milk. The dish and the bill were rejected, the service was a bit listless, sometimes a smile doesn't hurt. Water, bland breadsticks (left) rating 2 out of 5

04/02/2024: Locale nelle immediate vicinanze dell'ospedale di Vercelli, in pratica una macelleria con cucina. Ovviamente nel menù sono presenti parecchi piatti di carne (hamburger, taglieri, carne cruda), io mi faccio tentare dalla "panissa" tipica di Vercelli, un risotto con fagioli, lardo e salame, molto buono. Buono anche il tiramisù che prendo per concludere il pasto. Servizio molto cortese, qualche perplessità solo sui prezzi, il dolce a 7€ è decisamente altino, e anche i 2€ per il servizio a pranzo forse potrebbero essere evitati. Comunque da promuovere.

03/04/2024: I can't say anything about the wait staff... For the rest... quality and quantity not suitable... 3 chips on the cross and the sandwich, like the whole dish, gave me the impression of having been made just for... in a hurry... As a last gem, the fork with unwashed food attached... not used by me (I attach photos) I'm sorry but compared to other restaurants in the chain, I have never seen such squalor...

On Friday I phoned desperately asking for a cake for the same evening... and I found a fantastic person who not only said yes, but made me a personalized cake with attention to every detail, truly spectacular!!! And then the doubt was whether it was also good, and there too... super fantastic!!!!! An excellent cake with a delicious filling!!!! So professionalism 🔝 kindness 🔝 products 🔝 and also to the lady who served us super 🔝 thank you!!! Party saved very well!
