We ordered à la carte because we weren't offered a "lunch menu." I think there was, seeing as many people only got a starter, main course, and side dish. Maybe it's not for everyone, but other than that, the food was good, the roast veal was very tender. The service was good, fast, and convenient for a business lunch break. But there was one flaw: THE HEAT. With days of 36 degrees in the shade, I'd say air conditioning is a must. If that's not possible, I'd say at least fans. We had lunch with a sauna included.

The dishes we ordered arrived in a flash! All were tasty. The Piedmontese fritto misto was also good; it was fun to eat it as an appetizer and share it among us!

For those who value substance over appearance, this trattoria offers typical local dishes, prepared truly well with quality ingredients.
There were four of us for lunch and we were delighted by the Piedmontese-style fritto misto, Prosecco and Toma risotto, Maccagno and asparagus risotto, tongue with green sauce, and, to finish, a bonet that was almost perfect.
The ambiance is simple but impeccably clean.
The service was courteous and efficient.
Exceptional value for money.
