16/02/2026: In my opinion, the perfect Sunday lunch! An intimate setting and dishes that speak for themselves! (They look like paintings, and just looking at the photos makes my mouth water.) Superb raw materials, carefully selected, meticulously prepared, and with attention to every detail! (I could eat your bread and gnocchi every day.) 15/02/2026: Unfortunately, 5 stars aren't enough. Third visit in 2 years, and Paolo and Alice are no exception... once again, everything was perfect. What can I say? I highly recommend a visit.

20/02/2026: I chose the dinner experience at Villa Crespi as a birthday gift for my wife, and we were thrilled. The Mettici l'Anima menu was exceptional, introducing us to new flavors and pairing perfectly with the sommelier's wine tasting. The staff was incredibly kind and pampered us throughout the evening. Along with the dinner, I also wanted to gift an overnight stay at the villa, which turned out to be extremely pleasant, with countless treatments and attentions. The body ritual in the wellness area was a wonderful addition, especially for the olfactory pairing of the essences with the massage. The staff is very attentive and available to accommodate every need. Overall, an experience definitely worth repeating!

18/02/2026: I tried the restaurant, and it was a wonderful experience: the quality was top-notch, and the dishes were pure magic. The highly qualified staff pampers you with warmth and a deep knowledge of the dishes and wines. I've tried many Michelin-starred restaurants (one to three stars) around the world (both in the US and Europe). This is absolutely the best I've had so far.

07/12/2025: The appetizer was excellent, then everything went downhill. Good dish ideas, but the execution needs some rethinking. From the flavor of the dishes to the ingredients used. The purple semifreddo (with berries, perhaps?) with a melted chocolate-like texture on top was indescribable.

05/10/2025: I'd heard very positive reviews, and indeed, I can only leave a glowing review! First of all, the intimate atmosphere and the fact that everyone eats the same menu creates a magical, almost homey atmosphere; nevertheless, the service remains excellent, always attentive, kind, and discreet. Not knowing what you'll eat is a real advantage for me; there's no problem choosing, and it adds that touch of curiosity that makes you appreciate the food even more. The quality of the dishes is superb, with a focus on seasonal ingredients, and if I'm not mistaken, I've also read that they use many locally sourced ingredients. As a final treat, the coffee served from a large moka pot brings back a bygone ritual, reminding us that life should be savored slowly. My compliments for the passion you convey, and we'll definitely see you again!

08/02/2026: A charming place for both dinner and lunch, or to stay overnight in one of the five stunning rooms with breathtaking lake views, some with a balcony, Jacuzzi, and sauna. Carefully prepared dishes and wines from the Cella Grande cellars, each with remarkable personality and taste. The staff is extremely kind, discreet, and passionate about their work. We'll be back.

25/01/2026: Dinner with friends. The staff was very courteous, helpful, and friendly. We were treated very well, and they were extremely friendly and professional. The food had its ups and downs. It was good, but it didn't make us say "wow." The panna cotta wasn't set and was very runny; I think there was either too little gelatin or it hadn't rested enough. I found the wine list to be a very negative, as it was limited to bottles of their own production. We were all wine lovers and regular wineries. In my opinion, a restaurant should also offer other producers. It's appropriate to include their own wines, but not only those. The wines, in our opinion, weren't exceptional. Charmat method, NO. The passito had clear flaws and wasn't in keeping with the style. The classic method was dull, with only pronounced acidity, very edgy. The classic method from Erbaluce, in my opinion, is "not something to do"! The reds are okay, neither praise nor disgrace. The problem is the prices on the wine list. If you force me to buy yours, you can't charge me the same as wines purchased from other producers. Excessive markups. For the same prices, at a restaurant, you can buy champagnes from excellent winemakers, excellent Nebbiolos, excellent Gattinaras... The food prices, however, are fair. So, a pleasant evening, we had a good time, but with ups and downs.
