15/05/2025: We had been dreaming of Cannavacciuolo for a lifetime: the dishes are truly incredible. We were disappointed by a few things: 1) When we arrived at the table the waiter asked us if we wanted a welcome glass (which we didn't have the chance to choose and which weighed on the bill +80€), for me if it's welcome you offer it to me, otherwise you let me choose it or at least make me understand that I will pay for it; 2) We had booked when there was another minus and my boyfriend was super happy to be able to try the red mullet. We asked the waiter if, since the menu had changed, we could REPLACE the turbot with the red mullet (which was on the à la carte menu). The waiter told us in an unpleasant and very strict way that this was not possible and that if we wanted the red mullet we would have to order it "on top". To our “ok no thanks”, he also commented “but it’s just one more dish” (yes, are you paying for it then?) 3) Before the pre-dessert the waiters came with the cheese trolley to offer us a cutting board and we, evidently full, declined. We saw this scene at all the tables and it seemed like a really useless attempt at upselling. I just want to say one thing: the people who sell lunch at your place can be rich but also super humble people who work a lifetime to fulfill this dream and I think that given the price you need to pay more attention to who you have in front of you, and to how much you can please the customer (e.g. We came from Rome and spent half our salary, how would it have hurt to settle for the red mullet?) That said: it’s an experience that I will carry in my heart beyond these things that made me feel bad

04/05/2025: Scegliamo sempre Giulia per le sue creazioni, dal cioccolatino, alla crema caffè, al gelato allo yogurt super goloso e, non ultima, la crepe, i waffle....da farcire con le numerose ottime scelte disponibili. Senza glutine !! La Colomba pasquale, l 'Uovo di Pasqua....poi!!!! Ieri abbiamo fatto un figurone con la torta di compleanno del nostro ometto! Siamo passati da: se avanza la riportiamo a casa, a "urca, mi sa che nn basta"! Torta da 25 persone divorata da poco piú di una dozzina di 11enni!!! Per non parlare della focaccia, semplice o con p.cotto!!! Spazzolata via! E avevamo anche messo le patatine.....i popcorn.....ma questi sono avanzati!! Dolce Giulia e Roberto....sono una garanzia!!!! Sempre!

05/05/2025: The decor is sublime, the service is high quality and the meal is excellent. We were pampered by the cook and the waiter. Gracie mille. If we come back to Arona we will come back to this boat restaurant. We recommend good cuisine and romantic settings to all art lovers.

04/05/2025: Es war ein tolles Erlebnis in einem solchen historischen Ambiente mit Blick auf den Lago Maggiore ein so feines Essen genießen zu können. Die Speisen waren ausgezeichnet, die Weinbegleitung dazu ebenfalls gut abgestimmt und der Service ausgesprochen freundlich. Für diese dargebotene Qualität des Essens und des Gesamterlebnisses war das Preisniveau überraschend niedrig. Wir können einen Besuch dieses historischen Schiffes nur empfehlen.

19/05/2025: Yesterday, on the occasion of my daughter's Holy Confirmation, we had the pleasure of having lunch at Paolo's restaurant. The location is wonderful, from the beautiful outdoor garden to the dining room, cozy and cared for in every detail. Paolo's cuisine is truly superb, with dishes that were a spectacle not only for the palate but also for the eyes! Small details in each course that really made the difference. In the dining room Alice, who with her extreme kindness and competence served us and presented each dish impeccably, always with that cordiality that makes you feel at home. I recommend everyone to try this place, a little gem that really deserves it!

29/04/2025: Venerdì ho pranzato da Voi Locale non troppo grande ma comunque i tavoli sono ben organizzati. Locale igienico pulito e ben tenuto. Pietanze ottime, I tagliolini al ragù di Lepre buonissimi, Ravioli di Bufali ancor più buoni. Il fuori menù stata un ottima scelta, controfiletto d'agnello con carciofi. L'unica pecca la carta dei Vini, ho ordinato un Taif Zibibbo Secco Fina 2021 mi è arrivato una bottiglia più giovane. Complimenti alla signorina Valentina per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità

02/06/2025: Locale con cucina tipica piemontese gestito da un giovane cuoco con tanta bravura e volontà. Abbiamo pranzato con il nostro labrador. Materie prime di qualità e piatti ricercati. Simpaticissimo anche il cameriere. Da consigliare!

29/05/2025: Un'altra ottima esperienza grazie alla mia inseparabile guida Slow Food che mi ha portato a Grignasco. Competenza e passione, la ricetta perfetta per una ristorazione vincente. Locale arredato modernamente in modo elegante, personale cordiale ed attento; comodo parcheggio a pochi metri dal locale. Pochi coperti ben spaziati. Basta scambiare due parole con lo Chef Matteo per captare la sua pasione per la cucina e la sua conoscenza della materia. La carta è ricca di ricette della zona ma ci sono anche contaminazioni con ricette di altre regioni dovute ad esperienze fatte dallo Chef nel corso della sua carriera. Per antipasto, primo piatto, dessert, caffè e acqua (niente vino) conto di circa 40€ a persona ampiamente giustificato dall qualità dei piatti. Degno di nota un risotto spettacolare dai sapori estivi molto freschi. Spero di tornare presto.

17/05/2025: We found this fantastic restaurant in this small town. From the moment we arrived, we experienced great food, efficient and quick service, and genuinely friendly customer service. The food was outstanding! The order included the perfectly cooked octopus, mushroom raviolis, and a wonderfully prepared steak. To finish, the tiramisu was a delightful treat. It's truly surprising to discover such a gem of a restaurant tucked away in this quiet locale.
