17/12/2023: Closed, it seems permanently. Located a few steps from Corso Dante within the pedestrian area. The pizzeria has a large and comfortable outdoor area. The internal area of ​​the restaurant is equally comfortable. There are many parking lots on Corso Dante, mostly for a fee. Even if the toilets were "a little behind", nothing to say about cleanliness. Excellent experience both with take-away pizza and consumed on site. Excellent: - fish fry - spaghetti with clams - - eggplant parmigiana - PIZZAS and desserts

17/01/2024: Pleasant location and formidable slopes. The restaurant then offers fixed or à la carte menus with more than correct prices, the Mix appetizer and the raviole are fantastic but, in general, the whole menu and the environment are very relaxing, with windows that provide a breathtaking view! The waiters were very kind and the service quick, we will definitely be back.

07/01/2024: We were a group of friends skiing. We went for lunch, entered at 12.40pm, left at 2.50pm. Very slow service (not the fault of the waiters, no dishes came out of the kitchen). There were 8 of us, 5 starters of one type and 3 of another. After about an hour the 5 starters arrive, not even a trace of the other 3, they arrive when the others had finished. After another wait of about 40 minutes the first cold ones arrive... One of us took the polenta and when we pointed out that it was missing the response was "ah it's finished", so a further wait for a plate of ravioles (cold duree, I don't know, maybe semolina). We got up in desperation without waiting for dessert. The 18 euro menu included appetizer, first course and dessert. No one bothered to take away 50 cents even though we hadn't gotten the dessert and the wait was unthinkable. Furthermore, the sulky waitress, without the slightest smile on her face. The only one who apologized several times was the guy serving the tables. Finally, when we were about to pay, the chef came out of the kitchen and started arguing with a girl who works there, in the dining room in front of the customers. If they don't change I don't recommend it😮‍💨.

07/01/2024: .. ma le porzioni sono davvero esagerate! Di qs tempi è un peccato avanzare e soprattutto avrei voluto assaggiare altro quindi dividete sempre i piatti in 2 altrimenti morirete prima 😂 di arrivare al dolce.

12/10/2023: Lovely Chef Christian is a one man show from host, to waiter, to chef, and cashier, whipping up delicious dishes including exquisite pastas. The venue is small, very small, so reservations are a must.

03/03/2024: Abbiamo scoperto questa straordinaria Macelleria Braceria durante un soggiorno mordi e fuggi a Cuneo, trovandola a pochi passi dal ns hotel e rimanendo colpiti in maniera fantastica dalla sua qualita'e quantita'. Premetto che siamo appassionati di hamburgerie e ne abbiamo provate tantissime durante i ns giri per l'Italia e per il Mondo, ma poche meritano una menzione speciale come D'Ale. Gia'all'ingresso noti un'atmosferta informale ma ricercata, con i tavoli posizionati vicino ai banconi della vendita al dettaglio, con i clienti del locale che si passano vicini mentre consumi il tuo pranzo... questo offre un ulteriore tocco di genuinita'all'organizzazione.... abbiamo preso 1 panino e un hamburger al piatto, con carne di eccezionale qualita.... si scioglieva in bocca e aveva un sapore fantastico, ottimi pure i contorni con menzione particolare per la cipolla caramellata. Ottima anche la cotoletta di pollo per la ns bambina, anche se dapprima era stata cotta per poco tempo. Lo staff e'stato gentilissimo e ha portato gratis una seconda cotoletta per scusarsi per l'errore. Buona anche la scelta delle birre, tutte a km 0 del territorio. In conclusione un posto fantastico, quasi un tesoro nascosto del territorio, con una carne dal sapore fantastico. Conto assolutamente in linea con quanto offerto: 58 euro per un piatto, un panino, una cotoletta e due birre. Se dovessimo tornare a Cuneo, sara'uno dei ns primi pensieri. Andateci senza se e senza ma!

07/02/2024: Unico locale in Cuneo in cui il pesce che degusti non ha altri profumi che il mare!! Per alcune ricorrenze, non essendo abitutuè di ristoranti, andiamo a colpo sicuro!. Prossimamente civ torneremo......

06/04/2024: What can I say about the place that is missing, simple, clean, varied, good, there aren't many things but they are increasingly rare, here they are found at a good price, let's hope it resists. It's nothing special, a simple pleasant place where you eat well, there isn't a large choice but it's always varied, and the value for money is excellent. Quiet, courteous, helpful staff, small place, 6 tables, seasonal and good offerings. I took a wholemeal pasta with lamb, good, the right amount to satisfy the dinner, a water and there were also cooked apples.

We were very satisfied, the lunch was very good and light. Considering that many things are homemade, the price is more than reasonable
