13/04/2025: On our way back from Cherasco, my family and I came across this restaurant/pizzeria which reminds us of the legendary 80s, but I was amazed by the goodness of the pizza, the friendliness of the staff and the value for money. I highly recommend it

04/05/2025: I call to order for home delivery: everything seems to go smoothly, they take my order, confirm everything and we end the call. After about 10 minutes, however, I was called back: they told me that the girl who had taken the order didn't know that they don't make direct deliveries, but only via a specific food delivery app. Not very professional from here but, according to the place, since the girl who answered my first phone call was new, these things can happen. However, I proceeded to redo the order via the indicated app, explaining that I had to make some changes as I had already done on the phone. They reassure me by saying that, as they already had my telephone order, they would have sorted everything out: they just ask me to call once the order on the app has been completed. I send the order and call back. First hitch immediately: they tell me that I ordered an extra sandwich compared to the telephone order. Actually no: there were 4 of us and I had ordered 4 sandwiches. Evidently they had missed one in the first order. It can happen, ok, we'll solve it. I then try to explain the changes: simple, among other things - adding caramelized onions to one sandwich and removing the salad from two others. But this time too, the person on the phone doesn't seem to understand, and actually claims that "the apps give different orders to those I'm saying". Too bad I had the app open in front of me and was reading exactly the contents of the order placed. The answer? Sarcastic and even a little offensive: "Ah well, but if the app is also wrong...", with a tone that suggested that I was the one who wasn't even capable of placing an order via the app. When in reality the mistake, once again, was theirs. In the end, to ask for two trivial changes, I found myself having to make three phone calls, being treated with disdain and doubting whether they really understood what we wanted. That's not how you treat a customer.

09/04/2025: I ordered the 4 cheese fusilli, which offers a tasty and enveloping bite in every bite, plus the cream that envelops the fusilli was exquisite. Very welcoming staff and it's nice to have a chat, making you feel at ease.

21/02/2025: Good aperitif with two Piedmontese wines, good chocolate and cream, as are the appetizers.

10/10/2024: Too bad and fortunately, I dare say, few seats for the lucky ones who manage to have lunch here, welcomed by the kindness of the daughters of the manager of this centuries-old restaurant in Velo Veronese, where the king par excellence is tripe, both in broth and dry, which more than a few people take home to take away so they can enjoy its goodness at home, there is no shortage of first courses, few but good, seasonal vegetables from the native garden and, I repeat the kindness of the staff, cost 20/25 euros well spent

05/09/2024: Rude owner we didn't eat but we asked for a place for two with a stroller and the annoyed owner turned his back on us saying no no there's no room (there were two free tables outside) so since he was leaving with his back to him saying no no I asked your waitress and she also says there is no room. I pointed out that there were two free tables and he said booked 🤔🤔 so let's go to the restaurant next door, moral: for the entire time we were there the tables were always free! Learn a little more politeness when asking for information.

20/04/2025: They are simple and nice people, the food is good, the only thing is it's a little empty but I think that's normal since they mostly do takeaway.
