20/04/2025: I was for dinner on 18 April 25. The environment is nice, nice, clean, excellent service, everyone is very kind. The food is excellent, with fresh and quality raw materials. The menu is very varied, there are traditional Piedmontese dishes, Mediterranean and fish dishes. I'm very sorry to give only 3 stars, but the portions are very small for the price paid. Highly recommended!!

05/04/2025: For a short stop in Bra it is ideal, for a moment, going up to the rooms you feel like you are in a corner of Portugal. The cafeteria downstairs is excellent, be careful of intolerances and allergies. We had a great time The only negative note is the boiler in the rooms and not the boiler, so the hot water runs out. Regulate yourselves!!

11/05/2025: Very specialty coffee shop. Nowadays I only drink more specialty coffee because once you start trying the good things you can't do without them. This place is truly exceptional in many aspects, among which the competence and passion for the specific professional field can be seen at first glance. In addition to having enjoyed an amazing filtered coffee, I also bought some packs to try at home. I'm writing this review after drinking a cup prepared by me at home, which was amazing. In short, a place you absolutely must try.

10/04/2025: It got worse, before the croissants were of a normal size, while the last two times I got them they looked like miniature ones, even the filling is almost non-existent!!!! A piece of advice.... Go back to making croissants as before because at this rate you will lose many customers!!!

12/04/2025: I was a guest at the Badellino Hotel Restaurant for two nights. I stayed in a superior double room, very bright, large and very clean. I always had lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant and to tell the truth what inspired me to choose this place was the Easter menu when I opened their website, and I'm happy I was right! The cuisine is genuine, typical but refined, the quality of the raw materials and the accuracy of the preparation of the dishes reign supreme (you can feel the heart and passion in what you eat). As an appetizer I tasted a trio featuring Bra sausage with croutons, a slice of fassona (spectacular) and veal with tuna sauce that was truly out of this world! As an appetizer of the day there was also an artichoke with artichoke (artichoke with an artichoke cream and a sauce with a cheese whose name I don't remember). I tasted the plin al napkin (get them made, they're the bomb!!!) and the same ones with roast sauce, the tajerin with Bra sausage ragù... fresh homemade pasta made by them impeccably. For second courses I tasted the salmon trout with asparagus and hollandaise sauce and a nice cut of fassona cooked (rare as I wanted it) perfectly, very tender and very tasty. The place is very quiet, clean, welcoming. The owners are very kind and very professional. I had a great time and I really think I'll be back!

A welcome like no other, they are so kind that if I could give them 7 stars I would give them, not to mention the pizza, without even tasting it but just looking at it and feeling the flavor you understand that it is a work of art not a pizza.
