Unfortunately I ate the Fassona tartare... which was so inviting, that I forgot to take a photo, damn, it was also plated in a spectacular way, with a delicious sauce. The cheek melted in the mouth, the waiter of infinite kindness super service! 19/11/2024: I just spent a weekend at Ca' Rapulin with my family and a group of friends. I'll clear your doubts straight away, it's the second consecutive year that we've come to this accommodation in November. And I also tell you that a member of the group, taking on the role of thoughtful person, has already blocked for next year. Moving on to the details: 7 families, 14 adults and 12 children between 2 and 11 years old. Finding a place to sleep and eat for such a large group of children is no easy task. The manager Eleonora welcomed us with the usual kindness, remembering each of us. We may also be nice, but where I would like to highlight the courtesy of the manager lies precisely in the attention and flexibility in managing the children. Never a word out of place or a request for attention. Only big spontaneous smiles, a very rare commodity. The rooms are large, where you can easily fit beds for children. Characteristic style of the countryside and still fresh. Cleanliness of the accommodation and bathrooms is perfect. The temperature didn't work: I reported the problem and it was immediately resolved by the central panel. Dinner with a pre-established menu including house wine (I particularly liked the red) at a very competitive price. Good quality with collective applause to the chef for the cheek which stood out in a menu that was nevertheless complete and very tasty. There was the possibility of having truffles made to order. We opted not to add it, but the price per gram was clearly lower than those of external restaurants. Not even to say that we will return... as mentioned in the incipit, thoughtful has already booked.

19/10/2024: Quello con Ca' Rapulin ed Eleonora è stato un vero colpo di fulmine. Cercavamo una location per il nostro matrimonio, e ci siamo subito sentiti a casa. Un ristorante splendido, curatissimo con una vista incredibile e cibo impeccabile. Hanno reso il nostro matrimonio indimenticabile.

22/03/2025: Very kind and easy-going. Cocktail bar in the evening, but also some very good simple dishes. The wall decorations are beautiful; an artistic mix of the owner's murals, the customers' writings and children's drawings.

19/01/2025: Our experience at this pizzeria was unfortunately below expectations. Let's start with the positive aspects: the environment is nice and welcoming as soon as you enter, with a pleasant atmosphere that promises a relaxing evening. The waiters proved to be very helpful and friendly, offering attentive and professional service. However, there were several elements that detracted from our experience. Despite the welcoming environment, the place was not heated enough, and at our table we felt cold for the entire duration of dinner. This made the meal less comfortable than expected. Moving on to the food, the pizza seemed a little too salty, and the ingredients used did not live up to expectations. In a pizzeria, the quality of the ingredients is fundamental, and in this case it seemed to us that the freshness and goodness that we expect was missing. Another critical point concerns payment management. At the time of the bill, the manager (or owner) refused to make separate accounts, despite the law allowing this practice, as long as the prohibition is clearly communicated to customers before ordering. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and the refusal created an unpleasant final mix-up. In conclusion, there are some strong points, such as the environment and the dining room staff, but there are several aspects to improve, especially in terms of comfort, quality of ingredients and customer service management.

06/01/2025: My partner and I spent an evening returning from a holiday in Turin. The very kind and friendly owner, despite the little notice we gave her, manages to please us by delighting us with an excellent plate of mixed fried food and delicious appetizers. Fair price and local to hand. Highly recommended for those who want to taste authentic Piedmontese cuisine.

06/01/2025: Found accidentally on Maps, returning from a weekend in Turin with a detour of about 20 minutes from the A21 motorway. The owners who guided us on this journey through the delicacies of Piedmontese cuisine were very kind. The typical appetizers were excellent, among which the tomino and veal with tuna sauce stood out, and the mixed fried food was excellent and rich. Homely atmosphere, generous portions and a more than honest bill. Advised.

14/03/2025: GLOVO…. DIRECTLY IN THE KITCHEN I have always preferred this restaurant over all the others in Asti for the goodness of the food with authentic flavors. Last Friday dinner was a real disaster! I won't go back there again. A constant back and forth from the front door by the takeaway food pick-up staff; gusts of cold air continually creeping into the room; staff in visible turmoil for the management of the room and the GLOVOs; bystanders annoyed like us by the long waits; my husband's pasta dish ordered at 8.30pm arrived at 9.30pm after a polite reminder (dry and tasteless); a boy from GLOVO even allowed himself to go directly into the kitchen (!!) without respecting any hygiene rules (and I think this is also strictly prohibited by ASL rules); priority shamelessly given to GLOVOs rather than diners. Unpleasant dinner, on loan, with long waits and no satisfaction. The quality of the dishes has changed since giving priority to GLOVO. Thanks to the dining room staff who understood our discontent.

02/02/2025: Terrible!! I called and placed an order for a home takeaway and it arrived almost an hour and a half after the call.. I asked for some sauces and they didn't put them... Eating that tastes like dish detergent.. and always looking at it cat food!! €51.50 and not even a can of coke or a fortune cookie... Blacklist of restaurants not to call again...

08/01/2025: Questo locale nel centro di Asti è tanto piccolo quanto delizioso, a partire dal suo gestore, fino alla qualità di piatti e bevande; la possibilità di abbinare il piatto al suo "contorno" mi fa venire molta voglia di tornarci per provare altre combinazioni.

04/01/2025: Frequento questo piccolo locale da cinque anni e ogni volta è un piacere tornare. È un posto che arricchisce l’anima e delizia il palato. Cucina piemontese contaminata con maestria e originalità da Presc cuoca nigeriana. Scegli una ricetta e l’abbini ad un formato particolare: panbrioche delicato e soffice, riso jasmine, insalata, patate arrosto con la buccia o noodles. Si spazia da un piatto africano, alla trippa, alle verdure al curry o la classica carne cruda di fassona. Ottimi ingredienti e piatti buonissimi. Infine arrivano i dolci di Caterina per un finale che terrà viva la vostra voglia di tornare. E se vi piace una birra artigianale di qualità accompagnerà il vostro pasto. Brave, brave!
