16/02/2026: We discovered the place about ten years ago, a very beautiful location in the Monferrato hills, excellent value for money and a typical Piedmontese menu at a high level, they have a wide selection of local wines, very kind and good-natured staff, since then we come here very often and it feels like home

The agnolotti and the hand-chopped meat are simply sublime. * **The Atmosphere:** There's an authentic feel. The property is meticulously maintained, rustic yet elegant. * **Hospitality:** The owners immediately make you feel at home. Their passion for their products and the region shines through in every gesture. The Wine:** The selection of local wines (Barbera in particular) is excellent and pairs divinely with every course. 18/03/2026: Rondano, the one who used to race in rallies... Excellent agnolotti... Everything good, but too expensive... The only one in the area with these products to bring to Moncalieri. Historic pasta factory I'll be back soon...almost truffle season.
