21/12/2024: salve, domenica 8 siamo stati ospiti di questo agriturismo. Una piacevole giornata, in un contesto casalingo -professionale che arricchisce e completa i cibi serviti. PARLARE DI PERFEZIONE, mi sembra esagerato: ma di grande impegno e professionalita' mi sento di scriverlo. Non si giudica il lavoro, se viene svolto con impegno,e passione che si nota nella buona qualita' e delicatezza dei cibi: non si critica quando il tuo stomaco e apparati limitrofi 'lavorano' con piacere senza appesantire testa e gambe, specialmente se ci hai anche un poco di eta'. si chiacchera e si ride consumando del tempo e ringraziando chi dedica parte o tutta la vita nel dispensare con le proprie mani TANTA GRADITA UMILTA' E SERENITA' MARIO

15/12/2024: Ecco ,sono tornato a cena al ristorante 3 colline in Langhe. Passati alcuni anni dall'ultima volta , posso dire molto bene. Ambiente elegante,personale preparato e , Paola ,la padrona di casa affabile e gentile. Mangiato un delicato antipasto,un genuino primo di pasta fatta in casa, uno squisito secondo con contorno di verdure ed un goloso dolce . Direi ottimo menù, accompagnato da buoni vini. Qualità eccellente. Complimenti . Alla prossima volta.

22/12/2024: We ate very well in this small restaurant where it is difficult to find a seat... starters (Russian salad, pumpkin flan with fondue and white truffle, artichoke crepes and, for carnivores, peppers in bagna cauda and raw meat), first course ( tagliolini with mushrooms and black truffle) second course (very tasty red cabbage with red wine stew, always for those who ate it). The desserts also lived up to expectations, nougat semifreddo with hot chocolate and, above all, a superlative hazelnut cake. Barbera del Monferrato a little lively and very pleasant. Friendly and attentive service. All for 40 euros per person, willingly spent!

26/10/2024: Family-run farmhouse with few seats and an open kitchen door where you can literally see what they are preparing. Fixed menu 35 euros, water and wine included. Really very good home cooking with an almost guaranteed encore.

11/06/2025: A pearl in one of the most delicate and suggestive villages of the Langhe, with a breathtaking view of the vineyard hills. Typical Piedmontese menu, well cooked and traditional in its preparations. Price appropriate for the place and the proposal. Good choice of local wines. The service could be improved (a dirty plate at the table, a loud warning from the waiter, a bit of carelessness towards customers, little tact in explaining the impossibility of a change on the menu...). Formally nothing to complain about, but to say that I felt at home is another thing: the season will certainly refine the craft

10/06/2025: Disappointing. I've known Piedmontese cuisine for decades, but I've never experienced such a memorable evening. It's a mystery to me how this restaurant made it into the Slow Food guide 'Osterie d'Italy'. The food was carelessly prepared and tasted bland. The carne cruda was partially gray and simply inedible. The owner was incapable of accepting criticism and overwhelmed.

25/05/2025: Asti hills context: spectacular Location of great flavor, beautiful structure and fabulous garden and care of the greenery all around, truly enchanting. We had lunch in four people in the garden, I must say that there were two communions not very crowded but they certainly influenced the cuisine. And here come the sore points: appetizers, first courses, and second courses from the canteen, cooked without care, without flavors, without soul, except the agnolotti (exceptional) in short a disarming disappointment, I felt like crying, I was more heartbroken than them, other two flaws:, you don't let me sit in the garden on an iron table from IKEA, but put a proper tablecloth, you are in a beautiful garden in a fairytale structure and you get lost on the table? A disaster!!!!! The prices: very expensive for what we ate, better the Chinese, then, you can't charge a glass of wine starting from 15€ insert something good but a little more affordable, remember that we are on top of a hill in San Desiderio (I don't know) I hope that the kitchen was distracted by the communions anyway I won't go back

10/05/2025: The place is pleasant and welcoming, but the food is nothing special, mixed starter €22 good but a little overpriced, the vegetable tagliolini with little taste, the tagliatelle none. Overall, given the offers in the areas with those prices you can find better ones.

25/05/2025: Ci siamo fermati per due calici di metodo classico, senza mangiare nulla insieme. Ottima scelta di vino, anche al calice, con prezzi più convenienti nell'acquisto della bottiglia. Molto curata la location all'interno, merita una visita e qualche scatto!

11/05/2025: If I could put 0 I would have done so: Execrable welcome, a family that does not know how to remain professional, shouting and hysterical. These people have no business being in the hotel business. They do not know how to welcome, are aggressive at the slightest question. It shows that they are overwhelmed and cannot manage their emotions. Avoid!!! They play on their location to attract people but it is clear that they have nothing to do with the welcome and the service. I rarely give a bad rating but when it comes to an aggressive, bad and unprofessional person like them it must be made known,

20/05/2025: Enoteca Dente had been recommended to us. When we arrived and were greeted so warmly, we suspected it might be a good recommendation. The fresh salt was divine, and the risotto and spaghetti were unforgettable. Then we had dessert, all homemade and super fresh! Afterward, we went to the well-stocked wine cellar. ... a good selection of local wines, including expert advice from the owner. All in all, a top-notch place, a real recommendation. Thank you. We'd be happy to come back.

This year we were here to sleep over Easter and for Easter Monday lunch and the level and quality of the food greatly confirmed our high expectations after having been there last year too. And what's more, this year we tried staying in the Brambui!! Spectacular! The attention and care for the environmental sustainability of the structure are truly the strong point. The view of the Monferrato hills and the swimming pool are a real gem!! I applaud the kindness of the Durando family and the great hospitality of Sara who manages to make guests feel like friends!! Breakfast in the wicker basket with spectacular local products. Congratulations to the Durando family!!
