Attention to detail, surprising, carefully prepared, and excellent quality food, a wide selection of wines, Cristina and the waiting staff, attentive to every need... 01/06/2026: “A must in Chioggia,” they told us, and then we understood why: excellent cuisine and truly kind and attentive staff! Following a mistake I made with my reservation (for the following day), they were incredibly kind and after just 20 minutes had already prepared a table for us, which they took outside especially for us… what can I say, we will definitely be back to enjoy another delicious fish grill, congratulations 😍

29/05/2026: Some dishes were perfect (the fried fish and the spaghetti with clams), others less so, desserts (🥴), the grill was meh. A bit expensive for the average (€240 for 3 with a €30 bottle of wine, 1 appetizer, 1 first course, 3 second courses, and 2 desserts), an honest trattoria with restaurant-like prices.

18/05/2026: We went yesterday on a recommendation, and I have to say we had a wonderful time. The location is spectacular, we ate right next to the canal, and the staff was really helpful and attentive (I think it was the owner who looked after us). The food was really good, and the service was quick, even though the place was busy. We were really happy, and I definitely recommend it.

12/05/2026: Excellent experience, very good and fresh fish, friendly and courteous staff. The Manzoni wine was also excellent. An experience worth repeating.

01/06/2026: There are plenty of places in Chioggia where you can eat good fish, but if you want something more than a simple trattoria and don't want fancy, Instagrammable fashionistas, you have to come here. It's an elegant but not overly formal restaurant, steeped in history but aged well. Who knows if restaurants like this will still exist in 20 years. While they exist, let's enjoy them.

26/05/2026: The atmosphere is quiet, with just a few tables and a private spot. The staff is friendly and the food is excellent. The raw fish is amazing and 100% worth the price.

22/04/2026: An EXCELLENT creamed cod, like everything else, very kind, only I have mobility difficulties in climbing stairs to go to the bathroom and there were a lot of them to climb, I should have asked if there was a bathroom for disabled people

08/05/2026: Excellent restaurant. We had dinner for two with a small child. The mixed boiled fish appetizer was delicious, and the raw fish appetizer was excellent. The first course and dessert were also very good. The quality/price ratio was definitely above average. We'll definitely be back. Thank you!

01/05/2026: The restaurant is spread over two floors. The waitress seated us on the lower level. The owner welcomed us and said, "Have them sit downstairs and bring your water. How would you like it?" My God, what a rush! Sorry to bother you. We sat down and the table wobbled, but no one offered to fix it; in fact, they completely ignored the problem and put the paper from the bread basket under it ourselves. I ordered seafood salad and it arrived cold from the fridge after 2 minutes. Okay, not hot because it's seafood salad, but not frozen either. Two minutes after I picked up the appetizer, the first course arrived (crespelle with scampi and asparagus). Cold. With parmesan and two sauces on top that weren't specified on the menu. I left the entire plate there and the waiter kindly asked me why. I replied, explaining the reason, and he left. I was quite shocked, because usually people ask, "Do you want us to do it again? Would you like something else?" No, nothing. He comes back 2 minutes later with a dish (I don't know what it was), saying it was a free gift from the chef and that they were reheating the crepes. I thank him for the gesture, but first he asks if I want it back or if I want something else. He doesn't act on feelings like that. I was so upset, I refused both the free gift and the remade first course. I'm sorry, but their lack of attention and too much haste ruined my dinner. When my husband paid, they didn't ask for anything and charged me for the dish. I won't be back.

12/05/2026: Had lunch at Alberto's on a foggy day. His dishes were a ray of sunshine. All the ingredients were well-balanced. A good selection of vegetarian dishes and options for those who don't like fish. The desserts were also excellent.

04/05/2026: We waited over 20 minutes to be seated, despite having made a reservation, because our table had been given to another couple despite our arrival on time. The wait times for orders and between courses were extremely long. The food was of decent quality, nothing special.
