A quaint restaurant in the heart of the city, nestled in a side alley. Fast service, friendly staff, and excellent, flavorful dishes. I recommend the cod and stuffed squid.

If you want to eat well at a fair price, this is the place to go. It deserves a larger space, although perhaps a larger one would lose its authenticity.

We had a wonderful evening here with friends. The restaurant is beautifully designed and you immediately feel at home.
The kitchen specializes in seafood, which is absolutely evident in the quality. I had the tuna tartare as a starter and then the tortellini – both were expertly prepared and tasted absolutely delicious.
If you're looking for fresh fish and a relaxed atmosphere, this is the place for you. We'll definitely be back!

We arrived by chance; the outdoor seating was booked.
They gave us a cozy spot upstairs.
I must say the dishes were good, except for the cod with polenta.
The cod was too wet, excessively so, so we didn't like it.
A sore point
Finally, when asked the fateful question,
Is everything okay?
When we said we didn't like the cod, the answer was, "That's how it should be."
I think this makes the difference between a classy restaurant and a good, touristy restaurant.
I know the owner will be offended.
But I hope he thinks about it and accepts a serious and competent review.

This restaurant in Chioggia has been highly praised by others for its excellent food, and after visiting with my husband, I can confirm that the food is excellent. It's a bit small and cramped, but their menu isn't extensive, but they do what they offer divinely!
The tagliolini with cicadas is truly delicious, the spaghetti with clams is excellent, and the fried fish is delicious and perfectly golden! I highly recommend it!

We had lunch with friends and had a great time, so much so that this is our second time back. The staff is very kind, helpful, and friendly. The food is delicious and plentiful (the pasta with clams is excellent). Highly recommended.

We ate here on the Tuesday after Easter. It's in a slightly out-of-the-way alley, but it's definitely worth the effort. The service was quick and friendly. The food was well-presented, well-written, and above all, delicious. The spaghetti with clams was superb. The wine was top-notch. An amazing Gewustraminer.

It was recommended to us by the B&B owner, and we booked for dinner. We had two fish-based starters and a fish-based main course. Let's just say it wasn't excellent, but the staff was very welcoming and attentive.
As for the restaurant, the aesthetics could be improved a bit.
