It's a good restaurant; anyone who likes fish and seafood will be happy here. They also offer schnitzel (pork) with fries, or spaghetti with tomato sauce or eggplant, which is what I ordered. You can also share an appetizer and then each order a main course, as the portions are rather small. The service was okay, and the wait for the food wasn't too long.

A very positive experience, the fish was very fresh and well-prepared. Our Argentinean waitress was friendly and efficient.

Maybe I'm a simpleton, but I ate (a lot) of marinated anchovies that I enjoyed, half a kilo of mussels that were also appreciated, a quarter of a decent wine (I come from the homeland of Prosecco....), half a bottle of mineral water, a coffee with a Sambuca spike on the side (and that was also fine), and with just the right amount of bread and breadsticks. I'll be back.

13/07/2026: We've been coming to Venice every December for years. And always for Mascaron. Mascareta. Whatever you call it! Wonderful evenings with down-to-earth food and fascinating encounters. Sometimes quite quirky. We love it! See you in December.
01/07/2026: It’s my second time here, the service is much better( last time was negative) but the seafood pasta is not as fresh as last time one year ago, but that’s why I would like to come back again. The bread is also not fresh. I am a little disappointed.

07/04/2026: Easter Lunch 2026. We booked on behalf of Fozzat for 8 people for our family Easter. It was a delicious lunch that delighted Grandpa, Parents, Children, and Grandchildren. The Preo family is a guarantee, thank you for allowing us to spend a truly intimate Easter with fresh and delicious dishes.
21/03/2026: Welcoming hotel, daily room cleaning, incredibly friendly owner and staff. I ate lunch and dinner there for 20 days and never found a single dish that wasn't delicious, including the pizza. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely return, all at a reasonable price. I highly recommend it.
