26/07/2025: Voor het eerst kreeft gegeten en dat viel mij een beetje tegen. Komt dat omdat ik de smaak niet geweldig vind (terwijl ik gamba's fantastisch vind) of was het niet goed klaargemaakt? Ik vond het nogal droog vlees. Verder waren de gerechten van mijn tafelgenoten goed en was het terras aan het plein gezellig

07/06/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante abbiamo ordinato die pizze, una con frutti di mare e una calzone, arriva il mio calzone cpn tanto sugo sotto, non mi piace ma avevo fare ho detto da niente, faccio per mangiarla .. il sugo era crudo e non solo, ma freddo/ congelato, lo faccio notare mi rispondono signora non é congelato ma ê da frigo e fresco, io gli ho detto che non la volevo, e me ne hanno portato un altro

26/07/2025: He estado viniendo a este restaurante durante los últimos 2 años y siempre he tenido una gran experiencia. La comida es muy fresca y bien condimentada. Las porciones son masivas para el precio en mi opinión. Volveré esta noche para el salmón a la parrilla y la tagliatelle con vongole. ¡No puede equivocarse con ese combo!

23/07/2025: Questo ristorante che conosciamo da tempo si riconferma uno dei migliori per la qualità delle pietanze la quantità (non è un goirme' )ma molto meglio x noi , la profesdionalita' ed efficienza del personale la velocità del sevizio è non ultimo il prezzo.consigliatisdimo soprattutto x chi ama il pesce. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!

27/09/2025: What can I say? The restaurant "La Principessa" makes you feel like a king. Impeccable food, unique location, fantastic and well-trained staff, especially Tony, who gave us excellent advice. We'll be back.

12/09/2025: One of the worst services ever. They deceive the customer and charge more than double the price that is displayed. Rude staff. I do not recommend.

11/09/2025: Disappointing, mediocre. We had to wait too long for a set menu item, and the meat in the main course was abysmal, a loin in white wine. I'm giving it two stars because the service wasn't bad at all, and neither was the pasta in the first course.

Abbiamo gustato piatti squisiti, preparati con passione e cura, con porzioni abbondanti e ricche di sapore che hanno conquistato il nostro palato. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato eccellente, rendendo la serata ancora più piacevole e memorabile. Nonostante il ristorante fosse molto frequentato, il tempo di attesa è stato gestito in modo impeccabile, e l’atmosfera, ricca di sorrisi e di una simpatia contagiosa, ha reso tutto ancora più speciale. Vogliamo ringraziare di cuore Giurgia, Savino e il direttore Davide:per il loro atteggiamento attento, professionale e accogliente che ci ha fatto sentire ospiti come a casa propria. La passione che mettono nella preparazione dei piatti si percepisce in ogni boccone, e l’ambiente, impeccabilmente pulito, contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera calda e invitante. Per dovere di informazione agli amici che leggeranno questa recensione abbiamo cenato con un delicato e profumato risotto con scampi e asparagi, con un imperiale branzino pescato del giorno e con delle croccanti e fragranti fritture di pesce con verdure pastellate il tutto innaffiato da un ottimo prosecco servito in caraffa. Abbiamo chiuso con il famoso "sgroppino" a base di gelato al limone con vodka. Consigliamo caldamente questo locale. Una serata da ripetere senza dubbio! 02/05/2025: Ci siamo lasciati consigliare dal cameriere sul "pescato del giorno": branzino al forno con patate, sicuramente buono, ma il costo è stato un'amara sorpresa : 70€. Non era di sicuro un pesce da un kg, e non eravamo stati preventivamente informati sul peso, né ci era stato mostrato il pesce prima di cuocerlo. Certo, potevamo chiedere noi, ma è una questione di trasparenza e professionalità.

18/07/2025: Mai più mangiare pesce era una schifesa totale solo nei cassonetti trovavi una roba del genere e abbiamo pagato 300 euro in 5 persone

30/06/2025: Sabato 28/06 sono stata qui a cena con il mio gruppo di amiche. Location carina, pizza deliziosa, ingredienti di ottima qualità ma, purtroppo, servizio raccapricciante. Già al momento delle ordinazioni siamo rimaniamo perplesse: più che in un ristorante elegante sembrava di essere al mercato del pesce. Subito dopo ci siamo alzate per goderci il tramonto sul lago ma, a quanto pare, non avremmo dovuto: al rientro siamo state rimproverate dal personale "che poi non vi lamentiate che la pizza era fredda!". Preciso, non eravamo un gruppo di ragazzine ma donne adulte, quindi la ramanzina anche no. In quell'esatto momento la mia amica intollerante al pomodoro si accorge che nella sua pizza lo avevano messo nonostante nel menù fosse" bianca". Lo segnala alla cameriera che però prima di scusarsi controlla chi ha ragione consultando il menù, per poi inveire contro i colleghi pizzaioli davanti a noi. Come se non bastasse, al nostro tavolo si sono aggiunte le mosche che a causa delle finestre e porte spalancate continuavamo ad entrare, insieme all'alfa. Per concludere, ci hanno portato via i piatti in fretta e furia senza quasi lasciarci il tempo di finire. Diciamo che è un peccato perché, ripeto, pizza e location meritano ma il servizio non invita certamente a tornare.

09/08/2025: The atmosphere and service are top-notch, but the food is something else entirely... thin Roman-style pizza with little tomato, but you can't really taste the canned mushrooms and cooked ham shoulder... definitely improve the quality of what you put on your pizzas, it's a testament to your "history."

21/09/2025: Just 2 minutes from the Rialto Bridge. A great location for a short trip to Venice. The rooms are a bit noisy, but that's to be expected in Italy. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Conclusion: highly recommended.

13/09/2025: We checked in around 2:30 AM. When we turned on the air condition at 4ish, we lost power. We were too tired to bother the reception and slept through 8 AM. When we brought it to their attention, it took them to three hours to figure out a solution. The fix was to turn off the other room air condition which lead to grid tripping. Thankfully the other room was empty so they could turn off the AC. I just wonder if the other guest was in there, would they tell them to turn off the appliances to allow us to have power? Upon requesting a partial refund to Michael, he did not agree any refund. On the contrary suggested that we resolved the power issue. Since we were arriving late in Venice, we had checked with the reception if we could do a late check out even before the booking. The receptionist had extended our check out to 12 even prior to the booking. So Michael claimed that an hour extension worth €15 is his best gesture. He also claimed to not charge me for the my dog who is service dog. By EU laws, an establishment cannot charge for a service dog. We took a studio so we could some food for him but we couldn’t even do that since we didn’t have power all morning. Such an unpleasant experience and the management did not want to take ownership. This could be a one off case but the fact that they do not care about the guest experience, this speaks very highly of their mentality.

28/09/2025: Horrible service. Refused to host 8 guests by the lake even though we wanted to eat in a very rude way. I would avoid this place. I got a response to my review which very much shows what I mean with an extremely rude way of communication. Proves my point.

07/06/2025: Primo pomeriggio, l'unico con la cucina ancora aperta. Tagliolini con gorgonzola e tartufo che manco ad Alba ho mangiato. Buono il servizio, celere e gentile. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Anche il rosè sfuso era buono. Consiglio a tutti !!!!

31/05/2025: A passeggio sul lungolago di Lazise scopriamo per caso questo ristorante pizzeria e decidiamo di pranzarvi. Ordinato due impepate di cozze alla tarantina, davvero ottime per poi proseguire con due pizze, una margherita e una bufala. Acqua e 1/2 litro di vino rosso valpolicella, il tutto ben cucinato e prezzi onesti.

08/09/2025: I always go with my girlfriend and I'm really satisfied. In fact, we always go here. It's very, very good and super clean compared to many other sushi restaurants in Belluno. Really happy. Highly recommended.

07/09/2025: Quality has deteriorated since opening. Spoiled Philadelphia, burnt shrimp, undercooked rice, and an unclean environment. Never again.
