05/04/2026: They may have the best view, the food may be decent, but the staff—oh my God, the staff—complains about tourists, starting at 9 a.m., speaking rudely and, most importantly, complaining about the people who literally feed them. If they don't like visitors, they should find another job or another city. If you know this is your job, kindness, tolerance, and respect are essential. It's incredibly illogical for an employee to complain about tourists when we haven't even bothered them.

03/04/2026: The staff was very rude to the tourists, even walking out of the restaurant and publicly yelling at them. The only reason was a small piece of the sandwich that fell from the deck onto the restaurant umbrella following the seagull attack. The reaction is exaggerated; you are more aggressive than the seagulls.

22/04/2026: The prices don't match the menu, and I didn't ask them to add the service charge. They added it twice. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. They take advantage of tourists.

22/04/2026: Tourist trap, overpriced and with completely insane service charges. Only the setting is magnificent.

07/04/2026: Awful...no map, no clue, service is nonexistent...5 stars. A campsite practically without a functioning restaurant...stay away from this place 😱

05/04/2026: The food quality was embarrassing for a restaurant inside a 5-star campsite... We waited over an hour from arrival to the first course, the menu was nonexistent, the waiters were unprepared, we asked several times for drinks, the first courses were cold and tasteless (spaghetti with clams), and the second courses (chicken steak) were dry, cold, and tough... It's a shame because the setting is beautiful and the campsite deserves a restaurant of this caliber! The reception supervisor apologized and he nevertheless made himself available for the incident, calling the manager and explaining the situation, which was already known to other customers. Many customers we saw arriving after waiting several minutes would get up and leave the table...

19/04/2026: I wouldn't consider it a hotel. 1. The carpet was extremely dirty. 2. Everything was very old, dirty, and neglected; they don't maintain it properly. 3. The bathroom: the shower had half a screen and half a curtain (it broke, so they put up a curtain). The doorknob was broken, and they didn't fix it in a week-long stay. 4. We asked every day for toilet paper and shower gel (basic hygiene items). 5. The blanket was covered in other people's hair. 6. The desk chair was broken and unusable. 7. There was no bedside table.

19/04/2026: The room wasn't like the photos. It was also very dirty. Even though we probably won't get a refund, seeing the state of the room, we went to another hotel.

22/03/2026: Don’t go! The worst restaurant we have ever been. The signal was bad we couldn’t check google ratings before we sit. We think they changed their restaurant name because nobody would sit there due to its Google ranking. It says ‘Bar Ristorantino’ on their awning. Watch out! First they didn’t like our order. We were 6 and we order 5 dishes. The lady insisted that we need to order one more. It is not allowed otherwise. Then we ordered one more dish just because she wants it. Than she got mad to my little kid, he was playing with the glass on the table. She was so rude. The food was very bad. It was not fresh, all frozen and heated before served.
