I migliori ristoranti di cucina pesce in Pistoia

22/02/2024: Saturday at dinner... as soon as we arrived the waitress welcomed us with the list of things they DIDN'T HAVE!... No tuna... No prawns... no salmon... No tartare etc.... They served a table evidently friends of the owner, long before us even if they arrived after us. They didn't even ask us if we wanted wine. The table they sat us at was exactly 50 × 60 cm... smaller than a bar table. The waitress served with a smug and very presumptuous air. Not at all friendly. An experience not to be repeated at all. I absolutely don't recommend. They give us much better places in the center of Pistoia.

26/01/2024: I had been here other times, as a lover of oriental food (in my opinion it offers the best uramaki in Pistoia). This time I left more space for the second soul of the restaurant, the more Mediterranean one, and it was definitely worth it. I found the passion that the young and promising Chef shows in describing his proposals in the dishes. In addition to the tempura, we took two fish first courses which gave us mixes of innovative flavours, fresh and intense at the same time, but never invasive. See you soon!

25/02/2024: I've been to this place other times and eaten the pizza there, which was really good. This time I wanted to try the cuisine: I took "not the usual rock", unlike the classic rock, here they added the prawn tartare, really good. Then I had the fried fish with vegetables, excellent and plentiful. The only flaw was slow service due to the packed place and a lot of confusion, so much so that you could barely hear the person nearby. Other than that, I highly recommend it!

30/12/2023: Oramai è una continua sorpresa mista a certezze. Una insalata di astice per iniziare che con sommo stupore mi ha aperto lo stomaco in attesa di un piatto che non aver mai assaggiato: orecchiette con cime di rapa e gamberi. Ho optato poi per un antipasto di secondo capesante con fois gras e pan brioche. Il tutto bagnato con un ottimo champagne Rosso Veneziano. Il servizio eccellente e Davide un degno padrone di casa.

25/02/2024: Ottima cena con opzioni senza glutine. Abbiamo preso un antipasto toscano con salumi e crostini preparati con pane senza glutine. Come primi piatti abbiamo mangiato le tagliatelle al cinghiale, davvero ottime, e le tagliatelle al ragù bianco di manzo, che non ci hanno soddisfatto a pieno perché un po' asciutte. Nel complesso ottima esperienza e ottima la possibilità di cenare serenamente anche essendo celiaci.

17/02/2024: Group of six. Two of the six were horrible and three were edible. The pork with potatoes was delicious! Risotto fungi was OK...not great. Boar tagliatell was OK..not great. The carbonare di mare had a good amount of seafood but zero flavor! The ravioli was still partially frozen and the linguini ala carbonate was sour; can only assume the meat was turning bad as carbonara is not meant to be sour. Staff was OK. Place was clean. Not a great experience.

21/03/2024: A milestone in Montecatini, dining at Gatto Bianco, whether with a quick pizza or the restaurant menu, is always a good choice. You leave satisfied with the quality, the service, the price. Unrivaled for years.

02/03/2024: Rispetto ad altri posti in cui mangiare il pesce (anche in località non di mare) il prezzo è mediamente alto rispetto alla media e alla qualità del prodotto. Nota poco piacevole…il nostro tavolo era accanto alla cassa e dopo aver ascoltato che al momento del conto chiedevano a tutti se desideravano l’offerta di un amaro, non abbiamo ricevuto lo stesso trattamento..eppure il conto si è pagato lo stesso! Preferiremo anche noi per la prossima volta qualcuno che ci accolga meglio e abbia piacere a farci ritornare.

18/02/2024: Antipasti abbastanza buoni, i primi piatti sono stati deludenti senza gusto e con poco pesce, i paccheri alla trabaccolare erano con un sugo di pomodoro e di pesce neanche l ombra, sopra c era tanto pane grattato ed anche poco tostato, il risotto di mare era mentecato con un po' di panna, un sapore piatto che nn aveva a che fare con il sapore di mare! Anche la zuppa di cozze nn aveva sapore, le spezie tipo aglio e peperoncino che sono la base di questi piatti nn sono stati adoperati e quindi senza sapore! Una vera delusione, nn ci ritorniamo.

21/02/2024: Historic place in the city, where you only eat fish. The menu offers a selection of appetizers, offered in the crudité or cooked version; three first courses (prawn dumplings, fish ravioli, tagliolini with clams and bottarga); baked fish and Catalan shellfish as second courses. We have always opted for the crudité as a starter and followed by a first course. The quality of the raw material is excellent. The fish is served simply but is eaten with great pleasure. The same goes for the first courses, all very good. The only thing to improve is the choice of desserts, which is currently rather limited. Adequate account.
