26/05/2024: We have known Matteo and his restaurant relatively recently but I must say that from the first dinner we were delighted. In this small, welcoming bistro the raw material is respected but exalted with flair; the customer, soon to be a friend, is pampered throughout the gastronomic journey and expertly guided through the menu and the choice of treasures contained in the small but selected cellar. The final bill does not ruin the experience, adequate for the quality and service offered, generous for the pleasure obtained.

30/12/2023: Oramai è una continua sorpresa mista a certezze. Una insalata di astice per iniziare che con sommo stupore mi ha aperto lo stomaco in attesa di un piatto che non aver mai assaggiato: orecchiette con cime di rapa e gamberi. Ho optato poi per un antipasto di secondo capesante con fois gras e pan brioche. Il tutto bagnato con un ottimo champagne Rosso Veneziano. Il servizio eccellente e Davide un degno padrone di casa.

10/08/2024: Terrible experience, we went to this place on a Friday and believe me it wasn't full, there were 4 of us, two of whom were under 8 years old. We waited 1 hour to get the pizzas, after receiving an apology from the owner my daughter wanted a pie we order asking to speed up the order but nothing we had to give up the pie.
The quality of the food was not excellent, I ordered a buffalo mozzarella as a starter which was not fresh and had been kept in the fridge.
Pizza light years away from the real Neapolitan one. Margherita with a little mozzarella.

21/07/2024: What can I say, we booked at the last minute with my partner... Upon our arrival I was very pleased to find two old friends who work at the restaurant... We ate a platter for two people with excellent quality cold cuts and croutons... after which we had a steak with porcini mushrooms which was truly something wonderful... congratulations to everyone indeed
20/07/2024: We had a great time, a welcoming, modern place, with air conditioning, the dining room staff always available and very kind, the menu is rich and with exquisite dishes, delicious spaghetti with seafood and tuna, there is also a much appreciated children's menu from our son, very good desserts and sorbets, what can I say, Highly recommended!!! We will definitely be back.

06/08/2024: Piatti di terra, di mare e le pizze. Le porzioni abbondanti e giusto rapporto qualità/prezzo. Tutto freschissimo. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. Ho mangiato in un ampio giardino all'ombra degli alberi. Era molto fresco, nonostante la stagione. Tornerò certamente.
22/06/2024: Dated but welcoming environment, the place is simple and a bit vintage. Very friendly staff, fast service despite the rather late hour, fair prices, good food and generous portions. We didn't know this restaurant but we had a pleasant evening.

21/02/2024: Historic place in the city, where you only eat fish.
The menu offers a selection of appetizers, offered in the crudité or cooked version; three first courses (prawn dumplings, fish ravioli, tagliolini with clams and bottarga); baked fish and Catalan shellfish as second courses.
We have always opted for the crudité as a starter and followed by a first course.
The quality of the raw material is excellent. The fish is served simply but is eaten with great pleasure. The same goes for the first courses, all very good.
The only thing to improve is the choice of desserts, which is currently rather limited.
Adequate account.

11/07/2024: I am a regular customer of the restaurant and for this reason I am sorry to have to give only 4/5 stars to the food. Last time we came the sushi was almost comparable to that of a simple you-can-eat restaurant, which is usually not the case given that the sushi at the marina is usually really of the highest level. We hope to do it again next time. Nonetheless recommended.
05/07/2024: We come to this amazing restaurant every time we visit Pistoia. It is beautifully set in a quiet little square, the food and the service is truly extraordinary... You should let Chef Paolo suggest your menu - he is a true genius! Bravo!!

Materials were scarce.
Drinks came very late.
The environment was decent and beautiful.
Music volume is too loud. He plays quality songs.

03/08/2024: We were guests of the hotel. We had such a good time the first evening that we returned the second too. Everything we ate was delicious, but especially the tartare: probably the best I've ever tasted. The cacio e pepe di mare is also interesting. A round of applause also for the friendliness of the maître!
