29/07/2025: An excellent restaurant in every way. The cuisine is made with fresh local produce and is absolutely well prepared. The staff is friendly and attentive! The outdoor terrace where we ate was very pleasant and well decorated. Finally, the owner is remarkably kind. An establishment run by people who truly love their work!!👍👍

18/06/2025: I've been coming here since I was little. Every time the same flavors, the same smells, the same quality of service and ingredients. A constant guarantee. For me there is no reason not to come and try it if you have never been. In the area it is definitely among the best restaurants especially for fish, for meat I would like to be a witness... But I can never resist that damned Lobster.... 😂

The ingredients are top-notch, the service is always prompt, and the prices are perfectly reasonable.
One of the few places with truly good buffalo mozzarella.

10/08/2025: Restaurant with excellent food and a casual atmosphere. The staff is a bit slow but helpful. We ate there twice during our vacation because the price-quality ratio is excellent.
Gluten-free options are also available!

12/08/2025: Scoperto quasi per caso. Cercavo un posto a Pistoia dove mangiare il pesce e ho visto questa location. Fissato per il compleanno di mia moglie l’11 Agosto e quindi cenato da loro. È stata un’esperienza fantastica… Location bellissima, personale professionale ma soprattutto gentilissimo. Ci hanno fatto sentire come se fossimo a cena a casa nostra. Se gli chiedevi info su una portata, subito gentilissimi e sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra ti davano spiegazione sulla portata da scegliere. Io personalmente affibbiò ben 10 STELLE all’equipe del ROSSO VENEZIANO. Che dire delle portate? Da 10 ma non basterebbero le stelle in cielo per la bontà … Dai, se non ci siete mai stati dovete provarlo in tutti i modi. Il prezzo vale per tutto, ma sono sicuro che mi ringrazierete per il consiglio. Credetemi, ma ho intenzione di ritornarci… A presto ❤️
07/08/2025: Finalmente dopo vari tentativi, il locale è sempre pieno ,sono riuscito a cenare in questo ristorante . Devo dire che ho mangiato benissimo , ottimo antipasto di crudo e un primo veramente squisito , e un dolce di elevata raffinatezza. Personale gentilissimo . Il conto , parere personale, lo trovo allineato alla qualità di quello che ho mangiato

27/07/2025: Location strepitosa e cucina perfetta. La parola giusta per questo luogo è INNOVAZIONE. Grandi successi per la cucina guidata dallo chef Paolo Daghini e per la patron Lorella Taddei che sta facendo grandi cambiamenti! Già adesso si possono gustare le nuove proposte, tutte ottime, ma da settembre… sarà ancora più strepitoso!!! Bravi bravi 👏
16/07/2025: Siamo partiti con grandi aspettative, sapendo che questo ristorante è rinomato per la qualità altissima dei suoi piatti e il pesce sempre freschissimo. Ma abbiamo voluto lanciare una piccola sfida allo staff: creare per noi un menù completamente vegano, sia per la parte di cucina che per il sushi.
E la risposta è stata sorprendente. Non solo sono stati disponibili, ma lo chef di cucina e lo chef di sushi hanno dato vita a un menù dedicato, pensato con cura, creatività e rispetto per la nostra richiesta. Ogni piatto era un piccolo capolavoro, bello da vedere e delizioso da gustare. Un’esperienza davvero speciale, che ci ha fatto sentire ascoltati e accolti.
Un ringraziamento sincero a tutto lo staff per l’accoglienza e la professionalità, ma soprattutto un grazie di cuore agli chef, che hanno messo passione e inventiva in ogni dettaglio.
Un’ultima nota: da settembre il locale si trasformerà, mantenendo l’eccellenza che lo contraddistingue ma con un’identità più ampia, una cucina ricca di opzioni per tutti i gusti!
Non vediamo l’ora di tornare e di scoprire le nuove proposte! Grazie ancora per questa bellissima esperienza ❤️

16/08/2025: Enjoy an evening with friends; the location allows for it, with a veranda that lets you enjoy the view and the cool evening breeze over the San Baronto River. Delicious pizza, thin and crispy, top-notch desserts, and a reasonable price. Reservations are recommended; open all August.

09/08/2025: We ate here three times. The food was excellent. Twice the service was super friendly.
But last Wednesday, the service wasn't friendly. No greeting, no asking if the food was good, and no goodbyes. We found that very unfortunate.
05/08/2025: A great restaurant in the heart of Monsummano, with excellent meat and delicious pizza. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available, and the prices are reasonable. Recommended.

04/06/2025: Il nostro ristorante preferito in assoluto. Il migliore di Montecatini assolutamente. Consiglio il menù pesce e la tagliata alla Robespierre. Sono due anni che siamo clienti fissi e non abbiamo lasciato mai una recensione. Era doveroso.

06/06/2025: End of school year party, pizza round menu: after an hour 5 pizzas arrive at the children's table (about 20 children), after another 20 minutes 6 pizzas arrive at the parents' table (about people). and so on for another round.. The girl tells us that the oven is small and we have to be patient (that's fine although, in my opinion, if you can't handle such a number avoid taking these tables. Tonight we were 2 classes plus the tables) I wait a bit and then I get up and go to see the oven: the two pizza chefs and do nothing and the owner who justifies herself by saying "we brought the pizzas to everyone". At this point I raise my voice a bit and simply tell her that if for them the service is over they can bring us the bill and at least we are free to go to dinner somewhere else. Magically in less than 10 minutes about ten pizzas arrive! In addition to this they made us pay for the last 2 "special" pizzas and the boxes with Nutella separately. I won't go into more detail because it would be pointless! I don't think I'll ever eat there again, but I promise that if I ever have to go back and find the same service I'll have Delivero come and deliver the pizzas!

18/05/2025: It had been more than twenty years since we went there, unfortunately the disappointment was huge!...
The food was tasteless and not up to the price, the place very dated.. and the service a bit awkward.
Too bad, because once upon a time going to eat at Polveriera meant going to a top place and you came away satisfied and happy. It would have been better to leave it in our memories...!!
14/05/2025: We were here with a tour group this evening and had an excellent meal!
This restaurant has an amazing view of the city.
Service was fast and efficient.
Every course was excellent.
I would especially call out the farro soup. It is new to me and I really enjoyed it.
Could not be more pleased with this establishment!

24/07/2025: RARO LOCALE BAR a Pistoia, purtroppo in linea con il MOOD pistoiese, poca cortesia e poco accogliente. Molto bello esteticamente, una posizione fortunata ma poco valorizzato. Il personale, giovane, ed estremamente scadente e scortese. Poco interesse a curare il cliente ed a pulire i tavoli esterni appena vengono lasciati. Manca totalmente di iniziativa : musica, cultura, mostre, presentazione libri. Gli orari di apertura andrebbero aumentati specie durante il periodo estivo, in particolare la sera. Manca una figura carismatica che tenga in ordine "il gallinaio" e che dia una nuova impronta ad un locale così importante e determinante per la vita pistoiese. La speranza è l'ultima a morire...
30/06/2025: Abbiamo fatto colazione questa mattina, abbiamo preso due caffè e due cornetti di cui uno al pistacchio, il cornetto al pistacchio era freddo (sembrava congelato non fresco), duro ( un blocco in gola quanto era ammappato),difficile da ingoiare e del pistacchio neanche l'ombra,il cornetto era vuoto..! Evidentemente il pasticcere deve avere il braccino corto, era presente solo qualche goccia esterna, pensavamo di trovare qualcosa all'interno, ma niente...! Fatto sta' che un cornetto così costa 2€. Inoltre eravamo disturbati in maniera seriale dai piccioni che ci saltavano sui tavoli. Abbiamo pagato tanto, mangiato male e siamo stati disturbati, praticamente colazione rovinata. 7€ per due caffè e due cornetti...! Non si consiglia.
