18/01/2025: Congratulations to all the staff of this simply FABULOUS restaurant! The food is delicious, cooked and treated following tradition (my grandmother was Tuscan) with excellent results. Worth noting is the excellent quality-price ratio, we ate a Florentine steak with a Brunello di Montalcino without being "bleeded". To be recommended, especially compared to other more famous restaurants that pay a lot of attention to aesthetics but offer a service that is too "touristy" with much higher prices for a quality that is absolutely not superior

23/11/2024: Cena al Ristorante S.Elena a Buggiano Castello, parcheggio gratuito, piacevole location, fantastico panorama, cortese e professionale accoglienza a parte di tutto lo staff, il signor Mario (gestore) e la signora Federica (cameriera), ottimi cibi con particolare sottolineatura al Fritto Toscano cucinato dalla chef signora Monica ed ottimo rapporto prezzo-qualità.

12/01/2025: Bellissima Vista e Ottima Cucina! Furio è da fargli un Casting per dargli una parte in un film di Leonardo Pieraccioni, Ti fa schiantare da ridere con le Sue Genuine e Geniali Battute! Forte Veramente! Cucina Sublime! Si mangia Veramente Bene in un contesto mozzafiato! Ti sembra di stare a cena su di un grattacielo e di guardare una città tipo Chicago o New York! A Monsummano Alto pare di essere negli Stati Uniti 🇺🇸! Pare parecchio Chicago! Per raggiungere questa Location, da Monsummano si prende la strada Via dei Gobbi (Chissà forse 🤔 erano Juventini…?) che arrampa parecchio bella irta quindi in auto e’ necessario fare attenzione da prima seconda e prima di marcia, di giorno sicuramente e’ più agevole, la sera al buio occorre fare attenzione, anche in prossimità del ristorante occorre andare pianissimo per non grattare la coppa dell’Olio della propria vettura. Il contesto è da Film 🎥 ti pare di arrivare a Frittole “1492, quasi 1500!” Nel film di Benigni & Troisi! Vedere le foto per rendersi conto! Pietanze Buonissime e Location che si presta a Cerimonie tipo 18esimi e Matrimoni! Encomi e Tributi a Furio il Bosss & Marco, Angela, Flavia e Giovanna in Cucina veramente Bravissimi!!! Chapeaux

04/01/2025: 10 out of 10, the food, the wine, the view, the service, the music - everything was on the highest level! We celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday there and it could not have been better. We ordered the preset menu and enjoyed pasta with ragu, the steak paired with an excellent red wine, and a lovely dessert. Highly recommended and definitely a highlight in our Italian trip ❤️

15/12/2024: Purtroppo al ristorante meucci e' rimasto solamente il nome..del passato non e' rimasto niente...trattati male e servizio al tavolo veloce e imbarazzante...il prezzo decisamente troppo alto per il servizio e il cibo proposto dalla cucina..ristorante irriconoscibile...serata da dimenticare!

15/12/2024: Abbiamo frequentato questa ristorante per diversi anni, ieri sera dopo un trattamento da mensa aziendale, non torneremo mai più. Il servizio è celerissimo non fai in tempo a finire di mangiare ti portano via subito il piatto per passare alla seconda portata, tutto questo per buttarti fuori prima possibile, se pensi di passare un sabato sera in tranquillità questo e il posto sbagliato, alla 22,30 spengono il riscaldamento il locale si raffredda e tu sei costretto a uscire, passi dalla cassa e ricevi un conto salatissimo per il solito antipasto e un secondo piatto molto discutibile + bevanda,mai più ci torneremo.

26/12/2024: Extremely disappointing. A restaurant should meet the customer's needs, especially when they are clearly explained to him a month before the event. I called, I went to the place and I also left a message suggesting the various alternatives I could eat (in this case vegetarian) and every time I was told that there would be no problem whatsoever. It is ridiculous and embarrassing that in 2024 we have to offer the usual two grilled vegetables, honestly it doesn't do you credit because the cuisine in general is very good, unfortunately there is no desire to satisfy all types of customers. Sin.

18/01/2025: Matteo ed il suo locale ormai sono il nostro metro di giudizio per la ristorazione di mare contemporanea. L'accoglienza è sempre calorosa, la materia prima eccellente. Per la nostra prima cena del 2025 abbiamo scelto due percorsi paralleli, il primo cremoso e avvolgente grazie alla tartare di ricciola con parmantier e insalata di kiwi e all'ombrina con broccolo in due consistenze e muddica croccante, il secondo pirotecnico per merito del crudo di crostacei in zuppetta di latticello all'aneto e alle lumache con vongole e bottarga. Degno finale la foresta nera e la sfoglia con pere e caramello salato. Conto finale generoso.

18/02/2025: It's been a while since I've been to this highly rated pizzeria. I was really impressed by the organization and the quality of the service. There are many dynamic, attentive, courteous and helpful young people in the room. The pizzas, delicious and stuffed with lots of delicious ingredients, come out without too much waiting despite the many people present. The atmosphere is cheerful and colourful, as befits a beautiful place with Neapolitan style and tradition. On this occasion I did not try the dishes from the kitchen and therefore I intend to do so soon. I was pleased to see how the sons of the late Alfonso have continued the work started by their father with such professionalism. Well done guys, well done everyone

15/02/2025: Salty pizza, I didn't like it and then almost 2 hours for the pizza seems absurd to me. Ugly, pre-cooked gluten-free pizza, they should say that they don't make the dough themselves.

05/01/2025: I went to the New Year's Eve dinner and took the fish menu... Each course consisted of the same fish mush. Burnt starter pastry, cod with grains of coarse salt on top making it inedible, piece of smoked salmon thrown there without even dividing the different slices and scallop which was replaced by fish mush. First first filled with the same mush. Inedible, tasteless farfalle, it looked like a small pasta dish with a bland broth (it had to be farfalle with wild sea ragù...), octopus and squid (stuffed with the same mush) hard as stones, badly fried arancino (so to speak) filled with the same mush of fish that was then coming out of your ears. Side dish of jarred carrots and broccoli, drained and thrown away. Sweet after two teaspoons the desire disappeared from how much it cloyed. If you don't know how to dare, it's better to go for classic dishes that satisfy everyone. Music so loud that you couldn't even communicate by shouting with the person sitting next to you.

05/01/2025: Location 8 Menu 8 Service 7 Account 8 Very beautiful location on the Pistoia hills with a huge terrace in which there is also a spectacular Carpino tree! You can enjoy the open view! If you are inside, the place is very beautiful with very pleasant warm colors and there is also a room with games for children. I have been a customer of this place for years now, I have already eaten several dishes from meat to fish to pizza to desserts and I have always been extremely satisfied because they use good raw materials and work them very well! The tortelli are excellent! The service is pleasant. The staff is very kind and helpful, a little little attention to the table because we had dinner with bread on the table until the coffee and even the empty bottle of water was not removed, perhaps also the fact that on the menu there are no sweets written on it, it's a mistake, they probably change them often. The right bill because the quality/price ratio is adequate in my opinion!!!! In short, if you are reading this review and have never been to Signorino, what are you waiting for to go there?!!!!

13/02/2025: Very large and welcoming environment, very kind staff, one boy had forgotten to bring me the roast potatoes, I told him that I didn't want them anymore and after 5 minutes he brought them to me. Really kind. Very good food highly recommended 🫶🏼
