The quality is superior, and the staff is friendly, courteous, and communicative. At Gina's, you'll find the philosophy of fine Tuscan dining (like it used to be). 07/08/2025: I was in Montecatini for a short vacation and wanted to eat at a local trattoria. I chose Gina's and had a really good time. The pasta was homemade with an excellent sauce and the staff were very friendly. I recommend it.

24/06/2025: We tried three different types of mussels and they were all really good: very fresh, well cooked and full of flavour. The octopus was a very pleasant surprise – tender, fresh and perfectly prepared. The yogurt sauce gave it a light and balanced touch, making the dish refined but at the same time tasty. Accompanied by a good glass of white wine, it was a truly enjoyable dinner. The desserts also proved to be up to the rest of the meal: well presented, delicious and prepared with care. A round of applause also to the staff: kind, helpful and at the same time very professional. Attentive and friendly service, which really makes the difference. Congratulations!

01/05/2025: Il ristorante, situato nel cuore di Pistoia, è curato nei minimi dettagli. Il personale si distingue per la sua accoglienza e professionalità. Abbiamo avuto l’opportunità di assaporare numerose pietanze, tra cui le cozze, che si sono rivelate particolarmente eccellenti. Oltre alla specialità delle cozze preparate in molteplici modi, il menù offre un’ampia selezione di piatti a base di pesce sempre di alta qualità e alcune opzioni dedicate agli amanti della carne. La qualità del cibo è ottima e la carta dei vini propone una vasta scelta proveniente da cantine rinomate. Raccomando vivamente questo ristorante per qualsiasi occasione, sia pranzo che cena. Saremo lieti di tornarvi nuovamente.

01/08/2025: I've known about this place for almost two years. And since then, I HAVE to go there at least once a week (?). The excellent cuisine, especially the fish, and the kindness, professionalism, and friendliness of the staff make it a temptation I can't resist. And the prices... absolutely reasonable!! Only one flaw: it's 40 km from where I live.

29/07/2025: Excellent, well-prepared food. They're especially good at fish. Reservations are essential, as they're always fully booked.

05/07/2025: If you’re in town, you must come here! The food was absolutely delicious! We had the Tuscan Steak and it was tasty and melted in your mouth. Make sure you get dessert too, you will not be disappointed with anything on the menu! Highly recommend!!

02/08/2025: Until a few years ago, everything was very good and reasonably priced. It was rare that something went wrong or not all the dishes ordered were good. The service has always been professional and friendly, and the restaurant is quite well-maintained. Lately, the quality seems to have declined and the prices have increased. This is clearly a choice dictated by the current market and constant price increases. Overall, it remains a good restaurant.

19/07/2025: The risottos are delicious, and especially the pinsa. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Montecatini.

27/06/2025: Filet with green pepper really Tasty, good sautéed mushrooms, excellent tiramisu. The cost is not very low but the quality is there. Beautiful location, especially in the evening (very engaging panoramic terrace).

25/07/2025: The place is cool in the summer, but the garden is also perfect for relaxing dinners. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We dined from starters to dessert, everything was delicious, but the fried fish was exceptional. Generous portions and spotlessly clean. I highly recommend it. See you soon, for sure.

23/07/2025: Torno per l'ennesima volta in questo ristorante perché, anche se si trova in una zona industriale, anche se non vengono consegnati menù e carta dei vini, anche se il conto è una sorpresa finale, anche se i piatti sono sempre gli stessi e non c'è una enorme scelta, quando voglio godere con il cibo... entro in questo locale. Non ho mai mangiato un crudo fresco e curato come da Manzoni, nemmeno nelle località di mare. I primi sono preparati ed impiattati in maniera impeccabile. I secondi, poi, danno libero sfogo alla soddisfazione del palato e degli occhi. Vini consigliati ed abbinati con gusto. Appunto, gusto al top!

13/07/2025: Nice place and really good food. I would have revised the portion sizes of the fried food and mixed grill; at other places at the same price, the portion sizes are much different. Slow service... There were three of us and we arrived at 8:00 PM. The place wasn't even half full, and for two courses and a dessert each, it took almost three hours. The younger waiter should be more cheerful and smiley.

29/06/2025: For the first time here. So we ate a raw fish (where I said not to put onion and instead it arrived with onion gel) and a mixed seafood appetizer and the quality is there. Then a grill that I didn't try, I was told good but a little poor, a tagliolini with lobster that tasted of tomato... and I don't think the lobster was fresh. Then the thing that bothered me the most was a glass of Vermentino la pettegola for 7 euros!!!! It costs 8 a bottle... this is really scandalous!!!! Which is really poor as a glass. Without sweet bitter coffees... 163 euros for two a little too much. A small bottle of wine. Good service, the guy with glasses, the rest in short. Then we got up in a hurry because inside despite the air conditioning we were sweating
