16/01/2026: To put it mildly, we had dinner at 10, Il Binario in Agliana. It was truly a top-notch evening. The seafood dinner was exquisite, from appetizer to dessert. The chef created succulent dishes, and all of this will make us want to come back.

16/12/2025: Beautiful and well-kept place, we can eat inside and outside, beautiful terrace from which you can see the landscape, excellent place to eat Tuscan food, very good appetizers and very good first and second courses, typical meat and fish dishes, very kind and professional both the staff and the owner as soon as you arrive to order, the staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home and satisfy your requests, clean restrooms, good prices, large parking lot, that's why I gave it 4 stars, I recommend trying the pizzas and the tagliolini with lobster, they are finger-licking good, and the Cinta Senese pork loin with fried patent and fried porcini mushrooms 😋😋😀

09/11/2025: Nice place, good service, and very good food. A few issues with the dinner lowered my rating: halfway through the meal, I was told they were out of mussels. My €15 mussel platter had a lot of empty shells and about eight mussels. When I pointed this out, I was told, "That seems strange." No apology, no discount, nothing. They described the dessert of the day as off-menu, so we ordered it, and then they told us right afterward that it was gone from lunch (a clear sign of poor communication between the kitchen and the dining room).
I liked the place, and if they had handled it differently, I would have returned, but I fear that won't be the case.
A bit high in value for money, but average.

13/01/2026: They were very kind because they immediately granted me permission to consume my gluten-free dishes at the table. I had the soy cappuccino, which is really good, but it doesn't need sweetening because it's already made with sweetened milk. Thank you!

Prices were decidedly excessive for a quality that didn't even begin to live up to the hype. Money wasted. Never again.
